Pulte May be the leading builder in the nation but the experience in building the house and the quality they deliver is poor. I felt I paid premium price and got a not impressive product. It took them way longer than they originally committed to complete the build but every time the date was revised that slipped again. Everything was blamed on supply chain delays. The buying experience was alright, we were disappointed in our inability to select options in our home that were pre selected by the builder. This required us to pay extra for features we would not have chosen and to forgo completion of additional features we would have included. The build process was a joke with a delay at every turn and everything blamed on COVID, but the same model house in the same neighborhood moving faster than others and then you're told "well that's a different elevation". If you complain about the delays your construction super would say "well you could be like this house who's been delayed for # months." Salesperson was great and construction manager was trying to do everything he could, but corporate was rushing closings. We were promised that everything on our walk threw list would be completed or scheduled within 3 weeks.....Didn't happen! 2 months in and still waiting. House was really dirty inside and grouting looked like a 3 year old did it. House is almost 2300 Sq ft and they put a 2.5 ton AC that runs constantly. Mario's AC cannot do anything to help and said Pulte will need to do an evaluation......Still waiting! Electric bill $333.00 which the Salesperson said should be around ...

It’s been only a month since we moved. We see several issues. It takes forever to fix issues. Customer care does respond however I feel there is no communication between the team and contractors. The time window for each pending item is taking too long. Our venthood was not installed properly and we have a huge gap between kitchen venthood and a wall. They say parts are ordered but it’s been a month and still not fixed. My under cabinet kitchen light and few recess lights in the loft area stopped working two days after we moved. The most terrible experience with Pulte mortgage and their loan consultants , very unorganized, unprofessional but the house is nice and a good quality. But for any reason I won’t recommend Pulte mortgage company use a different bank because nobody can handle the nightmare with Pulte mortgage.

The Pulte underwriting group asks for document after document after document. It's as if they see what your assets are and attempt to drain your accounts. Once they have your earnest escrow funds, it's game over. They hold your funds hostage and make you jump through hoops.

Our loan agent was by far the rudest person, she displayed absolutely no professionalism at all! She refused to speak with us avoiding 95 percent of emails and calls to her! Prayers to anyone who as experienced such dismissiveness, she literally treated us as if our business was not worth her time.

Pulte is a cookie cutter homebuilder. Please do not expect to make any changes, even with a change order. Three days after I put my contract in, I wanted to put in a change order for a screened in lanai. I was told I couldn't, because the order had already been submitted to the county. I am still without screening for my lanai (the housing industry is booming in Florida, it is difficult to schedule the work or get a response). Brand new home looks good outside, after move in we identified lot of issues in first month itself, very bad materials in all places, mainly the tiles are broken the Pulte representative came but he told it will not cover the broken was by your mistake. So many issues but pulte team is not responding properly.

This is the worst craftsmanship I ever seen, from the walls, floors, Ctop, cabinets and much more. I closed around 5/12 and I still have issues with my cabinets not being completed. Also Workers using my electricity and water, like there’s no supervision for them so they do as pleased. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. Worst experience ever!!!
