For the amount paid, I think they could have done a better job with the finishing details and better inspections of unfinished work or damaged work.

Contract to closing took 8 months longer than promised. Make sure you’re on site (or have someone on site) weekly to monitor quality. Workmanship is less than mediocre.

Craftsmanship leaves much to be desired. The Pulte closing team do not communicate with their own project managers or homeowners. Lived here for two months and my cabinets are not finished, missing slider door screen, unable to open windows because all the screens sag, hole in the ceiling, cracks in the stucco, grout needs to be finished, unable to plug in dryer because the drywall was over the outlet, etc. when we brought this to Pultes attention we were told to go through warranty! What?! This isn’t a warranty issue things are missing and never even were completed!

Most of my issues would have been fine had the Construction Manager not overpromised everything. He set expectations that we were hoping for and the result was much much lower. The so-called "perfectionist" produced a home that clearly shows a lack of quality workmanship. Simple things like tile grout not wiped away and all over tub and shower, paint on LVP flooring, irrigation not properly installed and have yet to send out the vender (after 6 weeks), and a yard that was not properly graded for drainage shows the lack of detail the team had. There’s to many issues to deal with for a house supposed to be new. I’m still waiting for a fix of my 30 days warranty claim. No follow up. Last email I sent before holidays hasn’t been respond yet.

This is my 3rd Pulte Home, I should have learned my lesson. When we went to the design center to pick materials we we upsold on Quartz Countertops. We picked a design pattern that we liked, and went about our business. The contract clearly said QUARTZ , but when we moved into the home, and within one week the QUARTZ countertop chipped, and stained, we knew something was wrong. we contacted warranty, and during our research we found that they installed a product called Silestone from Consantino. Moved in about 2 months ago, still missing a shelf for my kitchen. Once you close, any outstanding issues take forever to get resolved. Had awful experience working with Zach from the sales team, doesn't know much and lies to get anything sold, and Ed who is quick to respond but doesn't ever get anything done. Wasn't a good experience, if I could redo it, I would have never bought this house.

The sales team gave us an awful experience especially Trenton and Jacque. They were manipulative and constantly lying about the home building process, incentives and much more. Pulte dissapointed us. We have found so many things that needed to be fixed that is so terrible. Even my fridge was scratched and something didn’t look good inside, but they didn’t take responsibility for it. I needed to contact the appliance company so they can take care of it. We thought Pulte was a more quality builder but we were wrong. Even my garage was built with broken concrete blocks. I don’t recommend this builder. Good thing they repair everything that we had pointed to them.

We Signed our contract to build with Pulte in the Shoreview community in October of 2021. Mary Ann in sales knew the importance of us closing before the start of a new school year and shared that Pulte would deliver us a home before August of 2022. We met our construction manager Cameron in December of 2021 who failed to keep us updated in the build process. The entire process from start to end was a horrible experience. The only reason we continued with the initial purchase was because the original sales rep was fired so we assumed everything else would start to fall in place (along with loving the model home). Pulte sells a fake reality, our home has so many unnecessary issues and is not comparable to what they are selling; quantity vs quality homes. Construction was fine until then the last few months and our closing experience was horrendous (pulte made every excuse, blamed others, couldn't find keys, had incomplete final walkthroughs, etc, ...

I was treated very well to start, but then as time went on that all changed I dont believe what happened to me is the norm but it was horrible. We were shocked with the lack of integrity from the team at Sapphire Point. Andrew in sales gave us frequent updates and responded quickly to most of our communications. The rest of Pulte team either ignored us or didn’t care to make sure we were taken care of. The construction team just couldn’t figure it out. Well I have been constantly lied to by the Pulte team and they never return phone calls. The quality of the work is a joke and the Pulte quality video is total fiction and does not represent what I have seen and speaking to numerous neighbours they are all having similar issues. Andrew- Sales- absolutely worthless. Dishonest and untrustworthy. If you can find someone else to deal with, do it. He lied to make the sale. Craftsmanship is an absolute joke. The list of items that were fixed preclose was huge, but since I’ve closed 2 things have been addressed. My cabinets- level 4- look like trash. I was told they’d fix them at the cabinet punch on 5/19- 2 cabinets were fixed, the rest are still damaged. A completely dysfunctional and incompetent company. Poor management, lack of communications and lack of supervision amongst project managers and their subs and laborers. No quality of work, no craftsmanship and very low quality materials used. Nothing but lip service to the consumer.
