Great experience, beautiful home.

Our construction manager Tucker was the best! He kept us informed from start to finish . Zach our salesperson was extremely helpful through the process working diligently with OUR lender. I would rte both of them 10 out of 10. As for the Pulte mortgage people I would rate them minus zero.

This new house in Marwood is the second one I bought from Pulte Homes. All the stuff here is very personal. Especially sales and property manager. They did great job.

Pulte built us an absolutely wonderful dream home. Our construction manager was the best individual you could ever have for building your home. They took care in every process of the build and communicated very well throughout the process. We love Pulte and they have the best floor plan layouts. Our home was built well ahead of schedule, and they even put the highest SEER rating HVAC units and we can't say enough wonderful things about the home.

I have had a great experience with Pulte homes in the Marwood Community. The construction manager and warranty departments have been extremely accommodating and gone out of their way to fix any issues with my new build.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home from Pulte Homes in Florida and every person that we dealt with at Pulte was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a newly constructed home.

Our PM Ted was an absolute joy to work with. He is courteous, knowledgable, respectful and the house was delivered in perfect condition. What more could you ask for? We were impressed!! Andrew handled the purchase/sale and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. A great guy and everything was smooth and enjoyable. Both are highly recommended!!

Pulte delivered!! Jesse was awesome. Andrew was a godsend. We were overwhelmed moving from another state and both of these Pulte employees made sure we were informed; eased our anxiety and built trust in the process. Our home is exactly what we expected. Our design elements work so well together (thanks Shane) and the quality is top notch. Andrew in sales answered EVERY question I had even if it wasn’t his “domain”. Jesse tended to every detail. Sales consultation was excellent, and the home delivery was done very well. Warranty on the home is a nice plus.

Everything is very good and nice.

Building a new home can be a scary task but honestly the people at Pulye made it easy. The sales process was smooth, Trenton explained everything and offered advice on how to stay on budget but still get the house we wanted how we wanted. Building was just as simple, with timely updates from our project manager and an honest build time estimate we were able to relax and enjoy seeing the process. We really appreciated the work and communication by everyone involved. We were so impressed we even had my in laws build with them same sales team and project manager.

Having a house built in Florida while living in New York isn’t an ideal situation but Pulte homes made it work without any issues. I came to Florida a few times while it was being built and it was never a problem for me to walk through and check the progress. I used Pulte for my mortgage and homeowners insurance and that was the best way to do it so I didn’t have to coordinate anything because they would communicate with each other without me being the middle man. The closing went smoothly for the most part except for 1 or 2 hiccups which weren’t caused by Pulte. Building a new home is a challenging process, we are very happy with how it turned out and their help/assistance along the way!

Great experience with the builder’s team, from sales to home site manager. They were super responsive, kept their best promise.

I was impressed about their process. There process was very organized from the time the initial contract was signed. As soon as I gave the down payment, I was contacted by their mortgage company and the loan application was initiated. They were great in updating me, they informed me when they started building the house and the progress the whole time. Closing was also easy. We were satisfied of the quality of the house when we moved in.

I was very pleased with the entire Pulte home buying process from sales to after home completion warranty follow-up. All the Pulte reps were professional and responsive. Pulte has the home building process down to a science and the execution was mostly excellence. Anything requiring follow-up was completion in a timely manner after I notified customer service.
