Pulte was with us from start to finish with wonderful staff and continued support I don’t think buying a new home, having it built to our needs and closing on time I don’t think you could find a better experience

There were a variety of floor plans and options to choose from, making the design center experience enjoyable. Receiving email updates with pictures of the building process was a nice touch. The final walkthrough before closing was a helpful opportunity to identify any issues to address before completing the sale.

I had a great experience with Pulte Homes! From the sale with Madison to the final finishes with Nick..they were extremely responsive and helpful, especially with being an out of state during the build.

During and after the completion of our home Chuck the foreman kept in touch and took care of all our concerns, which were few. This was our 9th home purchase and by far was the best experience.

Great experience overall. Painters were a little sloppy, but doesn't change my 5 star rating

We first began our purchase with Ryan. He was great to work with and very personable and knowledgeable. We then transitioned to Dave, who was also great to work with through to the finish line. Dave kept us up to speed on the progress of our new home. We also had a great experience with our construction foreman, Shawn. He was terrific through the entire build process. Shawn ensured that everything was done according to our contract and went above and beyond our expectations. We were not physically able to do our in person walk through during construction, so Shawn conducted a video call with us and went through the entire exterior and interior inspection and answered all our questions satisfactorily, and then some. He would also check in periodically with any questions he may have had and to ensure the construction work was being done to our satisfaction. Once our new home was completed, Shawn again conducted a tour of both the outside and inside or our home explaining where everything was (in wall pest system, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) and ensured we understood how everything worked and what would require periodic maintenance. It is not an understatement to say Shawn is the best!!! Thank you Shawn. As for the closing process. We had a wonderful experience with Alyssa. She was professional, personable and easy to work with. She ensured we knew exactly what was needed from us and what to expect for the closing. As for Angela, the same cannot be said for her. She was rude, offered very little when answering our questions and acted as though we were an inconvenience. She should not be working with the public in any type of customer service environment. Great overall home buying experience!

The quality of the build exceeded our expectations! Our project manager was responsive and quick to fix anything we mentioned. Overall very satisfied with our experience and would recommend to others

The whole buying experience was great! First, the office staff when we were scheduled for our first viewing of the house with Andrew, he stayed past his time to make sure we saw all the facilities and had as much time in the house as we wanted, he was friendly, informative, and did not rush us at all. Second, the financing and underwriting was amazing about answering all my questions and getting back to me numerous times. Josh and Kathy were always willing to spend a few extra minutes and walk me through the process with detailed explanations of what was happening and what we still needed to do. Third, Dan and Orlando were amazing with the walkthrough! They answered so many questions and really took their time is explaining everything! I asked a lot of questions and greatly appreciate all detail they added and how comfortable they make me and my wife feel about our new home and the process for making sure that if something were to have issues, that it would be fixed, then explained all the processes for that part of it. And all very thoroughly without rushing at all. My real estate agent, George, even told us that it was the best walk through he had ever seen. Afterwards we raved about it even more and told us some of his horror stories, so thank you Dave and Orlando! Fourth, our closing agent was great! I do not remember her name, but she was a dream! She did not rush us at all, answered all my questions thoroughly, and did not have any bad attitude because we asked so many questions. She had patience to spare. Thank you Pulte for everything! You offered us a great deal, you helped us go through the process of our VA loan, all your staff was so helpful, and we know we have a fantastic home that is strong and stable, to go along with a great community. Daniel was a great general contractor and we were very impressed with his attention to detail and general concern that he was delivering a product that was 100% solid and flawless. He is a true asset to the Pulte Corporation and I would highly recommend to other future Pulte homeowners.

Malcolm and Mary Ann were wonderful to work with. They were extremely organized and had great attention to detail. We greatly appreciated their follow through to ensure that our home was well built and finished in the choice of products we wanted. We feel that our home was a very good buy for the money.

Very seamless transaction and pleased with the quality of the work and follow-up on wrapping up items prior to and shortly after closing.

The construction team and especially the manager was incredible. Fantastic work and great communication. They are also very responsive to feedback and questions which was amazing for us as we were living in a different state during the build.

Our construction manager Tucker was the best! He kept us informed from start to finish . Zach our salesperson was extremely helpful through the process working diligently with OUR lender. I would rte both of them 10 out of 10. As for the Pulte mortgage people I would rate them minus zero.

This new house in Marwood is the second one I bought from Pulte Homes. All the stuff here is very personal. Especially sales and property manager. They did great job.

Pulte built us an absolutely wonderful dream home. Our construction manager was the best individual you could ever have for building your home. They took care in every process of the build and communicated very well throughout the process. We love Pulte and they have the best floor plan layouts. Our home was built well ahead of schedule, and they even put the highest SEER rating HVAC units and we can't say enough wonderful things about the home.

I have had a great experience with Pulte homes in the Marwood Community. The construction manager and warranty departments have been extremely accommodating and gone out of their way to fix any issues with my new build.
