No good at all

Well I have been constantly lied to by the Pulte team and they never return phone calls. The quality of the work is a joke and the Pulte quality video is total fiction and does not represent what I have seen and speaking to numerous neighbours they are all having similar issues. Simple issues become a total frustration in getting resolved. I am convinced that once the contract is signed no one at Pulte cares about me as the customer anymore. Items were changed after I selected because you changed vendors leaving me with no choice. I truly believe I will end up in a legal bahtle over the upgrades that are done incorrectly and Pulte is showing no interest in fixing. I know for a fact this will not be shared as quite frankly if I was a senior member of the Pulte team I would be embarrassed with this. But I also wonder if this is not the norm for your company and this is just a farce. I was impressed about their process. There process was very organized from the time the initial contract was signed. As soon as I gave the down payment, I was contacted by their mortgage company and the loan application was initiated. They were great in updating me, they informed me when they started building the house and the progress the whole time. Closing was also easy. We were satisfied of the quality of the house when we moved in.

Not looking good at this point. Pulte still has a chance to improve my situation.

Overall, we love our new home and everyone we dealt with from Pulte Homes was amazing. However, there were just a couple of things that “bothered” us. The first thing is that we were a little disappointed in the shortage of options in the catalog for selecting materials and finishes. We just felt for the price of the home, there should be a little more variety or more potions available to the buyer. Second, I think a little more attention should have been placed in cleaning the home when the build was completed. I noticed some sort of clear residue and white caulking on the floors throughout the home, and to spend a few days getting on the floor to scrub and remove the substances. Didn’t really expect to be doing this upon moving into our new home. Other that, everything else is great and the above mentioned “issues” are very minor and wouldn’t be show stoppers. ... More

My 'holistic' experience was excellent from start to finish. I'd recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build in a new builder community environment. My home is lovely and as close to perfect as one can be in these days of 'fast' build. My critique of the process was the inability to 'personalize' certain elements, e.g., punch a hole in a wall during the construction process (as opposed to having to wait until post finish) and to manage the installation of height-driven items, e.g., shelving placement. For example, the standard height for their clothing shelves are quite high for a short person to reach. Also, the paint selection was quite limited; it should be broadened to accommodate a wider selection of color hues. ... More

Our home is beautiful and just the way we expected to look. Like anything else, when the dust settled we found things we didn’t like. That being said, they were pretty responsive with regards to repairs.

I was very pleased with the entire Pulte home buying process from sales to after home completion warranty follow-up. All the Pulte reps were professional and responsive. Pulte has the home building process down to a science and the execution was mostly excellence. Anything requiring follow-up was completion in a timely manner after I notified customer service. We built a Pulte home during the height of the pandemic without ever seeing it in person. At the time, travel to the other state was prohibited. The sales team and our protect manager did a great job of keeping us informed by sending frequent photos and videos to update us on the progress. We made a few changes along the way and they were very accommodating. Thank you to Pulte team - we love the house!

As a first time home buyer I was very excited when I walk in the house everything was absolutely beyond my expectation after a week we start seeing mistakes being made in the house both of my sides of the house Are sitting in water the draining system was done wrong if we have wind with the rain the lights front of the house will turn off including room downstairs hallway garage and downstairs half bathroom And there is a few other things my husband and I send A lot of emails and make tons of phone calls no respond yet we’ve been in the house almost 2 months I hope that this can be resolved soon because my husband and I we both love the way the Pulte builder houses and the whole process from the beginning till we move in in our home it was phenomenal experience I was strongly recommend everybody To buy the house from Pulte and do the mortgage through them as well . I wish that we can have somebody give us a call and tell us how we can fix this because we do have warranty on a whole house we just need to know when is going to be fixed. ... More

The build experience was amazing! My project manager was absolutely the best! Very responsive and caring to all our needs. The only issues we had were with the underwriting of the mortgage. They consistently wanted reports and information that was redundant and not necessary for the approval of the mortgage. After the initial approval, they wanted the same reports and statements over and over again for 6 months. This became very tiresome and certainly didn't help my impression of Pulte mortgage. Other than the underwriting process, it was a very good experience.
