Extremely poor quality for the money you paid. Nowhere close to be a quality builder. Poor response to our grievances.

Buying a home from Pulte has been a nightmare. Since the loan process in which the mortgage people where very rude and incompetent all the time to the builder with the completion of the home. Not only the list of things to fix before closing was not done by closing date as promised but it’s been more than a month and half since my closing and I am still fighting with them back and forth to get everything fixed and done. I do not believe that this house is anywhere close the sale price. The only reason why I closed on the home was to not lose my deposit of $20k. I read all the reviews before moving forward with Pulte and was confident that it was going to be a smooth process instead was a complete nightmare. ... More

Have been many issues and I have given my feedback earlier with details. So do not want to repeat those - but I would not recommend any of my friends to buy from here. I think Pulte quality has deteriorated.

Our Pulte construction PM was great to work with but outside of that there was little positive that came from our build. I would not recommend Pulte and/or Holland Pools

The following transgressions have happened since moving into my home via the contractor next door: Pulte did nothing to stop theft of Water and Electricity. Came home to workers helping themselves to my water and power. This happened multiple days, had to call police to arrest behavior. Contractors working next door splashed stucco on my Vehicle and the windows of my home. They made a mudhole out of my grass on that side of the house. Washed their paint brushes between which also helped to kill grass. It remains to be seen if this issue will be resolved. I get to pick up trash daily from the construction next door. The people grading the yard next door cut the Fiber(internet) which feeds my home. The contractors next door thinks it's a great idea to park in front of my driveway. Pulte homes are built so quickly and with the cheapest materials. They sacrifice quality for the sake of completing the home to turnover quickly to satisfy shareholders. I have a full page list of items that need to be repaired, a stained kitchen sink, a broken drawer, paint on tiles, hinges, carpet, dead plants, etc. Scheduled the repairs with warrantee department but they never showed or call. Found out later that AG was on vacation. Suggest looking at every tile, molding, well everything. before closing or buy from another builder.
