You have to fight to get things done after closing!!

some good and some bad.

The 5 star review for responsiveness goes to our warranty manager for his professionalism and hard work to get all our issues fixed. However, buyer beware. They rushed us to close on home that was not completed. Only gave us 17 days to notice for closing instead of at least 30-45 days. The quality of workmanship is subpar. Our punch list continues to grow with issues we are finding after closing.

It is not a quality builder

A terrible experience. More than a month has elapsed since closing and there is no internet service to the unit we purchased. We were sold a "smart house" but there is no access to internet. Very frustrating and totally inexcusable. Someone has dropped the ball.

Zero Customer service once you close! they only care about the sale and not the customer.

Love the house and the community. When I call in for things that need repair they stay on top of it.

I would not recommend Pulte Home due to the lack of communications between departments.. Important issues were not solved prior to closing and had to close with no hot water and a filthy home.

Both sales and construction people had very likeable personalities. However, sales person was not clear (misleading) on some items, both financial and scheduling. It appears they said what you wanted to hear. Construction manager was not forthright on issues and scheduling. Attention was not paid to details. Some items installed incorrectly or sloppily were overlooked. Some items paid for were just not installed by COE. Construction manager pushed all items which should have been dealt with by COE onto the Customer Care manager. It took Customer Care months to deal with numerous issues, most of which were identified at the walkthrough before COE. ... More

If you are using your own title company the experience will be very taxing. The closing coordinator for Pulte was a nightmare. I received 5 different closing dates which made me jump through hoops on my end and not one phone call or email was returned by the senior closing coordinator. It was stressful. I was also promised a faucet upgrade and was told it was ordered and that never happened.

The sales people and the professional crew were very responsive.

Overall, I am pleased with the process.

Beautiful home, no amenities, low quality appliances.

The sales representative for Pulte was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the building process. After closing ~ as with most new homes ~ there are issues that need to be addressed. Most vendors address these issues in a reasonable amount of time.

Fabulous and well thought out designed units, superb quality and craftsmanship all wrapped up in one of the lowest price per square feet i have seen in South Florida. Pulte was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to our needs throughout construction and closing. Extremely pleased with my Pulte experience.

Matter was immediately brought to attention of warranty staff still awaiting solution to intolerable situation.

AC stopped working one day after moving in, electrical outlets keep tripping the breaker,damaged title and grout issues, and still unresolved issues

Our rating states it all. We are so happy with the Westgate model in the Boca Flores community. If you are looking for a one stop shopping experience from selection of models and finishes to financing and closing, Pulte is the homebuilder for you. It all started when we met Pam, Pulte Sales Consultant. Her engaging personality coupled with her knoweldge of the Builder and Community sold us on the property. She introduced us to neighbors who popped in to say hi while on their walks so when we moved in - it felt like "home". She is a value-added asset to the Pulte team. She will be missed by all when the community is complete. Ryan, Field Manager, consistently demonstrates his uncompromising focus in the area of quailty assurance and responsiveness to issues, even after we moved in. He is a man of his word. He too has an engaging personality and who is clearly dedicated to exceeding expectations. He too will be missed when the community is complete. Eric, Property Manager, has addressed our 30 day warrently needs in an expeditious and friendly manner. It can be overwhelming the first month of move-in. He kept us informed on the progress of fixing minor issues and reminded us to complete all the warrenty requirements on our appliances, water heater and air conditioner. I should mention that the Pulte contract crews are also amazing. They are skilled craftsman in their trade and clearly take pride in their workmanship. Very professional and friendly.
