The staff and Field Managers are so involved and they keep you updated of the process of your home being build just great experience.

It's a good experience for me with Pulte throughout the home buying process, from site booking to moving into home! It's nice to rely on them as they guide you at each stage like sales associate while booking - design options - field manager @ construction site - pulte mortgage - closing and finally to warranty!!

Alex seriously rocked it as a saleswoman. she is one of the best you guys have! really helpful and professional. My wife and I enjoyed working with her.

The process was fairly smooth. Loved our Field Manager, who kept us updated every step of the way, and answered any questions we had. The Sales Agents across various sites were always very welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns. The Warranty Dept has also been great. After visiting a few builders, I think we got the best bang for our buck with Pulte.

Our home was an inventory home so wasn’t involved with the actual build process. Very pleased with everything and the finishes selected. Craftsmanship is great. Have already recommended Pulte to some other people. My sister and brother-in-law liked our house/location so much that they decided to build right down the street from me.
