Pulte DID NOT follow their own guiding principles: “Do the right thing”; “Compassion for the customer” or “Care about quality”. They bullied us into closing on a house that was Not “Complete, Clean or Move-In-Ready” They switch out appliances selected and paid for to lower level brand. A house that should look new looks like a 20 year old resale due to chipped floor tiles, chipped drywall corners, scratched doors, dented and gouged baseboard and trim, window, door, electrical and plumbing issues, too many more list.

We closed on our home 12/30/2021. There is a myriad of issues with our home. The warranty department is overloaded with other homeowners with issues. One of our neighbors has been dealing with the same issues for over a year. John, head of SWFL Pulte warranty, says they have 47 people working in warranty. I suggested that Pulte hire more construction managers and better contractors vs. trying to deal with quality issues after. Why? Because the warranty people doing the warranty work are also subpar. We've built multiple homes, and the honest truth is I would never buy another Pulte ...
