Quality of home was great. All people involved with our purchase did a great job except for title dept which did not return my calls when i had questions.

Acquired a Mystique Plan home and have enjoyed the Pulte representatives. Unfortunately there have been numerous issues requiring inspections and plans to resolve. It appears that Pulte holds contractors to uphold the appropriate standards. All part of the new construction process, but the extent of problems should be less via Pulte’s final inspection.

From the sales experience, to working with the construction manager and now the customer care manager, all have been very responsive and great to work with.

Everything was great with the purchasing experience. The company used for the HOA is completely unresponsive and it is very unprofessional.

This was our first new construction and overall, it went very smoothly. Our construction manager, Sarah, and quality manager, Angel, were great -- very responsive and highly professional in caring for our home every step of the way. Wish we'd had the opportunity to create a little more customization in the build, however; ended up doing some thing that would have been a lot more efficient and inexpensive had we been able to choose them in the design phase, Quality of materials is good. Biggest complaint is the landscaping -- scruffy plantings and pine straw for ground cover look horribly cheap and hardly a good compliment to the overall home. Planning to tear it out as soon as the HOA will allow. Would have been better to give us an allowance or closing credit and choose our own plantings. ... More

The builder was great. The face to face meetings were very informative and helpful. Wes, our construction manager and Christine our Sales consultant were outstanding!

It took a while to get going but once it did it was good

We had a great experience purchasing and moving into our new home. From our initial contact with the sales rep Mark, through closing with Steve and Dan, our construction sups, great experience. Mark kept us up to date on the progress and actions needed throughout the initial stages to completion. This is where Steve and Dan stepped in to walk us through the home and make any corrective action necessary. Even after the closing, the final punch list items are quickly being resolved to our satisfaction. Great job Pulte Team!

We had a very good experience working with sales, construction management and home care representatives. They were all very professional and responsive during the build process and managing the limited number of post closing issues. The quality of workmanship & materials were pretty good given the dynamics of the local housing market supply/demand, supply chain issues and labor availability.

I'm not sure what the expectations are for the sales people, but they were extremely slow or non-existent replying to queries while my house was being constructed. They were friendly, but not the best at communication. Eventually I was assigned a finish construction manager who was phenomenal. He should be the poster child for all Pulte interaction. During the process, your loan department was also very responsive and easy to work with . I have a friend who was trying to win my business, but he fell short. Pulte Mortgage just made it too simple and cost effective. The same can be said for my homeowners insurance. Finally, my post construction manager has also been great at following through. I've been impressed with the attention to detail and desire to make sure I'm 100% satisfied. Overall, I'd recommend Pulte to anyone. Building a new home in SW Florida in 2021-22 was a challenge to say the least. The housing market was overheated, building supply costs were overinflated and labor was in short supply. I was about to give up on our dream to build in Florida when I discovered the Pulte community in Babcock Ranch where I was able to build a house to my specifications on a lot I desired and all I had to do was agree on the price. Although the price I paid was high it still provided a great value for the money compared to the other builders and communities in SWFL. If it wasn't for Pulte I would still be living in Texas. Throughout the process everyone from the Pulte team was very helpful and friendly - sales, design, construction, closing and warranty. Being 1500 miles away in DFW I was concerned about my inability to monitor the construction process and enjoy the experience of watching our new home go up. Tanner, Blake and Steven kept me up to date on the building process through bi-weekly and adhoc conference calls and provided pictures of the progress along the way. Blake and Steven were honest about the market conditions and the challenges they faced with completing construction within our original window. But I feel they never stopped working for me to meet their commitments. We have been in our new home for 45 days now and we absolutely love it. As with every construction project there are going to be warranty items that need to be addressed. Dan is our customer care manager and he has done a great job of knocking out our punch list and getting contractors in to compete the required actions. Dan's communication and responsiveness throughout the warranty phase has been stellar. I have no regrets with our decision to move to Babcock Ranch and build my Pulte home. I found Pulte to take customer service seriously. That is not to say that there are not issues given all the various trades involved along with supply chain restraints. We had an awesome Construction Manager that communicated both good and bad news regularly in regard to the homes progress. Other members of the Pulte team from the sales office to the warranty folks made us feel we were their priority. I am glad we selected Pulte as our builder and would use them again.

We started the process with Tyler, who by all accounts is a true professional in every aspect. He kept us informed, explained things when there were questions, and provided updates throughout the build. Daniel gave me a thorough video tour of my home (I don't live in Florida currently), answered questions, and followed up on any and all issues. Matt was great with answering any detailed questions after the build and closing, and has followed up on all issues, which were few. I'm very happy with the result and the performance of these three men!

Working with Pulte Mortgage was an excellent experience. However, we were building this home from a different state and the building manager was not as responsive as we would have liked. It was local friends who were able to take pictures and keep us up to date. Communication with the onsite people could be improved.

The Pulte experience overall was really wonderful. As a first time homebuyer I felt every single person I interacted with that works for Pulte was patience and answered all of my questions and really supported my experience. The area where I felt could use some improvement is the workmanship on small details. To be fair we purchased a home through a pandemic but the home was turned over to us with a lot of small details that were not done well or done incorrectly and as stated we purchased our first home and expected something closer to being done “perfectly.” They will come back to fix these little things which I am so happy about. Customer centric. Flexible. Teamwork. Efficient.

I would like to say to others that are new buyers, remember that you are buying a new house and there will be issues to deal with such as paint touch ups-replacing a piece of tile. But what ever it is, Pulte Homes will be there to make it right. Bottom line, Pulte Homes are the best builder in southwest Florida.

Great design lots of options.

First, I want to say that Tyler, the sales person we worked with at Pulte, is amazing! He represents Pulte very well and should be commended for all of the work he does. Even though he works for Pulte, he also does right by the home buyer, which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely helpful from the minute we met him and was always willing to answer our questions, send us pictures and help mitigate any concerns we had throughout the build. I also want to say that the mortage process was very easy and working with the Pulte Mortgage Team made things work seamlessly. As far as the workmanship, there have been several issues that could have been completely avoided had there been better oversight during the build. Because of the pandemic, there have been challenges with delays in materials and a shortage of skilled workers, which I completely understand, but there was very little supervision of the various tradesmen throughout the build. From initially putting the wrong trusses on the house to realizing that most of our impact glass windows have scratches in them but only after they were installed, led to an initial unnecessary delay and items having to be repaired after closing through the warranty department. With regards to Pulte’s warranty department, Matt, who we have been working with, has been amazing and has been making sure that all of the items needing repaired have either already been done or are currently scheduled to be completed and we only closed a month and a half ago. I do want to say that if we had to choose again to build with Pulte or another builder, I still would choose Pulte. We know that building a new home during a pandemic has come with many challenges for all builders and Pulte is no exception. We loved how well the Construction Manager Blake Barnes and Salesperson Yvonne Yocum kept us in the loop and were responsive to questions. Both were amazing!

I expected building a new home to be very complicated and frustrating. Pulte, however, walked us through everything so easily! Even though we were out of state, I always felt I could reach out with any questions or concerns I had. I love the quality of my new home and haven’t had any problems bigger than minor, easy to fix, flaws. I highly recommend Pulte to everyone I talk to about my experience.

house is great! the pre and post construction customer service has been outstanding!

First off, the people that work for this company are great. The responses I get and the customer service have been wonderful. That said, if I could do it all over again, I would purchase from Lennar or DR Horton and save 60 thousand dollars. The home is of the same quality as the other builders in my neighborhood but you pay for the Pulte name. Here are just some of the issues I had upon moving in. AC duct work in the attic was never hooked up to the vents in some areas. I’m missing insulation in some parts of the attic. The built in stove was never wired in and I had no way to turn it on for 2 weeks. The refrigerator water line was never connected prior to closing. I am missing an exterior electrical outlet by my front door. Several cabinets are damaged. The weather stripping around the front door and garage entry door is missing in places and I can see sunlight coming through. These are just some of the issues. Like I said at the beginning, the Pulte team is great and as a former DR Horton owner I appreciate good customer service. The overall home product is no better than the other builders and you are only paying for the name and the reputation Pulte had years ago as a premier builder. ... More

My overall experience was good. I am sure just like every other builder issues come up. I was not a fan of our construction manager as nothing seemed to get done until we closed and I started dealing with the Warranty manage. Dan has been amazing and I cant say enough about the help he has been. He truly cares and tries to resolve everything as soon as possible.
