Quality of Materials and Craftsmanship: Throughout the construction, I had to frequently report problems related to the quality of materials and the craftsmanship involved. Here are specific examples: Wood with Fungus: Structural elements of the house were constructed using wood that had visible fungus, posing a significant risk to the integrity and safety of the structure. Sub-Fascia and Trusses: These components were not adequately secured to each other, raising serious concerns about the structural stability of the roof. Missing/Cracked Mortar: There were numerous instances of mortar missing or being cracked, which compromises the strength and durability of the masonry. Structural Elements: Issues with critical structural components such as gusset plates, “H” clips, and anchor bolt nuts were prevalent and not adequately addressed. Loose Roof-to-Wall Connections: The connections between the roof and walls were found to be loose, which is a major safety concern. Insulation Problems: Wet, broken, and dirty insulation was used, which is unacceptable for ensuring proper thermal efficiency and indoor air quality. Was quick and easy to close on my home

Building and moving can be overwhelming and stressful. Pulte made over experience happen efffortlessly. They were there to answer any questions or concerns. They accomodated our desires in building of home the best they were able. I highly recommend Pulte Homes.

While the house is nice, the lack of the multiple construction groups do now watch what they are doing. Ensure you have set up an inspection of the home. We did and received 80 pages of discrepancies that need to be fixed or repair. While I can understand the missed paint area, I can not fathom why the team would install roof trusses that are split or have broken connectors, why they install the drawers in the shelving backwards so they could not slide out, stone that is obviously cracked or split in pieces and tile that is not properly installed that will crack when pressure is put on it. . Our construction manger has been responsive to fix these issues but a month into it we are still waiting on some key things to get fixed. The quality of the house is what you expected for your price.

Wonderful well built home. Pulte handled all issues quickly and efficiently. We love it. From sales to securing the mortgage, the staff all went the extra mile.

Very poor service! Even before I moved in i was sent a water bill for over $600. I should not be responsible for something I have not used. Pulte management was not willing to help. The patio door is of low quality. Tiles are laid unprofessionally. Even the smoke detectors are not in working order. I will not recommend Pulte homes to anyone. My brother was planning to purchase from Pulte, but he changed his mind after my experience.

Overall craftsmanship of the home was poor. Can tell everything is mass produced and rushed. Minimal attention to detail. Had to do multiple warranty visits which was a slow process with slow response times, had to escalate everything. Pricing for some of the upgrades were out of control. WIsh we had some different upgrade options and ability to change some things, like kitchen pantry and closet shelfing. The process of actually buying the home, closing, and sales team were great!

We came in to the purchase after a previous buyer backed out. So, there was not much back and forth with Pulte. However, the buying process went smoothly and they accommodated our schedule to help with financing and relocating.

Wonderful House, excellent infrastructure and good neighborhood

I am very pleased with my home construction team. They have been very supportive throughout the process. Colton, in particular, has been exceptional and professional. My experience is not a pleasant snd happily one Pulte hires unprofessionals just to get the job done snd they collect their money from the mortgage people to the closing table a big mess then you have the building supervisor that don’t and over his head to make sure issues are corrected. I can show pictures of my garage that the superior said that is acceptable I will post pictures later.

There are many cosmetic details that can look worse over time, the finishes on the doors and other details did not leave me satisfied.

From the sales team to the design team, and all the way to the builder, the process was smooth and streamlined. The closing process was a bit bumpier, but when isn’t it? Our builder was proactive and has been very communicative even after the sale of the home. We expect the home to have few to no problems, and if something does arise, we have faith that Pulte will take care of it.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of construction and finishing. Regarding the documentary part, everything happened according to our expectations. The engineer responsible for the work (Mr. Omar) was extremely attentive and kind, assisting us with all our demands.

The type of the house is very good,and there are many choices

Horrible buying experience in general. From the sales, mortgage, and the title company everyone was pretty bad and unprofessional. They will treat you very good and give you false promises just to sell the house to you. They will for sure disappear and ignore you multiple times after the house is sold. You have to make sure you’re free at all times for the mortgagee underwriting process because they will tell you last minute and if you don’t make it you won’t get your loan. Only one that really helped us is our project manager Jose. It’s crazy that he tried to contact someone in the mortgage department for us multiple times because we can’t get a hold of them. Alex from the finance or mortgage side has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen not just in Pulte but everywhere else. It’s to the point that he not only ignores us, the sales team and Jose can’t reach him either. Oh there sales manager Ian is probably just as bad too. Just a greedy person who only cares about profit than customer satisfaction. Pulte homes take pride on perfection and customer satisfaction is completely false at least with the team that Ian leads. Made clear about the imperfections in the home and he basically said suck it up or don’t buy it, didn’t provide for any resolution or compensation. After the horrendous loan process and going through it with their sales team. Guess what? Prior to closing we mentioned several times one of the individuals is just a co signer and he will not be on the title. This is shown with multiple email chains and text messages. We even repeated this multiple times at the closing table to make sure since we know Pulte loves to mess things up and have no professionalism. Again, they added him to the title and we were the ones to find out. They’re now pointing fingers at each other. Title team blames sales team and sales team blames loan team. Tried to contact them no answers unless you keep spamming them. Last icing on the cake is when we went to open our home for the first time, the keys didn’t work. They gave us the wrong keys for the home or it just didn’t work at all. We had to call a locksmith to unlock it and change the lock for us. The staff is very house and informational

We had a horrible experience after our home flooded because water bottle was left in plumbing. We had several other issues like bathroom glass missing, no water going to dishwasher. Pulte response was less than desired. They have horrible customer service and poor response time to issues encountered. Warranty manager never respond to phone call or text. Yet his number is listed as contact. Director of customer services was very rude, condescending, and unsympathetic to our situation which was all due to their negligence. Has been a Good experience with Pulte

Every single point of contact has gone above and beyond expectations. The process was very smooth and even after closing, everyone has been so attentive in making sure that we are happy with our new home.

First of all I had lots of issues with Pulte Mortgage . It was so much back and forth , no accurate calculations too the last moment of closing . They almost refused to close my house with 3.5 % down 3 days before closing !! Insane ! Then wanted $759 more the day of closing at the Title office . Pure emotional roller coaster . My wife was a nervous wreck having to deal with 3 different people from Pulte mortgage . We finally closed after the third delay which costed me way too much . Time out of work and moving arrangements etc . The house overall is good , just not a whole lot of detail oriented workmanship and the painting job inside and outside was choppy . Tiles are not latex well either . Visible uneven surfaces . The lawn in the back really messed up , looks like a swamp out there . No glass inclosure whatsoever in the owner’s shower !?!? No kitchen or bathroom cabinets hardware included , no gutters and downspouts ! No window ledges .The backyard sliding door is such an old model with wood handle !! We have to spend more money to upgrade it to what it needs to be for a home that’s well over 1/2 million . We bought the house because it was a great location and has lake view , also right beside the amenities . I’m not sure if I would buy a Pulte home again to be honest .
