Despite nationwide delays in material I was kept in the loop by David. I was out of state but the construction site in face time was always clean and organized. Very well constructed home with only a few issues (minor) to resolve post closing. Excellent job!

The Sales Representative and the Building Supervisor were excellent. Both worked to build our house in the manner we wanted. But, they were constrained by what they were allowed to do. These are not semi-custom houses, but are builder houses that have some options. Even when not doing something that was on the plan would have saved time and money. It still could not be done. If we picked an option to add something there was always a charge, but when we opted to leave out something there was never any credit. We now have had to pay someone to take out and finish several areas the way we wanted. We understand that building houses in the same way aids cost containment and helps with time lines. But, to us the house purchaser it became costly and frustrating. Due to Covid 19 the warranty work that needs to be done has not started yet, but should be started in 1 1/2 weeks. The basic floor plan is very well done and the quailty is resonable for a “builder” house. There are a few things that did not make sense; 1) the light switch in the Mater bathroom is behind the door when you enter the bathroom, 2) the “built in bench” in the shower Is actual dangerous. It is 27 1/2 “ high. You have to lift yourself up to sit on it! It is recommended that a built in shower seat be no lower than 17” and no higher than 19”, 3) the decorative tile band in the shower is lower than it should be. If you are standing in the shower (which is lower than the bathroom floor) it is OK, but when standing in the bathroom it is visually not a pleasing hight. 4) there are not enough electrical outlets in the laundry room. Yes, it meets code, but a builder with Pulte’s reputation should do better. and 6) All the lights and the shower vent, in the Mater bathroom, came on with one switch. They need to be separated out. The buying and closing process was easy. The walk through is very important and you have to be aware of flaws, and have them fixed before moving in.

We appreciated the good communication throughout the process. Our sales consultant Tyler kept us informed on the progress of our new home during the construction process. Our project manager Fabio was also excellent in keeping us up to date and made sure we were happy.

Building a home is difficult, and Pulte is a good company to do it. However, the design meeting, where you pick out the furnishings, was a disaster. Lots of issues with supply chain that I think could have been averted. Overall workmanship was excellent except for some glaring issues that were identified but not corrected. Still having issues arise. Their customer service line is wonderful, but the "special" one for appliances is really bad. We had an unusual experience with hurricane Ian coming to our area about a month before our close. We were slightly delayed because of this but the house stood up well and overall we are pleased with the process.

We were fortunate to get an amazing construction manager David assigned to us and who stayed on during the entire build. He found and mitigated a lot of issues so post close problems were minimized. Many neighbors were not this fortunate. Attention to detail by subs, especially finish trades needs attention by Pulte. Overall we got the house we wanted and excited to be in our home finally.

i am overall very happy with the attendance and and the way the project was organized and conducted by Pulte. this applies to all involved departments, sales design center, construction and construction supervision. schedule was ahead of time. looking forward to move in.

Pulte's pre-move in person really listened to all of your concerns. He was courteous & respectful of your thoughts. During the next week most of the items were repaired in a workmanlike manner. A few items remained but he kept on the task until all items were completed. He promptly followed up. Communication by texts worked well as he always responded in a timely manner. This man is truly professional & a pleasure to work with!

Blake who was responsible for building our home was awesome. His efforts and team made this experience worth the wait.

I give Pulte 4 stars out of 5. I would say we have a good house and it was a good experience, but we weren't blown away. Pulte is a big corporation, so they are efficient but not relational. Plan to stick to the details of the contract. It may be a matter of managing expectations.

Pulte is a good builder. Be sure to ask about EVERYTHING so there won't be surprises. We asked about the kitchen fan venting when looking at the model home and were originally told that the fan vented to the outside. When we went to the design center when constructing our home, we were informed differently and then had to pay $650.00 more to have exterior venting.

Good home, but they could include a better cabinets, handles and appliances for a half million home.

Love the Ashby model. Love our view on the eagle preserve of Northridge. Once we closed the follow-up on issues was poor. The Pulte people are nice and well-meaning, but they are obviously pushed to move on to the next house.

Overall a very good experience. Closing took place on time. Now awaiting completion of punch list items following move-in.

Overall quality of the product is good but attention to details before close is very poor. Many issues would have been avoided if tradesmen and proj manager had performed final quality inspection. IE appliances installed but no power to them, lots of paint splatters on tile floor, no garage door opener etc. Easy items to resolve if final inspection actually performed. Lack of transparency on when we will receive appliances that were contracted is infuriating. Not asking for Pulte to improve supply chain, just tell us what you know instead of "we have no information" ... and neighbor waiting over 7 months for appliances. ... More

Your experience through out the home buying experience are directly tied in to who is your sales person and manager. Tyler and David are truly professionals.

Our Southwestern Florida Home built by Pult in is Amazingly Solid, very pleased, however we worked with them so they could close us by the end of the year knowing we had a dozen items on the Punch (Still to do list). This is where they totally dropped the ball, very unresponsive,...Very disappointing.

Our new house is our "forever" home in Babcock Ranch, FL, and we wanted it to be as perfect as possible. The finishing work on the house is sub-par. The interior paint is sub-par - dirt in the finished paint. The "skip coat" finish just doesn't look good. There is grout all over the new tile floor (even after they had someone come in 2 or 3 times to clean it). The windows are off square, making it difficult to hang blinds. Also, the day we officially closed on the house and expected to spend our first night in our house we found that the sewage line had never been hooked up to the street. This left us feeling very distraught, angry, and depressed that we couldn't spend our first night in our new house. It was "inhabitable" with no toilet or water usage.
