We love our villa in Avanti, Madison, our sales consultant was great, and so was Andrew, the contract manager, we are finally home! I would steer away from Pulte Mortgage though, had the worst experience with them, and had to look for another lender in a rush to get the purchase going, it all worked out at the end!

Pulte was very easy to work with and very responsive to any issues identified during the construction process. The project manager for our build was outstanding. The communication through out the entire process was very good and very detailed.

Our job superintendent was super caring and communicative. We did have some bumps to be expected with a new build-cracked tub-which got replaced after closing. Refrigerator doors had rust on them not noticed until after the closing-weather stripping in entry door needed adjustment as bugs were coming in. Our sales person left Pulte during our build so Tucker took her role on. I know he was busy but really went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were all addressed. We were told by sales agent we wouldn’t have a problem getting a pool installed-the homes are so close together-our neighbors are concerned for damage to their property-potentially holding up the process. We built great relationships while building our home with Pulte. The sales experience was great. We were able to secure a great deal on our homesite and build. The building project manager was very communicative, professional, and understood and tended to our concerns. He really went above and beyond. The only negative part of our entire experience is that for what we paid for the home—the workmanship and details on certain things is almost unacceptable. Some door jams unlevel. Walls bowed. Ceilings lines unlevel. These are things that you don’t necessarily catch unless you look for them specifically. That said, we understand the problems facing the current construction market. Sloppy work and workers can’t be easily avoided simply by firing the workers since there aren’t more workers to take their place. And all in all—we are very happy with our new home. Pulte made the home buying process easy and rewarding. We were rewarded with a beautiful home because our documents were up-to-date, and we met the requirements There were a few defects such as a roof leak, and countertop defects but Pulte responded immediately to each issue. Job well done !

I was very discouraged by the home market after searching for a home for two years. I got a text from my realtor about quick move ins and went straight to look. What I found was great curb appeal and great value at a great price. One look and I signed the next day. I am SO glad I did not overlook Pulte. The entire experience was totally painless and everyone was very helpful and responded quickly.

We have had a good experience with pulte so far. Extremely responsive to everything and also very responsive to warranty stuff after closing. Although there wasn’t much wrong at all with the home. Just very minor things. So far very happy with our decision. Thank you pulte homes!

We were very excited, somewhat nervous as we are from Canada, but when we arrived after closing we were so happy, the home is beautiful!

We bought a speck home which was Quick Move In , We bought in September and closed in beginning of December. We didn’t have to choose anything and loved all the finishes, so that made it stress free . Sean, building manager, was very helpful and always available to answer any questions and help us with concerns. A very easy transition for us.

Our construction manager, Tucker N. was on top of every detail. Every issue was addressed quickly.

Overall a very positive experience!

Sales process was seamless, we were kept informed throughout the build and were given advance notice in case there were any issues or delays. Both sales agent and Construction manager were amazing to work with.

This was the first time I went thru new construction on a home. Pulte made the process easy and enjoyable. They kept me informed during the entire process. Our home was completed right within their predicted timeframe. Our home is beautiful and any issues we have found will be addressed in a timely manner.

Overall I had a great experience building my home in Lakewood Ranch Florida. Sales always kept me up to date, and the construction process went as expected. After settlement the only repair items remaining are cosmetic. For example: dented doors, paint in the grout, broken screens, etc. all of these items are easily mitigated.

Response time was great. Craftsmanship was a little off

Overall, we love our new home and everyone we dealt with from Pulte Homes was amazing. However, there were just a couple of things that “bothered” us. The first thing is that we were a little disappointed in the shortage of options in the catalog for selecting materials and finishes. We just felt for the price of the home, there should be a little more variety or more potions available to the buyer. Second, I think a little more attention should have been placed in cleaning the home when the build was completed. I noticed some sort of clear residue and white caulking on the floors throughout the home, and to spend a few days getting on the floor to scrub and remove the substances. Didn’t really expect to be doing this upon moving into our new home. Other that, everything else is great and the above mentioned “issues” are very minor and wouldn’t be show stoppers. ... More

We built a Pulte home during the height of the pandemic without ever seeing it in person. At the time, travel to the other state was prohibited. The sales team and our protect manager did a great job of keeping us informed by sending frequent photos and videos to update us on the progress. We made a few changes along the way and they were very accommodating. Thank you to Pulte team - we love the house!

My house was built on time. I a very happy with the results

It was difficult applying stars because where there were issues a 1 would apply. Firstly our major complaint is we are very upset about the symbiotic relationship between your subcontractors Uxari (security and sound system) and Coast to Coast Pool (pump) with the internet provider Blue Stream’s system. We moved in November 13th and are still experiencing major issues with the technology provided by both vendors. We spent $30K for our Uxari system and $69K for our pool with IQPump. 1/7th of the cost our $708K home has failed. My husband and I have spoke with and met with all three stakeholders several times and what we really need is the expert that set up the Pulte contracts with these subcontractors to facilitate a legitimate smart home without our intense intervention. Our next issue is with painting. Pulte fired the painters that worked on our home and it has been a bit labor intensive getting a redo and compensation for a known issue. And the last major issue is we had 2 broken and poorly installed toilets one was replaced and one we are still dealing with. ... More
