The home itself and the sales person are fine, The title company was rude and unresponsive. The follow up on punch list items is hampered by covid so not fair to rate.I did find Pulte very inflexible with regard to final walk through which cost us a lot of money and time.

Trevesta is a friendly neighborhood with great neighbors.

Pulte and their whole team made this a wonderful and a stress free experience!

Made settlement 12/19/19. Walked into a filthy bug infested house and had to use master key because ours wasn’t delivered yet. Subcontractors rarely show or call for scheduled appointments. They don’t take responsibility for their work but quick to blame others. i.e.leaking window still not fixed. Warranty manager NIC is a saint without him nothing would get done post settlement. Nobody other than Nic takes responsibility and respects the homeowners. General consensus of our neighbors is similar to the above. When I told the design center what I wanted to upgrade she was rude and abrupt. Called with a question her comment was “ it is what it is”. Which is unacceptable. Excited to be in our new home. Many features that we truly like. Some workmanship is not in keeping with what I would have expected for the price paid. Pulte crew has been very responsive in addressing every issue and am grateful for their attention. Matt and Nic have done a great job as Pulte representatives.

There’s to many issues to deal with for a house supposed to be new. I’m still waiting for a fix of my 30 days warranty claim. No follow up. Last email I sent before holidays hasn’t been respond yet.

All phases of the home building process not only met but exceeded our expectations. Sales associate Michelle M. was patient and very professional in answering all our questions and pointing out alternatives we had not considered.. Our construction manager, Sean C. also continued this approach by patiently answering our questions and providing regular updates through out the process. A very positive experience overall.

We love our house! There were a few minor cosmetic issues but any issues we had were responded to quickly. Our construction manager Sean Crittenden was great and explained things every step of the way.

Overall good experience and a well crafted home, however, the follow up on the inevitable punch list is frustrating and diminishes the joy of new home ownership.

Entire home buying process was first class. Could not be happier with this decision.

Excellent process from start to finish Responsive

Pulte was wonderful. No project is without hiccups, but they were handled properly, and in a timely manner. I love our new home so much!

We live 1,500 miles away from Tampa, so the majority of the building experience was remote/virtual. The Pulte staff were great- we received weekly updates with pictures from Daniel, our site manager, and we completed the closing by mail. Ten few issues we had were addressed in a very timely fashion.

The whole experience from the salesperson, to design center consult to the celebration walk-through was a wonderful experience.

Waking true the home was ok , they tell me that everything that wasen done right they will come to fix it that was a month ago still waiting. The warranty Manager tell that he will contact us after 30 day is been 36 days still waiting. My advice don't close on the house in to you are not sure everything is done right.

Been in the house only for a month but it felt like home instantly. I love our new home.

Nothing but a 100% positive experience with Pulte. Everything from pricing & site selection, to build, to move-in...our experience with Pulte has been stress free and enjoyable. My wife & I now have the home of our dreams.

Excellent Service through whole process

The finish job on our walls is very disappointing. I have never seen such a sloppy finish. Because of that I would not recommend a pulte home.
