We had a very good experience from pre-sales to closing. Everything went smoothly, and the Pulte team was very efficient. Glenn, Chuck, and Angela were especially helpful. We are very excited to be in our new home and part of the Lakespur/Wellen Park community.

Chris and Debbie were extremely helpful with all my questions or concerns. It was a wonderful experience.

Garage terminations unsatisfactory. HOA process unpredictable at the moment.

I am very pleased with the final product. However the journey was very unpleasant. My construction manager Dustin was a positive point in the building process. The sales experience was an absolute disappointment. Several bait and switch situations. A verbal agreement/understanding does not benefit you at all. My experience with Pulte definitely has me questioning their integrity...Read and only agree to what is on paper. Even though there are hundreds of papers to sort through, dont docusign the emailed papers until you know exactly what is on the documents. Your prior verbal understanding of an agreement should not deter you from reading/understanding every page....The final product was worth the terrible sales experience. Good luck ... More

From my initial visit to the development of new homes to finally purchasing the home, the whole process was very smooth. The initial sales agent worked with me at every step, ensuring my transition to the new home was accomplished in record time. I was able to.move into a move in ready home with many amenities and incentives. Everyone was and has been very helpful, including the construction manager.

Our sale rep. Zac was a huge help in finding this home. He stayed in contact with me for months until we finally sold our home and were able to make a move. He assisted us throughout the process. The home itself more than meets our needs and takes a while to adjust to. When we discovered some "issues", they were mostly addressed in a reasonable time. Brittany in their customer care department has been outstanding with listening and assisting us with the issues. As a senior couple in our 70's, we do find it to be a somewhat high learning curve to contact multiple Pulte, HOA and other portals/websites to request assistance and pay fees. We do recognize our lack of technical expertise limits our understand and ability to adjust but we still recommend our community and builder. ... More

This home is beautiful & well-built. Pulte’s team provides the support needed & is responsive to any concerns. From the sales rep to project manager to warranty care manager, promises are kept to ensure the satisfaction of the customer to maintain the standards of quality expected. I expected buying a Pulte home would. be the same. as the Pulte home I just sold. Nothing could be further from the truth. The house is wonderful. The construction is wonderful. I gates did not work but they were fixed quickly. The. community center is not ready. The HOA is not ready. All things will be fixed in time. I understand that, and the price was right...

We are five time new home buyers and are used to working through warranty on minor items, but we were never expecting to 1) have major issues with our electrical, HVAC, and garage slab, and 2) still have these issues unresolved after months of support.

The entire Pulte team was amazing! Shawn was incredible in helping to navigate our first punchlist for a new home. Highly recommend the Pulte experience overall!

Our experience with Pulte was excellent. Dave was great to work with. Shawn really put us at ease as he explained every detail about the house and was very responsive to our questions. So far, we are very satisfied with everyone we have encountered with Pulte.

I recently purchased a new home in Arbor Oaks. Overall I am very happy with the home. I do think the quality of the workman ship could improve. Even after inspecting the home before we closed and having a lot of cosmetic issue's fixes we are still finding a lot more that need to be fixed. Most of what we are finding is just sloppy work. Pulte is very responsible to getting items fixed but if they were to do a better quality job to start there would not be a need to come back to make these repairs.

There is nothing more refreshing than to count with a knowledgeable and friendly Project Manager. At PulteHomes in Arbor Oaks, Shawn is simply the best.

I had very bad experience with Pulte mortgage and my landscaping needs attention and I called many times and nothing.

Project Manager Shawn was great. Knowledgeable, experienced and highly responsive to our concerns. Pulte Mortgage was the absolute worst experience ever.

From start to finish Glen and Chuck help and guided us in the success of our new home. The mortgage and financial teams were easy to work with and very informative on what was needed for the acquiring of our dream home. Even after being here for over a month glen and chuck still say hello and make sure that we are not having any issues.

Have had a few issues, largest being that the fence around the property was torn down in the last hurricane - back in October. Being told construction on a new one won't even begin until January. 3 months without a fence when we're paying to be in a "gated community". Also were told no damage to our roof in the storm (we were out of town) only to find out - by accident - weeks later that a section of our roof had been torn off. Overall, Pulte has been pretty responsive when repair requests have been made, and we've had a couple. Overall, we love the home - at least we WILL once we have a fence back up! ... More

We purchased a quick move in home with Pulte in Lakewood Ranch FL and we love our new house. High quality craftsmanship and finishes throughout. There are a few imperfections but the managers have been wonderful about repairs and respond quickly with great attitudes. Would buy another house from them. Would recommend working with them if you’re thinking about buying a new construction.
