The house is nice however we encountered a lot of problems throughout the process. The completion of the house took a lot longer than we expected and when we did the pre drywall walkthrough we were told that the house will be ready in 3 to 4 months after that. It took a little over 5 months! First we had problems with the sewage pipe that was installed too close to the sidewalk. They had to remove part of the sidewalk and the driveway to fix it . The driveway is still not leveled with the sidewalk after reinstalling it. Inside we still have tiles at the first floor that are not properly installed and nails sticking out of the carpet upstairs. The shower tiles in the main bathroom needs some caulking. The back door doesn’t close properly. After the issue with the sewer we didn’t pass the landscaping inspection because the plants were not the right size. That delayed the closing process. After we moved in we didn’t have internet for 3 weeks. AT&T didn’t install the cables properly so after numerous calls to them , to the Association mama , to Pulte …….. Dina they sent someone and fixed it. It took more than 3 weeks and it was a huge problem as we needed internet for business for school and for every day needs. So pretty much was a hurdle after another. The mortgage team was fantastic and very helpful and the closing process was quick and easy and great but the actual building and getting the house ready was very stressful. We waited so long and we were assured that the wait is for our benefit because we will get a house completed at the standards you pride yourself to provide . High quality home and a great building experience

Everyone promises to follow up during the building and closing process but they won't. I had to call to follow up every step of the way even when they promised to provide updates.

The experience with our salesperson, David was fantastic. Everything else was average or even subpar. At the closing, we only received one working key for our new home. The other 2 keys were uncut. We were told the proper keys would be sent in the mail instantly and over a month later they were not sent out. After contacting them again, they mailed us 2 keys but they did not fit the lock so we ended up buying a new door lock and installing it ourselves. There are also several minor issues in the house that have been brought to the builders attention but not addressed including areas that need to be painted and nails that can be felt on the floor of the carpet. Once the closing was done, the builder stop being responsive. The only exception is David, who has been helpful even when things are not in his area of expertise. ... More

House lacks attention to details. Many things in the house have poor craftsman ship. Seems like Pulte developers were more interested in making sure they finished the houses before schedule to get a return on their investment. Rather than take some extra time to make sure everything was up to par for the homebuyer. Paint drips and poor quality paint job all over the house. Nails sticking out of the carpet in every room. Which I had to take up upon myself to hammer down so my 2 year old daughter would stop stepping on them. Cabinet drawer front panel fell off in kitchen. Bathroom molding poorly installed. Sloppy cocking job along molding. These are a few things we noticed living 3 weeks in the house. ... More

The experience was great! The process seemed long but it was well worth it in the end. It felt like forever but on move on day, you will forget about forever. If you are building, just exercise patience during the process and understand that it will happen when it is supposed to happen. Now go ahead and take the risk, because I am telling you, you will not regret it.

My sales consultant Zorinel was amazing. She was very responsive & helpful throughout the entire process. My experience was great due to hard work & diligence. I was also happy with the construction of the home. The site manager was thorough, his team did great work. My home also closed ahead of schedule!

Nick-Project Manager - was meticulous and very responsive and did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied. Nick gets 5 stars on everything. Andrea - Salesperson - was very short and curt in her messages. Always assumed that she was right and rarely admitted fault particularly when she was wrong. She is also very afraid of picking up a phone to address an issue. She is too reliant on texting and never completes reasoning behind a decision. Strickly a minimal word and no assistance in helping the customer to understand her meaning or provide solutions. Just yes or no and after the initial negotiation strictly NO answers. She should not be in sales. Samantha - Sales Manager never returns calls even after multiple attempts. Never responded to letter outlining our concerns. Tony - Customer Service - Very honest and responsive. Great with making sure the job was done right and great with follow-up. Blair - Pulte Mortgage - extremely good about answering all of our concerns and very good about keeping us in the loop throughout the process. Pulte Mortgage has significantly improved since our previous experience buying our Townhome back in 2019. Rosario - Pulte Insurance - very informative and helpful. Made our decision easy. On a final note, we did not buy a 20' Townhome this time around. We purchased a Fox Hollow. Not sure how Pulte confused this, however we are not surprised as the communication between departments is non-existent. Fortunately, we know from previous experience that if you want to get something answered you must go directly to the person heading that area and it appears that no one communicates with other departments. ... house was 100% and on time as stated no defects or touches needed

I recently worked with Mark the builder and I must say, he was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and always had updated information on the project. What I appreciated the most was how hands-on he was. He was always willing to communicate and provide answers to any questions that I had. Overall, I had a great experience working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Product not delivered as promised, material used very bad quality for high price paid, this makes me think buying an old charmed home and do updates my self

This was our first new construction home with Pulte Homes. The sales staff were very engaged and easy to work with. The selections team were great to collaborate with when picking out our customizations. The communication from the construction manager was excellent and thorough throughout the entire building process. I would highly recommend building with Pulte Homes.

Loan department is horrible! Had to go with my own lender because pulte never responded! Almost lost all of my deposit thank god i didnt, and they didnt want to give me closing incentives because i didnt use their lender! How if they never reponded at all.

Some amazing people working for Pulte, including our construction manager Dimitri and Zorinel our sales consultant. Both were and continue to be responsive and made the experience straight forward. Some aspects out of their control but they genuinely are great to work with. Original estimate for move in was Oct-Dec, moved in officially in April. Which is going to end up costing an unbearable amount of money with the interest rates increase, no one’s fault who we worked with directly but no way can we give 5 stars all around knowing it’ll hurt us in the long run in probably high 5 or 6 figures worth of interest. Some minor issues after move in with warranty on certain appliances, sanitation not being picked up correctly, USPS not being able to set up our address for first 9 weeks. And although everyone wants to assist, two of these issues are still ongoing. I’d chalk this up to a major concern so far we have on the after sales process of a new home with Pulte. A few small craftsmanships issues as well, one of the numbers of our address posted on our house fell off the other day, it was glued on although there are clearly holes made for drilling. ... More

I am very please with my new home. My contractor guided us every step of the way. Pulte built great quality homes for every level.

The overall product was properly done. It feels good to live there and Mark is the best, and I will enjoy having him in a project if I have to buy again with Pulte.

The house still has many unfinished issues and we were rushed to close. All along the way we were assured that the issues were to be addressed. Not until after our physical move in have the remaining issues been tended to, thanks to Toney in Customer Care. Construction and the pre closing department need to finish before giving the sign off for closing. Nick, our construction manager, was aware of unfinished issues. He never should have given the go ahead to close. Furthermore, he and the other construction managers seem to have NO oversight. Someone should be overlooking the job - or lack there of - that the construction crew is doing. I am currently trying to reach someone in the corporate office to discuss this further. TY ... More

Marc, the construction Forman has done a wonderful Job as well as the Pulte group.

The folks at the Mortgage application and Title company, both which are with Pulte Company names are functional robots. They are friendly and got the job done but beyond that...you should have the privilege of seeing for yourselves.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Jesus, the construction manager was very thorough and accommodative. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very happy with my new home and I know it’s not easy to pleasure everyone but in my case I’m very pleasure and want say thank you for the entire team for the hard work!!

Couple things didn’t work when I moved in but Jesus and his staff were quick to correct issues but I love my house

They have a nice product looking forward to the new house.

This project was significantly delayed which caused me to incur significant additional costs.
