Horrible experience with Pulte

From the start to finish Pulte dragged us along. We had essentially 3 different closing dates and each time we tried to close there were significant problems with the townhome. The quality of the home is very poor compared to the pricing of the townhomes. They clearly rushed through the build and placed cheap hardware / fixtures inside. The construction team communicated horribly. Sales team consultant was the only one who gave us honest answers. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone and I will never use them again.

Pulte Home Very Bad experience

They delivered the home with lots of issues. Pulte is not checking the basic construction quality prior to closing. Water was leaking from my pantry and Pulte took almost 1.5 months to fix. They installed wrong tile and still waiting to replace. Outside is horrible. Water and mud in my back, left and right of my home. Pulte is not giving any timeline to fix. They did not install the digital lock either and did not reimburse till now. I am very much frustrated with the build quality and response from Pulte.

They denied my prior submission for a review. Laughable. If I could give 0 stars I would. House was built with 0 care. Bathtub urinated in multiple times. Drinking on the job beer bottles everywhere..food trash etc..ac didn't work for a month and a half list goes on.

None of the tiles are levelled- Pulte says this is normal. None of my furniture stay levelled. Walls are not laid straight. Doors does not latch properly, painting not uniform, drywall already having cracks, walls already shaking after one month of closing. There are 30+ issues. Builders just want to close before all proper quality checks are done and forget about it. Field Manager is always in rush to go through inspections with you. To fix the issue, you need to go with their schedule and wait for two weeks upto month. When they come to fix it, is not good and have to redo it or, they ...

This has been a nightmare from day one. We are a young family moving to tampa from Orlando and were sold a house with an approximate closing date of 8/2021. We forgave many other better products because of this said closing date. Pulte off the back told us we were pushed back to 12/2021 and then later to 2/2022. Due to Current market standards we understood. Once the build process started we never really had any good feeling. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a builder, an yes I have built previously. Project managers were horrible (Zach, Chris (replaced Zach) and Mike the Project Manager over them, unreceptive and did not provide updates as promised Mike Bahr was the worst individual to deal with, he was even more useless than the others. Mike swore he would get all the issues would be completed and forced me in to closing, even though the house was clearly not ready. You move into unfinished house with a lot of issues. Then wait a month for someone with no experience to come and fix things.

I would want them to stop by my house and see the “finished” house and not the model before they decide to work with Pulte. I would also want them to know the quality is really bad and the experience is just mind blowing.
