The 5 star review for responsiveness goes to our warranty manager for his professionalism and hard work to get all our issues fixed. However, buyer beware. They rushed us to close on home that was not completed. Only gave us 17 days to notice for closing instead of at least 30-45 days. The quality of workmanship is subpar. Our punch list continues to grow with issues we are finding after closing.

Lots of Issues and Slow Response

We have a long punch list that needs to be addressed - some noted prior to moving in and some after. Pulte employees are very nice, but the lack of response to addressing the issues is growing increasingly annoying. Product is decent but recommend not closing until 100% satisfied with product.

Horrible war zone like and game playing process

Cheap material are used to build the house with a lot of defects, which took 2 months after closing and not yet completed. The process is a joke with LIES . They will rush you a date to do the walk and rush you a date for closing. My suggestion is that DO NOT TRUST THEM !

Pulte Homes - A terrible experience.

A terrible experience. More than a month has elapsed since closing and there is no internet service to the unit we purchased. We were sold a "smart house" but there is no access to internet. Very frustrating and totally inexcusable. Someone has dropped the ball.

Don't trust Pulte and Divosta!!!

Pulte has nobody in charge of the construction of your home, there is no one accountable for the poor workmanship. The construction manager simply blames all of his mistakes on the subcontractors. Our construction manager lied about punch list items getting completed in our new home or used double talk, saying things such as "...that should get fixed..." In reality, Pulte fixes as little as possible for as cheap as possible. We know for a fact either the construction manager or CCM just removed the blue tape on some problems from the final walk through. The trades they send to fix punch ...

The Sales Consultant was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, supportive, kind, and encouraging from beginning to end, which is why I moved forward in purchasing the home at Preston Square. I had issues with Pulte after I paid my deposit. I began the loan process in September and CLOSED in February!! What a nightmare! This will be in a different review... The lure is the $10,000 towards closing cost and the nicely decorated/staged models which hide the inexpensive features of the home. The completion time was months out from what I was told which now I’m paying very high interest rate due to the builder delay . Electric is not correct , they also had the water heater running with no water causing the element to burn and we had no hot water ; the A/C apparently was installed incorrectly now has to be repaired possibly needing to open the ceiling - many other issues - too much to write and nothing comes from this anyway . They got their money then leave the homeowners to deal with their shoddy work. How this past inspection is beyond me. Horrible experience very expensive ...

I would not recommend Pulte Home due to the lack of communications between departments.. Important issues were not solved prior to closing and had to close with no hot water and a filthy home.

HOA representatives say one thing on the phone and another via email. Horrible customer service. Non responsive and very cold and they have no empathy for any issues that arise for a new home owner. If I knew what I was getting into I would have never purchased a property with Pulte.

Don’t fall for Pulte’s Quality inspection

Regrettable experience. Moved in 2 months ago and still have a laundry list of items they need to fix. Construction managers have no experience and hired trades don’t care about the quality of their work.

Huge Disappointment

When I started the process and throughout, working with Alex our salesperson was how you would expect from a National builder. He has been the only pleasant part of this experience. Our salesperson tried but could not handle the tasks of a construction manager and we closed on a home that was subpar at most. We were promised Tony our customer service rep would help us rectify the items not corrected. This has been the worst experience in the entire process. His arrogance and failure to understand how to speak to customers is worse than the actual items that were never addressed. Basic home ...
