Overall I had a good experience, even with pandemic-related delay issues with regard to supplies.

They were in such a rush to complete the interior of the home that quite a few mistakes were made such as uneven floors, uncorked windows and scantily painted window panels, cuffed and splitting door frames, doorknob placed backwards and mal-adjusted kitchen cabinet doors. The list goes on. They tend schedule final walk through 2 days before closing and many issues go unresolved thereafter.

It’s been only a month since we moved. We see several issues. It takes forever to fix issues. Customer care does respond however I feel there is no communication between the team and contractors. The time window for each pending item is taking too long. Our venthood was not installed properly and we have a huge gap between kitchen venthood and a wall. They say parts are ordered but it’s been a month and still not fixed. My under cabinet kitchen light and few recess lights in the loft area stopped working two days after we moved. Till now this has not been fixed. Contractors show up randomly without giving us notice. We are all working and don’t have remote option. Because they didn’t let us know ahead of time they left a note to reschedule. Now we have to wait another 15 days for them to come and fix our electrical issues. I am not satisfied with the way things are moving and I don’t feel I am living in newly constructed home. I have lived in older homes built in 2004 and 2014 but have never had any issues like this. Surprised to see so many issues since closing. When we closed the home as not even cleaned. It was all dusty and we had to call the cleaners to clean the entire home. Overall not a happy client. ... This is a well built home

Pulte, isn’t just a company that build homes. Their a family. For the months leading up to our closing, they have been by our side. A couple months now after closing and being moved in, their still at our side. From the sales associates to the building managers, they’ve all become more than what the once were. To our family their now an extension of our family. Everyone on the property are always caring and helpful in everything. I can’t really complain about anything. What bothers me is all the grass they put in are loaded with frogs; however 2 times they got into my new home under the couch. They come out at night so you can't even sit outside cause they run in. It is a problem, otherwise everything was OK.

Our celebration day was a disaster, did not leave us with a great feeling!! Jeremy and Andrew did their best to make it right but still left a bad feeling in pit of my stomach

I am a first-time home buyer the process went pretty quick for me without much guidance or help and after closing the request to fix issues is horrible. I had some issues pending for a month now and still no response from the builder.

Jessica was awesome to work with. She really took her time with us prior to signing to go over the levels of potential upgrades my wife and I was interested in so we could truly understand our spending power. She was the reason we went with Pulte. We felt that because of the time she dedicated to us prior to signing we felt like it was less surprises on what upgrades cost. If we could do it all over again my wife and I would work with Jessica.

Worst builder ever and lot of quality issues

Amazing quality home that is so beautiful. Couldn't be happier. The whole process was super easy and enjoyable to watch the house be built!

Initial sales experience and design studio interactions were great. Good value for price paid. Interaction with Superintendent could have been better - weekly updates were generally regularly given, but not always. Closing was delayed due to availability of materials. This is more due to the industry at the time and not the builder’s fault. At closing some issues were identified that have yet to be resolved. Warranty requests can take some time to be responded to/repaired. Overall a good experience and would definitely build with Pulte again.

At my closing I pointed out something that needed to be so done my field manager said he would take care of he promised. He just wanted me to sign off... there are stain drippings on my stair case. There are granite on my floors and paint in my floors throughout my home, there is a deep scratch on my cabinets in my bathroom that I noticed as i was leaving out the bathroom as there was a piece of blue tape there but not addressed. Reported it under the 30 day closing warranty... reported everything in the 30 days and it is not 31days and none of it was addressed. There was suppose to be an outlet put in the closet for my media as all media ports were put in there but no outlet... nothing has been addressed. No one cares after you close! I can go on and on... ... More

The sales lady Jill was very helpful when ever I reached out to her. Shane White was really great!!! He always kept me updated weekly during my building process. I had a really good experience from beginning to end. I love my pulte villa

Limited home design budget, overall quality is good (when you upgrade literally everything like we did), Finance wasn’t a good experience, period. They just never called us back nor picked up the phone. They messed up our contract. Home construction manger was very responsive. The warranty manager was very responsive at first, but slowed down a lot in response. The electrician that worked on our electrical issues after closing didn’t follow through. Carpenter was fast and did quality work.. Construction trash left in drain of one of the bath tubs, after the complainant it drained slow before closing. Size of house is nice, so is layout. I will definitely recommend Pulte Homes.

The overall experience was as expected and overall positive. One must also keep in mind that these homes are mass produced homes. I also want to caveat that i lived less then a mile from the site, so i was able to stop by and view the progress daily. So let me start; there were a 2 times when we wanted a minor change such as outlets moved 3ft in one direction or switch flipped so it would be on the outside wall vice the inside wall, each instance there was hesitation from the site manager, and cited some ridiculous reasons that i decided to do it myself when we moved in as they were simple modifications. it just seemed lazy, and would not have affected electrical inspections as the outlets remained 3ft apart as per code. Workmanship varied on the subcontractor used. Some took pride in their work while others you could tell were stretched thin and just got in did the bare minimum of the job and got out (these mostly appeared to be those whose work was not completely covered by the warranties) such as the landscape contractor. My sprinkler system was not installed properly and being that it was not part of the structure, not covered by the Pulte warranty and when I contacted the contractor, he and I quote "what do you want me to do about it." The discrepancies were pointed out during the final walk through, which took place 3 days prior to closing, once we closed the site manager treated us as out of site out of mind and i had to work through the warranty portal. which in some ways was better as i was contacted via email and had a paper trail. The overall experience is four stars as the process was as explained from the onset. we did receive periodic updates on the progress as indicated at the onset. Like i said my issues were mostly with the landscaping contractor and the feeling of being given an unfinished home by our site manager, who failed to follow up on several of the discrepancies pointed out during our final walk through. ...
