The overall experience was as expected and overall positive. One must also keep in mind that these homes are mass produced homes. I also want to caveat that i lived less then a mile from the site, so i was able to stop by and view the progress daily. So let me start; there were a 2 times when we wanted a minor change such as outlets moved 3ft in one direction or switch flipped so it would be on the outside wall vice the inside wall, each instance there was hesitation from the site manager, and cited some ridiculous reasons that i decided to do it myself when we moved in as they were simple modifications. it just seemed lazy, and would not have affected electrical inspections as the outlets remained 3ft apart as per code. Workmanship varied on the subcontractor used. Some took pride in their work while others you could tell were stretched thin and just got in did the bare minimum of the job and got out (these mostly appeared to be those whose work was not completely covered by the warranties) such as the landscape contractor. My sprinkler system was not installed properly and being that it was not part of the structure, not covered by the Pulte warranty and when I contacted the contractor, he and I quote "what do you want me to do about it." The discrepancies were pointed out during the final walk through, which took place 3 days prior to closing, once we closed the site manager treated us as out of site out of mind and i had to work through the warranty portal. which in some ways was better as i was contacted via email and had a paper trail. The overall experience is four stars as the process was as explained from the onset. we did receive periodic updates on the progress as indicated at the onset. Like i said my issues were mostly with the landscaping contractor and the feeling of being given an unfinished home by our site manager, who failed to follow up on several of the discrepancies pointed out during our final walk through. ... The house looks like they house cheap materials and tiling to get it done. I am still waiting for issues to be taking care of. So far, I have a terrible experience with the so call new house.

Pro : the buying experience was great. Paper work, underwriters, deadlines etc. Con's : The vendors they use. Poor craftsmanship. Attention to details are not something they check nor supervisor. Doors are horribly painted, missing parts, wrong screw colors and installed incorrectly. They installed a horrible and obvious broken, door and patched it up. Doesn't close correctly, patch work horrendous. Floor board chipped, crack. They tired coving all imperfections with paint. Coach lights that trip the breaker every time it rains. Walk in shower that are not tiled correctly, crake cracked and chipped, missing grout, haze on the tile. I want it to be known that my review is being written in a world devastated by the current climate of our nation and world as it relates to COVID related issues that either slowed down and/or played a role in some of the poor craftsmanship of the house and closing process. So with all that being said, our construction manager was extremely responsive and fixed issues rather swiftly. Overall the experience was swift, transparent, as well as very detailed in regards to what we were getting. Pulte has a good reputation to be a good home builder. After coming into the house there was a few worksmanship issues that I had to fix such as paint on the floor not cleaned up, lots of gaps in moulding that you will have caulk yourself. overall its a good company but I really wish they progress more into eco friendly material as closed cell foam instead of loose white fluff, more premium standard materials and maybe be have solar energy standard accross any community they build instead of have legislation forcing them too. Conclusion its a good buy for people on a budget.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience after purchasing the home. Overall, while the materials used in the homes appear to be on the lower end, —especially for the lower models—but not a major concern for me. I know the builder is aware of this, and I do appreciate that there is a two-year warranty in place. Additionally, the responsiveness of the team when submitting service tickets has been very good, which I value. That said, from a pricing perspective, I do feel that my home was overvalued, and I would like to explain why. After I completed my purchase, I learned that another nearly identical home was offered with a $45,000 cash incentive, whereas I received only $20,000 and out of that 20k, 10k was used towards home value because it was listed for a higher price. I also heard that the other home was renovated to help facilitate its sale, while I was not provided with any similar upgrades or incentives, despite purchasing at a higher price point. I understand that market conditions change and that incentives can vary, and at this stage I realize there may not be much that can be done. first the quality of paint is very bad , with small accidental touch hit any dry wall a patch of paint falls on the ground the closets fittings are too weak , the allginments are not straight the location is good , regarding the quality need to work, the flooring wood is not sticked well , few of the them hallow

Experience is ok. Build quality is ok. Need improvement in communication

For the most part, the experience was pretty good but there are some issues that were glaring and really has made it hard to give pulte a good rating. I’ll start with the good and move to the bad. The Good: The price of the home was really good in my opinion and the process leading up to closing was a good experience. Pulte made every effort to make sure we closed on time and was really professional about how they do business. Alex our Superintendent was very responsive during this time and made every effort to keep us informed about what was happening. The best part of our experience so far has been the warranty team which is led by Raad. He is awesome and has tried to clean up every issue we’ve had so far in a timely manner. The Bad: After we closed, we have had so many issues that were promised to be taken care of by Alex our superintendent but he is very unresponsive now. After 3 months of living in this community, we finally have all issues that he promised to fix complete except for one. The issue is a big one too because it’s completely his fault. We purchased premium paint from the design center for our home and paid $5,600 for this paint and Alex mistakenly ordered pure white paint to paint our home which is standard paint. He asked us to let him handle this situation and we only asked to be repaid our money for the mistake. He offered to repaint the home the color we paid for but we were already moved in and didn’t want to deal with the trouble. He said he would make it happen but never did. Now he won’t return our calls and we have not been repaid. Lastly, our Air conditioner compressor blew after 3 months and we have been without AC downstairs for 2 weeks. All in all, we have had a mixed experience and would like someone to contact us about being repaid for the premium paint that we never received. ... More

The Build quality is good but the overall responsiveness to the issues is poor. Many issues that were highlighted during the pre closing and build stage were fnot foxed and the frequent cleaning of the hoise was not done.There is a lot to improve on communication from sales, build teams.

For what we paid for the house, was expecting better finish quality. The lawn is not in great shape, one of the kitchen cabinet doors broke within the first month, the trim work is not neat, the master bath took 3 attempts to get the tile fixed and it is still mediocre, etc.

Floor not even, still waiting for the parts were promised by the construction manager.

The overall finish of the house is poor , each window in the house is different size , the shower bathroom tiles are not straight ,

I understand there are some shortages for material but it doesn't mean work hss to de done sloppy!! Since very begging to end was not a good experience !!

Had a very good sales experience and buying was smooth. Had a bad experience on closing day - keys wouldn’t work and AC was not working - they got it fixed in a few days. Service tickets promised to be fixed after closing took a long time - couple of months to complete. More empathy and responsiveness from construction managers will really help. They are rushed to close.

The quality of house is ok. Have found floor not fixed properly, doors are not closing properly, water stagnation in the yard etc...

I am happy with the home, love the style, salesperson Amanda was great, however not happy with items that were not completed prior to closing and it has now been > 6 weeks since closing and there are still items that have not been addressed. I made contact with the warranty rep, Dave and he has been very helpful in trying to complete my list of not completed,

There are few issues like Since we chose platinum package we have chosen vinyl but there is a gap between vinyl floor and the door frame. Drive way bricks not properly arranged. Also the closet racks all rusted the day we move in. Still following up for the replacement. Someone came to touch up that's what we need. Garage was not placed properly I see the bolt placed on one side unsupported and door hanged somewhere. Guest restroom water clogged within a week. Title floor filings coming out now itself.

It’s okay not a good experience for a first home buyer

Our celebration day was a disaster, did not leave us with a great feeling!! Jeremy and Andrew did their best to make it right but still left a bad feeling in pit of my stomach

At my closing I pointed out something that needed to be so done my field manager said he would take care of he promised. He just wanted me to sign off... there are stain drippings on my stair case. There are granite on my floors and paint in my floors throughout my home, there is a deep scratch on my cabinets in my bathroom that I noticed as i was leaving out the bathroom as there was a piece of blue tape there but not addressed. Reported it under the 30 day closing warranty... reported everything in the 30 days and it is not 31days and none of it was addressed. There was suppose to be an outlet put in the closet for my media as all media ports were put in there but no outlet... nothing has been addressed. No one cares after you close! I can go on and on... ... More

Disappointed in finish work and quality of the "upgrades" we made.

I paid extra for a refrigerator there top of the line one that they had to offer. On the day of closing they put a temp one in and told me that it would be 2-4 weeks the fridge was on back order. After 4 weeks no one contacted me I had to reach out to them and the person that contacted me said he was not sure when the fridge will arrive. He would contact me which one has it. The fridge that is there stands out like a sore thumb. I am totally disappoint in the lack of communication and the sense of urgency. I paid extra for what?? I had family members laugh at the fridge cause of it's size and it is quite embarrassing. ... More
