The Pulte underwriting group asks for document after document after document. It's as if they see what your assets are and attempt to drain your accounts. Once they have your earnest escrow funds, it's game over. They hold your funds hostage and make you jump through hoops.

The communication with Pulte lacked the entire build. Dates kept changing and things weren’t correct from the start. Now dealing with warrantee nothing seems to be getting done I have multiple things that are broken or not correct I need to be fixed but nothing has happened yet

My Third New Home; Pulte Worst Experience Ever

Pulte is a cookie cutter homebuilder. Please do not expect to make any changes, even with a change order. Three days after I put my contract in, I wanted to put in a change order for a screened in lanai. I was told I couldn't, because the order had already been submitted to the county. I am still without screening for my lanai (the housing industry is booming in Florida, it is difficult to schedule the work or get a response). My experience was and still is very stressful (ongoing issues). I am still trying to get items up to par. They push closing because they are schedule driven. ...

Our loan agent was by far the rudest person, she displayed absolutely no professionalism at all! She refused to speak with us avoiding 95 percent of emails and calls to her! Prayers to anyone who as experienced such dismissiveness, she literally treated us as if our business was not worth her time.

So many things to say! The hluse was not finished when we moved in. We were told that the final issue would be take care of in the next few days after the moved but almost 2 months later we still working on those issues. Next week they will replaced over 10 tiles... it has been a bad experience overall...

Upon purchasing my home I was told about several walk through processes that would happen to ensure my satisfaction with the house. None of those meetings have been accomplished, and when multiple issues arrived including drainage issues and flooding the company was not available to speak on important foundational issues. Worst service .you pushed me to close my home promising that all issues I pointed out during pre closing orientation will be addressed immediately.now it’s more than a month I closed my home but no one took care of the issues .plumbing,pests,cabinets doesn’t close ,lot of ants and musquitoes due to improper sealing ,commode paint peels off.poor quality materials used and construction quality is below average,carpet padding is not proper and nails hurt me whenever I walk on them .it’s a nightmare with pulte

I month after I moved, ask to repair my master shower plumbing and until nothing. Three week I have 2 inch the water in my shower area, water is green now..... Visit to repair !!!!! LOL

Pulte homes are bad quality and won't justify the premium price tag

The construction quality of the house is bad. The site managers are not diligent in their work and very difficult to communicate with. Apparently, this is the same view shared by most of the Pulte home buyers in my community. I would recommend looking for a different builder if their is an option to choose from.

Great neighborhood but horribly slow warranty and incomplete home

Home is nice in the most part, but received home incomplete and warranty for incomplete items will take months! Quality of vendors and workmanship was very disappointing for the price I paid. Responsiveness to very simple warranty items is horrible. When the vendors do come and fix they are lazy and job needs to be done more than once. Even the electrical contractor cannot fix repairs which I have ended up resolving on my own. If you have the luxury to wait for closing, make sure EVERYTHING is completed before moving in!

However, I have had major issues with getting a serious drainage issue, potentialy affecting the foundation on the east side of my new home, tended to in a timely manner. Overall, the quality of the home, design and workmanship is poor. The attention to detail is very low. Looks like the home is built quickly and the builder doesn't pay attention to details. The roof was leaking in garage. The interior paint job was poor and still remains unfinished. The carpet flooring was not right and loose areas in the home. Garage floor is not finished. Poor Customer Servic and Brand

Pulte should be ashamed charging what they charge for the poor quality of work, costs and lack of accountability and follow-up. We paid over 600k for our home to have mismatch floor grout in the bathrooms, paints dripping marks and unpaired window sills, a huge error in dry wall in our ceiling and I could go on and on. I have literally told all my friends and family members to spread the word…DON’T BUY a Pulte home!!! If you do expect poor craftsmanship and paying over priced for the poor quality and lack of customer service!!!!

Horrible experience with Pulte

From the start to finish Pulte dragged us along. We had essentially 3 different closing dates and each time we tried to close there were significant problems with the townhome. The quality of the home is very poor compared to the pricing of the townhomes. They clearly rushed through the build and placed cheap hardware / fixtures inside. The construction team communicated horribly. Sales team consultant was the only one who gave us honest answers. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone and I will never use them again.
