Ryan and Tyler made this extremely expensive experience bearable. This team made my buying process less stressful and Ryan was better than my own realtor in providing me with updates and helpful information …. Thanks Ryan. There will always be littles issues but Tyler my project manager has been working to correct any issues.

The entire process of buying our home was a smooth one. We personally didn’t have issues in the entire process. Mandi was always available and so helpful if I had any questions and Vaugh the Project Manager was awesome to work with. It was easy to fall in love with the home, lot and community, but Pultes service made it possible to have what I loved. They provide a full service buying experience and hold your hand the whole way, including closing. All the Pulte people sales, finance, mortgage, title, building crew, home insurance, closing agent, and warranty after closing, have been focused on making sure everything is perfect. This is truly a wonderful Group.

Great Customer service through out. My experience is with Windsor Cay Resort. Greg - Field manager always emailing updates, which is great since we are from another state. I have to mention Denise, Title company as well. Wonderful to work with. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Will work with Pulte in the future for sure!

I recently moved into a new construction home, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing due to poor workmanship of the workers contracted by Pulte. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that corners were cut. Several walls have noticeable gaps, and the paint job is uneven, with drips and missed spots throughout. These problems indicate a lack of attention to detail during the construction process. Overall, I expected a higher standard of quality from a new build, and I am left feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the long-term durability of my home.

Andre has been our point of contact throughout the building process. Andre was thoughtful and caring through the entire process. We received multiple pictures through the build, with well summarized updates. This was so meaningful to us, as we were not local, and had to really maximize our time we when were in town. His updates helped us already have and understanding of the process. In addition, as we were in the final stages he was responsive and kind with all of our concerns. Our new home is wonderful! We have had some minor finishing issues that are being addressed, but these don’t reduce the quality and value of the home. One thing Pulte could do is to provide a single person with whom to work on all issues, sort of a “building process liaison” who could address everything with one call. Communication is not always their strong suit during the process.

Wish a better product was delivered. Multiple issues from windows and house numbers not centered to sand in the plumbing causing little or no water pressure at fixtures. Too many issues to feel confident with the quality of the home. If Pulte offered a buy back program. We might be interested.

My mom bought a modeled at Winding Meadows in apopka and we received the house not in yhe quality expected. New flooring had paint stain, electrical wiring to the front door has issues, front porch pavers unsteady and coming apart, we contacted the office and the fix the issues. For the past 2 months, we received the water bill almost $350. When we investigated the issue further come to find out we are watering the HOA side of the lawn as well and that has a leak. There’s been issues after issues. It’s making it hard to enjoy this house.

Make sure your Pulte house is perfect BEFORE closing!

Don't close on a Pulte house if you have ANY outstanding issues! It is impossible to get them resolved after they have your money. We have been waiting 2 months for them to replace sod that was dead when we closed. They won't fix the creaky floor until our one year mark (or if they fix it now, they won't fix any more creaking caused by settling in the future). They claim all the uneven pavers on our lanai are "within tolerance". Ditto for the uneven floor in the kitchen, which had to be leveled by the flooring installers we hired after closing. We should have worried when the wrong ...

Ask for the most recent HOA Bylaws and rules regarding Architectural Changes prior to making purchase. Inquire as to what the common charges cover and the amenities included, i.e. number of pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, etc. and the ratio compared to the number of homeowners in the community.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire process with Pulte. The home was built in poor condition. I had to submit many warranty claims. They are responsive but considering i have only been in my house a month its horrible. At closing i was given keys that didn't work. I couldn't sleep in my room for the first week due to issues that weren't taken care of. Overall if you decide to go with Pulte please inspect and follow through. If i had to do it again i would not purchase with Pulte.

Before you move in everyone seems very attentive. Of course all they are constantly asking you to do is give them a high score on the survey. Once you take ownership good luck getting any assistance with issues. I've been in my house 5 weeks and still have blue tape on walls for problems that have yet to be corrected. Text messages go unanswered. Scheduled repairs are no showed leaving me at home all day wasting my time. Master bath shower leaks water all over the floor. This is a known problem that they acknowledge that can be fixed. My question is why aren't you building it right ...
