We had a great experience. The only issues is that our construction was delayed. But this was a supply issue that Pulte told us about ahead of time.

Rob is been the Best Construction Manager someone could ever had, throughout the whole building process and even after I moved into my new house, he has been very attentive and helpful. I also appreciate Ashley who even though was not my sales representative she has been all the time on top of every detail. I cannot forget to mention Moises my Loan Officer who was always clear and friendly within the whole time of my processing purchase. As a Realtor I truly recommend Pulte Homes!

From the day I put a down payment (my first home) to meeting Patrick during the construction to the day I met Robert for the warranty explanation, this team was amazing. Kristina walked me through all the steps patiently. Robert did a clear concise and was extremely helpful after closing. Patrick is the best. From putting my mind at ease and helping me understand all the construction steps to the closing inspection he more than made the experience worthwhile. My project manager consistently provided me with weekly updates as to what was going on and what we could expect next. The mortgage team worked very hard to come up with a very favorable mortgage agreement based on my particular needs.
