Very poor service! Even before I moved in i was sent a water bill for over $600. I should not be responsible for something I have not used. Pulte management was not willing to help. The patio door is of low quality. Tiles are laid unprofessionally. Even the smoke detectors are not in working order. I will not recommend Pulte homes to anyone. My brother was planning to purchase from Pulte, but he changed his mind after my experience.

My experience is not a pleasant snd happily one Pulte hires unprofessionals just to get the job done snd they collect their money from the mortgage people to the closing table a big mess then you have the building supervisor that don’t and over his head to make sure issues are corrected. I can show pictures of my garage that the superior said that is acceptable I will post pictures later.

PULTE is very negligent with poor materials, poor finishing. Terrible experience with this he employees since the sales department until construction manager and customer relations. We don’t recommend this builder ever and never.

We have had nothing but issues since the whole process started. First, our original sales person left the neighborhood and was MIA. We ended up with three different construction managers. We had a long list of items to repair, replace, and/or fix and Pulte has dragged their feet at every opportunity. The few items that been address are still not meeting our minimum expectation.

Not Content As Ine Should Be With A New House

I was so happy when I decided to buy a new build. However, this happiness was completely lost when I moved in. Quality of materials used is below even apartment grade. Example, the garbage disposal won’t even break down a piece of fruit. The paint job seems like a 12 y/o did it. A Quarter size dent whole in one of the rooms that was supposed to be fixed while I was doing the closing, is still, 1 month later unfixed. Cheap quality and terrible work on hvac!

Sellers agent was shady and Didn’t want to negotiate the price even when appraisal came back lower than listing price. One month after closing, ac started acting up. Got dragged around to get service done. This company only hired cheap subcontractor do do the work. They have messed up the ac thermostat wiring during build causing it to overwork the Motor and somehow the construction mananger signed off on it. It is ridiculous. Ac has been running nonstop. Worst build quality and refusal to fix anything

It is astonishing that after paying over $1,000,000.00 for a home, the amount of issues present at closing and their refusal to fix those issues presents itself. They consistently try to NOT FIX anything or give excuses as to the existence of those problems. They spend more time trying to explain away problems that are fairly easy to fix.

Very bad finishing work, very irresponsible customer service managers when it comes to getting issues fixed, you call them, they give you the run around, and never get back to you. They make appointment with contractors to get issues fixed, you sit at home waiting and 95% of the time, contractors don’t show up. Premium homes built and sold with very low quality, workmanships. Every areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installed recalled electrical panels and refused to replace that tells the ethical issue.

All areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installing recalled electrical panels and refusing to replace them tells the ethical issue. Doors and windows do not match and close properly. The hardware installed is not aligned and is crooked. Tiles have grout and glues that weren't cleaned properly now it is too late to clean. I do not recommend anyone paying round million dollars for the home they are building. Please vet other builders before choosing Pulti.

Sad and hopeless

There are a lot of problems waiting to fix, and all house was rough finish! All the bricks in our front yard and back yard are improperly spaced and uneven height, leaving a big gap, and some of them have black oil stains on. Unfortunately, they have not been solved at present. The ground on the second floor squeaks, walking on it has a sense of insecurity, currently lived in a month, there are two bedroom doors cannot closed.

Pulte is the absolute worst in customer service and construction. Problem after problem in my “new” home. I could’ve bought a 30 year old home and had less issues. Construction team does bare minimum, I don’t know how they pass inspections. I’m watching other homes around me get built and it’s unbelievable how many corners are cut. Buying this home is the biggest regret of my life, infested with ants that are biting my two year old constantly and Pulte says “there’s nothing we can do about it”. The construction area is constantly a mess. There is garbage thrown every where. The workers do not seem to care that there are people who have moved in and it is now a private residence. Even though this was brought to the attention of the Sales office NOTHING is done about it. The warranty department is poor. The knowledge base of the warranty department is extremely poor.

The entire experience was awful. The title company was awful, the y process was terrible and there was rarely communication, the warranty department doesn’t respond to my emails. Workers don’t show up when they’re supposed to. I had a better experience with Lennar and that’s saying a lot

I signed my contract to build my house with Pulte on November 23, 2020. The building permit was granted on around March 2021 due to County backlog. But the house did not completed until 2/28/2022, almost a year later. What was really bothered me that my house build permit was granted 3 or 4 month before other houses in the block. I would never build with pulte again. From rushing to get things done, to even the trades doing terrible jobs just to get it done.
