Home was not clean after closing; never received a welcome package with information pertaining to water, electricity, HOA, etc. Loan was sold to an extremely horrible mortgage company without notice.

The prop was was good in overall but don’t. Triste them if they say that they’re going to take care of any situation that it’s not good and they take you till the signing day, after that they will leave you with the issue and never answer or take care!!!! We have a big issue with our Ac unit, they promised to take care after the signing day, we was making following to the situation since 3 weeks before to the closing day. We had a great experience. I would certainly recommend Pulte to others. Raymond, our construction manager, was particularly great. He was attentive to detail, listened to our requests, and answered all of our questions.

Construction manager communication was awesome and prompt response. Expected more from the community and base on the price tag of the houses they can do better on the gardens and the entire community look. Big mistake not having a community pool and club house, high price tag houses that doesn’t reflect their value, looks like another regular group of houses

We spent A LOT of money on our Pulte home and we've had countless corrections and fixes that have had to be made from the flooring and walls to the A/C. The warranty department has been pretty responsive to issues post closing and has done a pretty good job there, but our construction manager did not. We had a TON of issues to resolve just prior to closing and several had to be postponed until after closing due to lack of responsiveness in taking care of them in time. Poor finishing of garage and not trustworthy staff member

Finishing of my room garage was not appropriate. I found so many holes in garage and surfaces are uneven. Before closing I met ryan home supervisor. We found some small issues during inspection and he told me we will take care of everything. I request him to move outlet from bottom to top for TV. He promised us, he will definitely take care of that.It was very easy job. After closing of home I give him access of my home for few weeks to finish outlet job. After certain day he didn’t answer my call or text msg. He is lying to me and didn’t fulfill my request till today. Please advice everyone ...

We have encountered numerous issues with our experience, which has been disappointing. While there has been some response to basic warranty items, other promises remain unfulfilled. Some of the repair work is just not satisfactory. There is no quality assurance being done. We have been occasionally lied to leading to frustration and a lack of confidence in you. New condo, and after two weeks of closing, major leak in the house required the builder to open up sheet rock and fix the HVAC leak. Mold has started to grow and we could not use the house for 2 weeks. No courtesy or compensation for the trouble caused. Horrible.

- The real estate agent was excellent in his service (Mr. Chris). - The bank was very bad; they were still asking for documents on the day of closing (I don't understand). - The materials are by the type of property purchased. - The workmanship was not good, as we had flooding in the yard and alley almost every time it rained. We requested a solution, but nothing was done (we are worried that it might get into the house). - We have some minor issues related to painting, drywall, and electrical work, but they have not been resolved either.

We went through multiple construction managers in our time building our home and it seems to really make a difference in the quality. One manager was more than happy to make sure the home was to our liking while the other provided resistance on almost every request we made. Things that you'd assume were standard.

Overall the experience was extremely positive especially for first time homebuyers. The only complaint I had was the deadline process for inspections holding up the build. The initial projected date for close ended up being 5 months late due to forms needed by the city holding up stages of the build, however during that time the sales and construction teams kept in direct communication and made sure we knew what was happening at all points. Jay was a great salesperson. We wanted a home in the Haven series, but no lots were available for them anymore. We ended up getting the Caden from the Ember series. Andy was okay as a construction manager. He started off strong by emailing us at the beginning of the building process, but then he ceased to email us weekly or biweekly with pictures of the updated construction. Leo was our construction manager and he was fantastic during the whole building experience. Adrienne was our sales person and she was also of great help and an amazing resource. The process was really smooth however, there are many things that I wish the builder would really focus on..the small things. Many of the interior walls are not straight and there are areas on the exterior walls that are not smooth and flaws. That being said, when I notice items that need to be corrected, I can always contact the construction manager, and these things will be taken care of.

Communications with the construction manager is utmost important in the whole home purchasing process. Our experience with Tony was horrible. We were told by Tony that the foundation was going to be poured after the New Year holidays 2024. It was poured right after Christmas 2023 without our knowledge and as a result things were missing. This is July 2024 two months after our closing, we are still not able to enjoy our new home because there are still things that need to be fixed.
