Quality sucks. No one wants to help fix things after home is built. Loan company did not even want me in the house. Warranty guy is like trying to find Waldo in those kids books. Nothing is what you expect. I hope someone can help me feel more confident in pulte after this review

My new home has had nothing but very major issues since moving in. AC leak resulting in restoration, no hot water, bath tub leak, no electric in several rooms not to mention all the cosmetic issues. The workmanship of my house is disappointing at best. I will NEVER build with pulte again.

Well I have been constantly lied to by the Pulte team and they never return phone calls. The quality of the work is a joke and the Pulte quality video is total fiction and does not represent what I have seen and speaking to numerous neighbours they are all having similar issues. Simple issues become a total frustration in getting resolved. I am convinced that once the contract is signed no one at Pulte cares about me as the customer anymore. Andrew- Sales- absolutely worthless. Dishonest and untrustworthy. If you can find someone else to deal with, do it. He lied to make the sale. Craftsmanship is an absolute joke. The list of items that were fixed preclose was huge, but since I’ve closed 2 things have been addressed. My cabinets- level 4- look like trash. I was told they’d fix them at the cabinet punch on 5/19- 2 cabinets were fixed, the rest are still damaged. Dishwasher was installed wrong (they had to reinstall because my floors had to be replaced due to being laid wrong). I guess not being able to put my dishes away a ...

A completely dysfunctional and incompetent company. Poor management, lack of communications and lack of supervision amongst project managers and their subs and laborers. No quality of work, no craftsmanship and very low quality materials used. Nothing but lip service to the consumer.

Our house was delayed multiple times. When they finally turned it over to us it was dirty and had tons of issues. Quality is nowhere to be seen. It's like it was put together haphazardly by amateurs. Pulte keeps reassuring us things will be fixed but workers are either inexperienced or don't even show up or cause other issues. It’s been a challenging, traumatic and draining process. We still can't unpack fully, we can't set up our furniture, we can't have family come over, we can't do much of anything coz we are stuck in this mess of a house waiting for repairs. We have built 4 houses in Fl ad this has been the worst one. They do not care about anything but a sale. Our whole second floor is not level, poor quality material and craftsmanship. Check on the work every week for they try to hide everything they can.

I cannot endorse Pulte. Covid delays and supply chain delays aside, I’ve found their pre construction supervisor literally supervises nothing and is the last to know about QC issues, which there were many. Almost a different excuse everyday as to why things aren’t getting done. The post closing construction manager is equally unresponsive. Yes, things are getting done, but at a snail’s pace. Further, the subs that finally show up to correct items that should’ve been done correctly in the first place (had their been actual construction supervision) have a bad attitude and lack skill. ...

As one of the top-rated real estate brokers in Sarasota-Manatee, I have worked with most builders in the area. Pulte used to be my favorite national builder, but I can definitively say I will NEVER build with or sell a Pulte home again. I just built with Pulte in Sapphire Point in Lakewood Ranch, and it has been the worst experience imaginable.
