excellent workmanship however pavers were not in great condition when installed

Very pleased with our new Town Home at Longleaf and overall experience. The mtg. team did a great job of communicating and making it a pleasant process. Our home is well constructed and the finishes are great. Kris has been great in helping get us oriented. He's very responsive and always helpful.

Exceptional service from every employee from the sales office in Orlando to the processors in Colorado. Everyone I spoke to always had an answer and helped me out with understanding the entire process of buying my home. The Pulte team definitely exceeded my expectations!

Make sure the mortgage lender, field manager and closing agent are in communication. Ours was a case of poor communication. Spend hours during walk through to make sure the faucets and electrical components work; check proper installation of sliding doors; run sprinklers, check sewage pipes are intact otherwise sewage will flow out on the lawn. Check if tiles especially the backsplashes are properly laid out. Ours was sticking out from the wall and could not be fixed other than breaking the wall. Double check closing documents especially if you paid some items ahead of closing because it gets included again in the closing cost. Don’t wait until you move into the house and find a lot of things not done right. Allow days to get things fixed before signing closing documents otherwise you’ll be unhappy when you find out a lot of things have not been done properly and you have to keep requesting for work orders. Garage floor and sliding doors and windows should be clean when you move in; check closely for glass scratches; check pavers for dry wall stains and cracks. Pulte needs to evaluate workmanship of their contractors as well as the quality of materials they use which are of cheap quality. When you move into a new house, it should be new and of good quality. The "celebration walk" and the closing date is too short, the list to fix things identified during the walk was not 100% completed but we still have to check the "complete to my satisfaction" in order to have the closing signed and we can moving in a.s.a.p. I still have 2 issues not solve yet after the closing. For seniors not familiar with online app from the computer, don't expect help from the foreman to solve these issues for you, even a simple ones. The responsiveness to the issues after closing is almost none.

My family and I moved to Florida from NJ during the pandemic, sight unseen. Carly made us feel very comfortable in the process. I would highly recommend.

William our building manager was off the chart great!!!! He is truly an asset!!!!

Not quick response to construction issues before or after the closing.

The only issue I am having is that there is a water issue behind my townhouse which is going to need to be remediated With a drainage system of some sort.

Working through the warranty process for some things that have needed fixing and it is taking a long time to get fixed. There is a lack of communication and I am having to consistently follow up.

The building process was pleasant and seamless and the result was a well constructed home.

We were told that we should pick Pulte Title to do the closing because being part of the parent company the things go much more smoothly. Lie. Total lie. Our final walkthrough was scheduled after the closing and the keys to the house were not given to us for two full days after the closing. And then when we needed repairs done, we simply did not get any response for weeks, and got service only after we escalated the matters to senior management.

Good value for what I paid, all appliances and blinds installed. Bought the home already completed. Workmanship regarding drywall and cabling could have been better. Also cleanliness of the floor, still removing paint spots and wood glue from the floor, nothing major. Truly love the house, great value for single or couple young professionals looking for quality lifestyle.

Sales and Warranty Personnel have been fantastic to work with!

Quality of workmanship: no major issues but is lacking in attention to detail. Drops of paint and drywall mud on the flooring throughout the home, and in the showers. Trustworthiness: overall a pleasure to work with, the sales department was very helpful and informative. During a warranty repair where the bottom of a sliding closet door was falling apart it was found that all of the sliding closet doors were having the same issue. When the repairman called the building manager to report what we had found the building manager seemed annoyed that he was calling her while standing in front of me and was trying to sweep it under the rug. Value for price paid: as with anything there will always be minor things that come up. For the price paid I would have liked a little better attention to detail, but overall value seems very comparable to the price paid. Responsiveness to issues: So far I have had 2 warranty claims and both have been responded to very quickly. 1 of them has been fixed and the other we are still waiting on. ... More

I would buy from the sales rep 100 times over and the the site manger is great too. Warranty team is poor, talk a great game but poor delivery.

Thank you for building my new home. I’m slowly getting unpacked. The builder team is very nice and good about communications. They will do whatever they can as quickly as they can if you have requests or concerns. The contractors work could be done a bit better for the price paid.

They have Great TEAM who did the entire home building very interesting step by step process with me we love that so if there is something we didn’t like it we could change it, thanks to everyone in Pulte
