The home itself and the sales person are fine, The title company was rude and unresponsive. The follow up on punch list items is hampered by covid so not fair to rate.I did find Pulte very inflexible with regard to final walk through which cost us a lot of money and time.

The Project Manager was great, so was the sales person and the HOA.

I want to say that everyone we dealt with at Pulte during this process was polite, professional and truly wanted to do the best job they could. The final product is everything we had hoped for and more and our punch list is a few simply cosmetic issues. No serious problems or malfunctions of any kind. Malcom did a great job and his follow up was excellent.

My 'holistic' experience was excellent from start to finish. I'd recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build in a new builder community environment. My home is lovely and as close to perfect as one can be in these days of 'fast' build. My critique of the process was the inability to 'personalize' certain elements, e.g., punch a hole in a wall during the construction process (as opposed to having to wait until post finish) and to manage the installation of height-driven items, e.g., shelving placement. For example, the standard height for their clothing shelves are quite high for a short person to reach. Great place to call home in a Pulte built house.

We recently completed the process of building our new home with Pulte, and overall, the experience was quite positive, though not without its hiccups. Having previously built a home with Meritage Homes, we noticed a discernible improvement in craftsmanship with Pulte, which was a pleasant surprise. The responsiveness and service provided by our agent at the model house were highlights of our experience. They handled our requests and questions with remarkable speed and professionalism, which made a significant difference in the process. However, not everything was smooth. We encountered some issues as our construction manager quit unexpectedly, and disappointingly, Pulte did not inform us of this change in a timely manner. Moreover, there were a few items that we felt should have been addressed prior to closing but were overlooked. In conclusion, while the process of building a home is inherently filled with challenges, Pulte managed to deliver a quality home with superior craftsmanship compared to our previous experience. Tom, our construction contact during the last days of construction and after closing, was so friendly. He also was very helpful and wanted to resolve our issues. At one point I called the Pulte office to request his email so I could request help with an unlevel refrigerator. He was at our door before I could compose the email. Closing on and occupying a newly built home is sometimes confusing and nerve-wracking, but Pulte, and Tom in particular, really took the stress level down. I have to say they made the process very comfortable and easy.

Overall good experience. The trades people used were not the best. Many issues, lots of details in quality of work. It’s like too big of a hurry to just get it done so some of the work suffered.

The 2 things were touching up the baseboards & leveling the pavers on our patio as promised in our initial walk through. Baseboards are still not done & the supervisor of the pavers looked @ the patio & stated it was so everything had to be re-done. They came out removed all the pavers then replaced them back the exact same way. A J at this time has told the work is acceptable even though it just as bad as it was to start with....not with Pulte Homes

They have been extremely poor in responding and repairing things that needed to be corrected. Some of the items should never have passed inspection

Nice, end product, but follow-up to fix build issues, not so much.

The construction process was smooth. The house is well-built but the finishes are very poorly made (i.e., cheap), despite their high cost.

Still having issues needing follow up. However, overall experiences where fair. Exp. Rusty on refrigerator door, two different vanity doors, window screen not sized properly, etc.

Not looking good at this point. Pulte still has a chance to improve my situation.

We had a great experience with the sales team. Buying was an easy process. There were a lot of delays and hiccups during the build but we expected that and completely understood. Unfortunately, the communication from our field manager was very poor. He rarely gave us updates, was difficult to get a hold of, and sometimes wouldn’t respond to our calls, texts, or emails for weeks. We finally closed 6 months after our expected closing date. It’s been almost 2 months since then and we are still waiting on cabinet hardware and mirrors in our bathrooms. There is trim missing throughout the house, trim falling off, large gaps between flooring and trim, cabinets scratched/dented, etc. Still waiting on getting our issues resolved. Project Manager Shawn was great. Knowledgeable, experienced and highly responsive to our concerns. Pulte Mortgage was the absolute worst experience ever.

People were great in dealing with problems in a tough building environment.

overall fair experience. unfortunately the finishes are sub par. no cabinet pulls on cabinets, no shower door on stand up shower, no backsplash, no screen on slider so i had to screen in porch to prevent bugs infestation. lots of bugs and spiders here. no mail box so who knows where mail is. response to issues is rapid and the crew is exceptional. after spending $400,000, i still need to finish my own home with necessary fixes.

Poor post move in follow up and completion of issues

The reason for the frustration and disappointment is because the final product was not worth the price charged. If the cost of the house was $100K less this experience would have been great, as we would have had lower expectations. For the price paid our expectations of quality of workmanship and quality of materials was much higher than what was delivered. The Pulte staff were pleasant, easy to work with and overall good with communication. However despite multiple attempts to bring back contractors over and over again to correct many workmanship issues in the build process it's still sloppy (careless, lazy, poor quality) work and we feel that they failed to deliver a quality home for the price paid. The finish job on our walls is very disappointing. I have never seen such a sloppy finish. Because of that I would not recommend a pulte home.

We are five time new home buyers and are used to working through warranty on minor items, but we were never expecting to 1) have major issues with our electrical, HVAC, and garage slab, and 2) still have these issues unresolved after months of support.

I had very bad experience with Pulte mortgage and my landscaping needs attention and I called many times and nothing.

My sales person was great. Same as the upgrade center contact. The builder manager seems to be either overwhelmed or in an another planet (not responsive at all unless you press to talk to his boss). The warranty contact for now has been up to the task

The Team tries hard to deliver a product that is not near the quality you would expect for the price. There are a number of factors to include, covid, shortage of workers and supplies but the prices have soared beyond NYC level prices. Location is great, neighbors are great so its a decision you have to make
