All went well.

We were forced by ***** company to turn on utilities within 3 days of closing which we did. Only to discover the water leak under the slab caused almost 2500 gallons of water added to our water bill and the resulting recovery process also increased our electric bill significantly in the 46 days of workmen and equipment using electricity and increasing air conditioning usage and water usage. We asked Pulte to reimburse these costs but have yet to receive the reimbursement. Our move in was delayed and our lives were impacted adversely due to the restoration process over the 46 days due to the home being flooded. We also endured cement dust all over the kitchen during mitigation and flooring restoration, equipment loud noise, loss of time waiting for workmen to arrive almost daily, and work to be completed and more. During all of this other issues were discovered in the plumbing in bathrooms, scratched mirrors and a motion light that kept coming on even at night when there was no motion to detect. Would not recommend building with Pulte. Our experience was poor across the board: execution, quality, and follow-through. The build took nearly a year. We've now been in the home five months and are still working through substantial workmanship defects, many of which were identified during construction and never properly resolved. One was serious enough that we had to move out of the house we'd already paid for while repairs were made. A year to build. Five months in. One forced relocation. And the list is still open.

We love our new home and appreciate the quality of construction overall. However, our experience after closing has been frustrating due to communication and follow-through. We experienced several warranty and drainage concerns that required repeated follow-ups. Getting updates was often difficult, and we frequently had to reach out multiple times before receiving a response. We also felt that some concerns were minimized instead of being addressed proactively. While the home itself is beautiful, the customer service after the sale did not meet the expectations we had when purchasing a new construction home. Clear guidance for all stahes

The house is well built with good upgrades. I did a pre-purchase inspection and no issues were found. The process of buying was straightforward and I was kept informed during all steps. Would highly recommended this builder.

Overall, happy with the home. Lot of small little issues but overall pretty decent and have been able to fix on our own. Property, amenity and ***** planning has been kind of a disaster. Poor implantation of amenity center, ***** roads and an ***** that has been pretty brutally bad already has been difficult.

Pulte uses cheap and unskilled workers to build the homes. It's clear that they care more about building homes as quickly as possible rather than the quality of the build. Any and all corners are *****. Tiles are hollow. Some rooms don't get air from the vents. Cheap materials for carpet. Almost none of the walls are aligned. Garage door not installed correctly. Stained floor tiles. I could go on and on as there are plenty more issues.

Better inspection, was missing insulation over master bedroom, many minor stuff

This is the second time buying a brand-new home, and I love how everything was straightforward. We didn’t have to worry about the finances; what they told us at the beginning about closing costs was what it was. We have a good construction manager who was always ready to answer our questions. Starting off our experience, Nick was amazing! He’s responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond the whole way. I also can’t say enough good things about Matt, our construction manager. He made sure everything was perfect and explained everything and was extremely helpful. The closing process was also very smooth and probably the quickest I have ever experienced. I have had other new builds from both Lennar and DR Horton, and I can honestly say that Pulte quality far surpasses others. All in all, we’re very happy! Thank you!!!

They add extra fee

Overall, our purchasing experience went well enough. The process was complicated at times and it felt like Pulte could have done more to maintain the flow. However, we are satisfied with the end result.

We purchased a new home, had a home inspection completed and closed on the home. Shortly after moving in I was hanging some signage above the kitchen cabinet directly above the stovetop when I looked down into the hood vent and noticed that the vent ducting was missing and not connected to the outside. I also had a gutter company install new gutters on the front and back of the house. While they were installing the front and back gutters, they were tying them in to the Pulte- provided side gutters. They informed me that the side gutters were not hung properly so they took the time to correct the issue so that the poor workmanship would not reflect negatively on their new installation. ... More

We have been very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of our new Pulte home

We loved the building experience. The only negative is trying to get in touch with the HOA. PGP title sent our deed but the HOA didn’t accept it. They couldn’t open the file they said. They ended up hitting us with a late fee for our monthly HOA payment that wasn’t our fault. We tried multiple times to get things setup with them beforehand as well. We were told the HOA would reach out to us, but everyone in the neighborhood will tell you they won’t. As far as the house goes, it’s beautiful and our general contractor was amazing.

He was a true professional. He kept us updated, in layman terms, throughout the entire process. Always available for matters pertaining to Pulte and provided great references for those items that did not directly involve Pulte. No question went unanswered. We hope that when we purchase our next investment property in 2 years, we have the opportunity to work with Jeff again. Can't say enough about him as a Pulte representative and as a human being.

From start to finish, the home buying process was a breeze. Each step was well defined and there was always someone to answer our questions along the way.

Our construction manager kept us fully informed at every stage of construction. The loan process and closing through pulte was very easy to navigate. We now have a beautiful home and are confident that it has been built with the highest standards.

The quality of the house materials is great. Everyone was very helpful during the whole process.
