It was easy to fall in love with the home, lot and community, but Pultes service made it possible to have what I loved. They provide a full service buying experience and hold your hand the whole way, including closing. All the Pulte people sales, finance, mortgage, title, building crew, home insurance, closing agent, and warranty after closing, have been focused on making sure everything is perfect. This is truly a wonderful Group.

Every thing is good. Process was easy

Every step of the home buying process and touch point with the builder was meet or exceeded our expectations. The team members at Pulte which we worked with on our build were first class and very responsive!

Great Customer service through out. My experience is with Windsor Cay Resort. Greg - Field manager always emailing updates, which is great since we are from another state. I have to mention Denise, Title company as well. Wonderful to work with. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Will work with Pulte in the future for sure!

I recently moved into a new construction home, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing due to poor workmanship of the workers contracted by Pulte. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that corners were cut. Several walls have noticeable gaps, and the paint job is uneven, with drips and missed spots throughout. These problems indicate a lack of attention to detail during the construction process. Overall, I expected a higher standard of quality from a new build, and I am left feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the long-term durability of my home.

I’ve had homes built with 2 other builders prior to using Pulte. Pulte has proven to be the most efficient builder with complete transparency.

Andre has been our point of contact throughout the building process. Andre was thoughtful and caring through the entire process. We received multiple pictures through the build, with well summarized updates. This was so meaningful to us, as we were not local, and had to really maximize our time we when were in town. His updates helped us already have and understanding of the process. In addition, as we were in the final stages he was responsive and kind with all of our concerns. He insisted we text him at any time, and he was always responsive and supportive. we feel truly lucky to have had him as out POC through the process. ... More

Our new home is wonderful! We have had some minor finishing issues that are being addressed, but these don’t reduce the quality and value of the home. One thing Pulte could do is to provide a single person with whom to work on all issues, sort of a “building process liaison” who could address everything with one call. Communication is not always their strong suit during the process.

Any concerns or issues we ran into were the promptly addressed before and after move in. Every communicated well and kept us informed.

Wish a better product was delivered. Multiple issues from windows and house numbers not centered to sand in the plumbing causing little or no water pressure at fixtures. Too many issues to feel confident with the quality of the home. If Pulte offered a buy back program. We might be interested.

Our home was built with quality materials and top-notch workmanship. We are so grateful for the finished product, and the entire team that helped get us to this point. Our Easley model, with structural changes to add a Flex room and additional bathroom, was the perfect choice for our growing family!

We had an amazing experience working with Sandra (sell manager) and Ryan the builder, and later on with Alex. All three were very professional and trustworthy. Fixing small and large problems immediately. And we had some large issues but they were fixed stress free. Awesome job, people! Love my new home!

My mom bought a modeled at Winding Meadows in apopka and we received the house not in yhe quality expected. New flooring had paint stain, electrical wiring to the front door has issues, front porch pavers unsteady and coming apart, we contacted the office and the fix the issues. For the past 2 months, we received the water bill almost $350. When we investigated the issue further come to find out we are watering the HOA side of the lawn as well and that has a leak. There’s been issues after issues. It’s making it hard to enjoy this house.

Don't close on a Pulte house if you have ANY outstanding issues! It is impossible to get them resolved after they have your money. We have been waiting 2 months for them to replace sod that was dead when we closed. They won't fix the creaky floor until our one year mark (or if they fix it now, they won't fix any more creaking caused by settling in the future). They claim all the uneven pavers on our lanai are "within tolerance". Ditto for the uneven floor in the kitchen, which had to be leveled by the flooring installers we hired after closing. We should have worried when the wrong second floor materials were delivered AND INSTALLED before anyone noticed (they then had to rip out a whole section and redo it - probably causing the creaking floors now!). There are little things too - both other new home builders we have purchased from provided touch up paint, but not Pulte! The upgraded toilet handles that came when we upgraded faucets are too big for the toilets and are marking up the lids! We thought this was a more luxury builder, but they are not. Be very diligent about checking up on the house during construction and make sure there are no outstanding issues when you close! ... More

Ask for the most recent HOA Bylaws and rules regarding Architectural Changes prior to making purchase. Inquire as to what the common charges cover and the amenities included, i.e. number of pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, etc. and the ratio compared to the number of homeowners in the community.

My experience with Pulte Home has been great. Alex, the construction manager is ALWAYS available to answer questions, resolve any issues that come up and his work is perfect. Absolutely the best experience buying a new home.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire process with Pulte. The home was built in poor condition. I had to submit many warranty claims. They are responsive but considering i have only been in my house a month its horrible. At closing i was given keys that didn't work. I couldn't sleep in my room for the first week due to issues that weren't taken care of. Overall if you decide to go with Pulte please inspect and follow through. If i had to do it again i would not purchase with Pulte.

Before you move in everyone seems very attentive. Of course all they are constantly asking you to do is give them a high score on the survey. Once you take ownership good luck getting any assistance with issues. I've been in my house 5 weeks and still have blue tape on walls for problems that have yet to be corrected. Text messages go unanswered. Scheduled repairs are no showed leaving me at home all day wasting my time. Master bath shower leaks water all over the floor. This is a known problem that they acknowledge that can be fixed. My question is why aren't you building it right the first time? I really don't want to sound like a complainer. Overall we do like our new home but for the money we have spent these things are frustrating. If you want perfect surveys you need to earn them not just ask for them. ... More

I am happy with the location, the house is very nice and funcional. The quality is first class. The spaces are very good in the bedrooms, it has many closets to store things, the pool area is very good. The kitchen is beautiful with excellent space for living and cooking. Everything is excellent

Home was not clean after closing; never received a welcome package with information pertaining to water, electricity, HOA, etc. Loan was sold to an extremely horrible mortgage company without notice.

I relocated to Florida from New York. The Pulte Home is the Ideal Home for living in with Love and Peace of our family to reside in. We will introduce our friends and relatives with Pulte Home when they want to relocate to Weslyn Park. Michael

The prop was was good in overall but don’t. Triste them if they say that they’re going to take care of any situation that it’s not good and they take you till the signing day, after that they will leave you with the issue and never answer or take care!!!! We have a big issue with our Ac unit, they promised to take care after the signing day, we was making following to the situation since 3 weeks before to the closing day. They never repaired before and they promised take care of it after the closing and they didn’t and never answer again!. We had a great experience. I would certainly recommend Pulte to others. Raymond, our construction manager, was particularly great. He was attentive to detail, listened to our requests, and answered all of our questions.

Construction manager communication was awesome and prompt response. Expected more from the community and base on the price tag of the houses they can do better on the gardens and the entire community look. Big mistake not having a community pool and club house, high price tag houses that doesn’t reflect their value, looks like another regular group of houses
