i am very happy with my new home , the care and detailts

We came in to the purchase after a previous buyer backed out. So, there was not much back and forth with Pulte. However, the buying process went smoothly and they accommodated our schedule to help with financing and relocating.

Wonderful House, excellent infrastructure and good neighborhood

I am very pleased with my home construction team. They have been very supportive throughout the process. Colton, in particular, has been exceptional and professional. He was able to ensure that every detail was taken care of. He is clearly committed to the quality of work that his team produces. -ml

My experience is not a pleasant snd happily one Pulte hires unprofessionals just to get the job done snd they collect their money from the mortgage people to the closing table a big mess then you have the building supervisor that don’t and over his head to make sure issues are corrected. I can show pictures of my garage that the superior said that is acceptable I will post pictures later.

There are many cosmetic details that can look worse over time, the finishes on the doors and other details did not leave me satisfied.

From the sales team to the design team, and all the way to the builder, the process was smooth and streamlined. The closing process was a bit bumpier, but when isn’t it? Our builder was proactive and has been very communicative even after the sale of the home. We expect the home to have few to no problems, and if something does arise, we have faith that Pulte will take care of it.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of construction and finishing. Regarding the documentary part, everything happened according to our expectations. The engineer responsible for the work (Mr. Omar) was extremely attentive and kind, assisting us with all our demands.

The type of the house is very good,and there are many choices

Horrible buying experience in general. From the sales, mortgage, and the title company everyone was pretty bad and unprofessional. They will treat you very good and give you false promises just to sell the house to you. They will for sure disappear and ignore you multiple times after the house is sold. You have to make sure you’re free at all times for the mortgagee underwriting process because they will tell you last minute and if you don’t make it you won’t get your loan. Only one that really helped us is our project manager Jose. It’s crazy that he tried to contact someone in the mortgage department for us multiple times because we can’t get a hold of them. Alex from the finance or mortgage side has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen not just in Pulte but everywhere else. It’s to the point that he not only ignores us, the sales team and Jose can’t reach him either. Oh there sales manager Ian is probably just as bad too. Just a greedy person who only cares about profit than customer satisfaction. Pulte homes take pride on perfection and customer satisfaction is completely false at least with the team that Ian leads. Made clear about the imperfections in the home and he basically said suck it up or don’t buy it, didn’t provide for any resolution or compensation. After the horrendous loan process and going through it with their sales team. Guess what? Prior to closing we mentioned several times one of the individuals is just a co signer and he will not be on the title. This is shown with multiple email chains and text messages. We even repeated this multiple times at the closing table to make sure since we know Pulte loves to mess things up and have no professionalism. Again, they added him to the title and we were the ones to find out. They’re now pointing fingers at each other. Title team blames sales team and sales team blames loan team. Tried to contact them no answers unless you keep spamming them. Last icing on the cake is when we went to open our home for the first time, the keys didn’t work. They gave us the wrong keys for the home or it just didn’t work at all. We had to call a locksmith to unlock it and change the lock for us. The staff is very house and informational

We had a horrible experience after our home flooded because water bottle was left in plumbing. We had several other issues like bathroom glass missing, no water going to dishwasher. Pulte response was less than desired. They have horrible customer service and poor response time to issues encountered. Warranty manager never respond to phone call or text. Yet his number is listed as contact. Director of customer services was very rude, condescending, and unsympathetic to our situation which was all due to their negligence. Has been a Good experience with Pulte

Every single point of contact has gone above and beyond expectations. The process was very smooth and even after closing, everyone has been so attentive in making sure that we are happy with our new home.

First of all I had lots of issues with Pulte Mortgage . It was so much back and forth , no accurate calculations too the last moment of closing . They almost refused to close my house with 3.5 % down 3 days before closing !! Insane ! Then wanted $759 more the day of closing at the Title office . Pure emotional roller coaster . My wife was a nervous wreck having to deal with 3 different people from Pulte mortgage . We finally closed after the third delay which costed me way too much . Time out of work and moving arrangements etc . The house overall is good , just not a whole lot of detail oriented workmanship and the painting job inside and outside was choppy . Tiles are not latex well either . Visible uneven surfaces . The lawn in the back really messed up , looks like a swamp out there . No glass inclosure whatsoever in the owner’s shower !?!? No kitchen or bathroom cabinets hardware included , no gutters and downspouts ! No window ledges .The backyard sliding door is such an old model with wood handle !! We have to spend more money to upgrade it to what it needs to be for a home that’s well over 1/2 million . We bought the house because it was a great location and has lake view , also right beside the amenities . I’m not sure if I would buy a Pulte home again to be honest . Do your homework and be aware of all these issues . Be prepared for the worst if you decide to deal with them because they are all over the place ! ... More

It is really neat to be in on the very beginning of a new community. There’s a sense of family, everyone knows everyone and everyone’s in the same boat. Tony, our construction manager stops by to check on us pretty much every week! :)

Save yourself from pain and misery and look somewhere else.

Alot of workmanship issues with the home itself and lack of quality assurance oversight from toilet leaking to refrigerator not working and out of warranty issues, mismatched front door lock and key not working, dishwasher not working, windows not opening. After hours even the emergency warranty line no one will answer the phone, Ive had to go through the sales staff to get things done at times which seems more responsive than the construction manager. Very disapointed in the quality of construction and lack of responsiveness to construction defects.

Overall it was a great experience. James really helped me get answers to questions and Dylan the project manager was 5 star. He is so patient and thorough. He followed through with everything he said was going to do. The building process took to long because of the permitting and the subs working when after hours, shutting the builder for days. For the most part is was great.

Good experience so far, some minors issues with painting, details, finishing. I've requested warranty for some fixes and I am still in the process of getting them done.

Great team who make the whole process effortless and easy, but given the fact that this was a very especial moment as we were buying our very first home i just expected a little more warmth and excitement from the PGP Title team, i understand that this is a daily routine for them, but they should also understand that buying a new home is a very especial mile stole in many people's lives and they should at least put on a happy face during the closing.

I wish that Pulte would make the walls thicker/use concrete at least on the base. For such a nice townhome it is unfortunate to hear all of our neighbors so clearly. I loved working with Travis, the construction manager. He has been fantastic. The financing group was horrible. They were very reactive and I had to chase them for every question. There was no one there to check in and help us through the process.

I will provide both the good and bad experiences I've had with purchasing a townhome built by Pulte Homes. Good: The communication after the contract signing and during the construction of the unit was good. I was given progress reports regularly. Another good thing was the closing process. That went smoothly. Bad: Closing was 5 months after the contract stated estimated closing date. Because of that, construction seemed to have been hurried which caused some workmanship quality issues such as loose floor boards, sharp nails sticking from the carpet, noisy floors, and uneven cabinets, among other things. Finally, the response to repair things has been lackluster. They had changes in staff which delayed things for months, and to this date they have not been addressed. I closed last November. ... More
