We love our new Pulte home and the road we took to get here! It was a great trip, from our first visit to a model (just to look around) where we met our rock star sales rep, Christine, to the quality build and the interaction with our awesome project manager Blake, to a smooth closing day, and finally move in and the great service provided by our warranty super hero Alex!! We are so glad we selected Pulte for our move to Babcock Ranch!

We weren’t familiar with Pulte homes or with large building companies although we had 10 houses built for us over the years, so we “took a chance.” Happily, the promises made were promises kept. We were kept informed from framing to finish. We moved in right in the middle of promised date range, and the house is beautiful.

We have built 2 houses with Pulte in the last 2 years and the experience is great. Tanner, Sarah & David were great to work with. I highly recommend Pulte as your builder!

The contractor, David, was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

We had many points of contact with Pulte. Our salesman helped us select the perfect lot and model for our needs. The design center experience allowed us to customize our new home with unlimited choices for upgrades. The project managers Blake and Fabio are true professionals that know how to deliver customer service. Yes there were delays and issues, but they kept us informed and did everything they could to deliver a quality house. We also have been impressed with follow up on the customer service requests to fix those small things. Dan scheduled all the trades that needed to come back in a very timely manner for the minor repairs. Closing through Pulte was also easy. I was a bit nervous about buying a home from a mega builder and thought are we going to regret not going with a builder like Toll Brothers? We happened to start the building process at one of the craziest times in recent history. With a supply shortage, labor shortage, a Category 4 Hurricane, and skyrocketing interest rates, the Pulte team managed to keep as much on schedule and to their quality standards as they could possibly control. This builder has earned my respect. My wife and I are very satisfied with our new home.

Blake and David were in charge of our project. They were wonderful!! Honest, professional, and communicated very well. We always knew the status of our home building project. They both went above and beyond in building and finishing our home. Both Blake and David spoke highly of Pulte and what a great company it is! That speaks volumes about Pulte when you have workers who are championing the company!

We have been very pleased with our new Pulte home! Fabio was excellent and keeping us updated along the way and what next steps to expect. We are two months and now I am still loving everything about our new house. The quality of work exceeds our expectations! We were also happy with how the service was from Dan and helping us with our 30 day walk-through to fix any minor issues
