We came in to the purchase after a previous buyer backed out. So, there was not much back and forth with Pulte. However, the buying process went smoothly and they accommodated our schedule to help with financing and relocating.

My experience is not a pleasant snd happily one Pulte hires unprofessionals just to get the job done snd they collect their money from the mortgage people to the closing table a big mess then you have the building supervisor that don’t and over his head to make sure issues are corrected. I can show pictures of my garage that the superior said that is acceptable I will post pictures later.

From the sales team to the design team, and all the way to the builder, the process was smooth and streamlined. The closing process was a bit bumpier, but when isn’t it? Our builder was proactive and has been very communicative even after the sale of the home. We expect the home to have few to no problems, and if something does arise, we have faith that Pulte will take care of it.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of construction and finishing. Regarding the documentary part, everything happened according to our expectations. The engineer responsible for the work (Mr. Omar) was extremely attentive and kind, assisting us with all our demands.

Horrible buying experience in general. From the sales, mortgage, and the title company everyone was pretty bad and unprofessional. They will treat you very good and give you false promises just to sell the house to you. They will for sure disappear and ignore you multiple times after the house is sold. You have to make sure you’re free at all times for the mortgagee underwriting process because they will tell you last minute and if you don’t make it you won’t get your loan. Only one that really helped us is our project manager Jose. It’s crazy that he tried to contact someone in the mortgage ...

We had a horrible experience after our home flooded because water bottle was left in plumbing. We had several other issues like bathroom glass missing, no water going to dishwasher. Pulte response was less than desired. They have horrible customer service and poor response time to issues encountered. Warranty manager never respond to phone call or text. Yet his number is listed as contact. Director of customer services was very rude, condescending, and unsympathetic to our situation which was all due to their negligence. First of all I had lots of issues with Pulte Mortgage . It was so much back and forth , no accurate calculations too the last moment of closing . They almost refused to close my house with 3.5 % down 3 days before closing !! Insane ! Then wanted $759 more the day of closing at the Title office . Pure emotional roller coaster . My wife was a nervous wreck having to deal with 3 different people from Pulte mortgage . We finally closed after the third delay which costed me way too much . Time out of work and moving arrangements etc . The house overall is good , just not a whole lot of detail ...

It is really neat to be in on the very beginning of a new community. There’s a sense of family, everyone knows everyone and everyone’s in the same boat. Tony, our construction manager stops by to check on us pretty much every week! :)

Poor workmanship, good sales team

Alot of workmanship issues with the home itself and lack of quality assurance oversight from toilet leaking to refrigerator not working and out of warranty issues, mismatched front door lock and key not working, dishwasher not working, windows not opening. After hours even the emergency warranty line no one will answer the phone, Ive had to go through the sales staff to get things done at times which seems more responsive than the construction manager. Very disapointed in the quality of construction and lack of responsiveness to construction defects.

Overall it was a great experience. James really helped me get answers to questions and Dylan the project manager was 5 star. He is so patient and thorough. He followed through with everything he said was going to do. The building process took to long because of the permitting and the subs working when after hours, shutting the builder for days. For the most part is was great.

Great team who make the whole process effortless and easy, but given the fact that this was a very especial moment as we were buying our very first home i just expected a little more warmth and excitement from the PGP Title team, i understand that this is a daily routine for them, but they should also understand that buying a new home is a very especial mile stole in many people's lives and they should at least put on a happy face during the closing.

I wish that Pulte would make the walls thicker/use concrete at least on the base. For such a nice townhome it is unfortunate to hear all of our neighbors so clearly. I loved working with Travis, the construction manager. He has been fantastic. The financing group was horrible. They were very reactive and I had to chase them for every question. There was no one there to check in and help us through the process.

I will provide both the good and bad experiences I've had with purchasing a townhome built by Pulte Homes. Good: The communication after the contract signing and during the construction of the unit was good. I was given progress reports regularly. Another good thing was the closing process. That went smoothly. Bad: Closing was 5 months after the contract stated estimated closing date.
