Good company and good people

The builder promised everything would be clean and ready to go when I moved in. I had to call back after my move in date to have everything cleaned. They did not have my keys at the signing. There are gaps letting bugs in under my exterior doors. Warranty company told me to have the brand new house fumigated for bus because they were “already there when I moved in” even though they claimed they fumigated before I moved in and they were suppose to clean before I moved in.

Awesome price for the quality, area and home size! We looked for more then a year and Pulte workmanship, materials , home size and price had surpassed everything we had seen out there. Easy process and closed on time!

everything perfect .. the only thing is that they should be more detailed at the time of the inspections, the truth is that there are many details that should not be seen. for example: the toilet is not placed straight with respect to the wall, the wall when going up the stairs has too many details the driwell has many imperfections. the floor of the second floor already sounds and I have only one month of moving. I have a piece that sticks from above .. the air grills have paint, another one is peeled. I have a loose toilet. among other. We are disappointed with the quality of some of the work done on our home. One thing was said before we closed, but when we had issues to address with the quality of work, we were told that’s not covered under your warranty. I would think Pulte wouldn’t want to continue hiring contractors that didn’t do their best work or at least Pulte would correct the problem. I was told I could hire someone to fix it. I made a large investment and expected better work and customer service from a builder. In addition, Pulte Mortgage was a complete nightmare for our buying experience. Poor communication and multiple errors in processing our loan. We had to resubmit documents multiple times and even had to resubmit documents the night before closing. ... More

Our home was priced much lower than the same house in Lakeshore. Neighborhood is friendly. Staff is friendly, accessible and professional. HOA takes exceedingly long to respond to an architectural request. I am on week #5. No email or call, simply an acknowledgement of receipt email.

Seamless process, exceptional customer service, and workmanship and quality that sets Pulte apart from every other builder. This was my first Pulte home, but will certainly not be my last.

We do not have any issues with our sales consultant. The issue is in the quality of the materials used and the workmanship. We are also having a difficult time in getting Pulte to respond to repairs that are required. I would recommend that you tour a completed home prior to committing and do not use the models as your guide for materials and workmanship.

We are very happy with our purchase in Somerset Crossing! The home is built well and the team has been extremely responsive. Beautiful neighborhood and great neighbors! Happy to call this home.

I have bought a Pulte Group home before and by far this was the best experience, even when the others were also very good. From the sales person to the design team to builder to warranty department every single person involved has been excellent and very courteous even during very trying times. I would definitely buy from PULTE again.

Starting with our sales Representative all people involved in our purchasing process took the time to explain every detail, they worked aorund our needs and we can say that we now live in a home we really love and enjoy.

The whole entire process was smooth and even after our house is closed, Pulte is still responsive in handling issues that needed to be handled. They certainly care about their buyers’ complete satisfaction both before and after closing.

Extremely poor quality for the money you paid. Nowhere close to be a quality builder. Poor response to our grievances.

It was a great experience buying our house with Pulte. We had some issues, but talking with some friends that bought houses with other builders We notice that we had fewer problems and less important problems. We recommend Pulte as a builder.

Buying a home from Pulte has been a nightmare. Since the loan process in which the mortgage people where very rude and incompetent all the time to the builder with the completion of the home. Not only the list of things to fix before closing was not done by closing date as promised but it’s been more than a month and half since my closing and I am still fighting with them back and forth to get everything fixed and done. I do not believe that this house is anywhere close the sale price. The only reason why I closed on the home was to not lose my deposit of $20k. In the beginning they were attentive to ant little problems but since moving in they tend to ignore you and things do not get done. To rate them as excellent would not be telling the truth.

Having a house built was easy. All the people involved made it a nice experience. I have been in the home for almost 2 months and I'm amazed at the quality of the work. This has been the best decision I have made and I'm 97 years old. I'm very happy with my decision to build a home with Pulte Homes.

Linda, John, Mark were great in addressing any questions and concerns from sale and construction. Richard Ireland is on top of any guarantee issues that may arise. Pulte Homes are Leaders in building excellent communities!

We are so happy everything is going well the quality and finish is very good

I would highly recommend Pulte Homes. We were not living in Florida when the home was being built, when we arrived the home was in great condition. This is our 3rd home we built, and by far the best.

We are extremely happy with our new purchase of our house in the Retreat at Lake Brantley. The home itself is extremely well built and very energy efficient. The fit and finish is also extremely good and any issues that have come up have been quickly addressed by Pulte through Jason, he is really on top of things. We have lived in our new home for almost two months and now feel like it is our home. The private lake access is icing on the cake and we enjoy paddle boarding and taking the jet ski out.

Very well designed and functional. The only thing is that the workmanship is very poorly done, not professional workers. The paint inside is horrible, spot missing on wall, paint on the rugs, doors are so rough you can’t wash them. The grass was put on top of the sprinklers we had to dig them out. We spoke with neighbors in the community and they told us they had similar problems. For the price of these home I expected more quality work done.
