Pulte only cares about quantity not quality. Our construction manager was absolutely horrible and come to find out he had no prior experience. Our homes quality is completely unacceptable and it was not even cleaned when we came home after closing. It has been problem after problem. The vendors I’ve had to come multiple times just to fix one issue because the communication is either not there or their vendors are just complete garbage and have no idea what they are doing. We have been in for two months now, and there are still things that were supposed to be fixed prior to closing that are not fixed. For me who loves to cook, the horsepower of the range hood is not enough.，Although the workers worked very hard, some corners could still be done better.

The most terrible experience with Pulte mortgage and their loan consultants , very unorganized, unprofessional but the house is nice and a good quality. But for any reason I won’t recommend Pulte mortgage company use a different bank because nobody can handle the nightmare with Pulte mortgage.

Good home. Construction team supportive and helpful. Limited options to personalize the build. PGP title company is pathetic. Shame on Pulte for trying to grab margin through their “affiliate”.

Pulte and the group of managers we worked with were amazing! We are loving our new home! My husband shared he doesn’t even miss our old home. Can’t wait to build many more memories in our new Pulte home. Stephen and Zach were solid and kind men. Thankful for our team in helping us with this new build. You can rely on them! They even follow up to check in on you and make sure all is going well! Truly caring and compassionate group. Thank you guys!

The sales staff was great the rest of the process was awful I wish there was a do over financing process because I hate what I settled for to get the job done and underwriting were terrible. For the most part, the experience was pretty good but there are some issues that were glaring and really has made it hard to give pulte a good rating. I’ll start with the good and move to the bad. The Good: The price of the home was really good in my opinion and the process leading up to closing was a good experience. Pulte made every effort to make sure we closed on time and was really professional about how they do business. Alex our Superintendent was very responsive during this time and made every effort to keep us informed about what was happening. The best part of our experience so far has been the warranty team which is led by Raad. He is awesome and has tried to clean up every issue we’ve had so far in a timely manner. The Bad: After we closed, we have had so many issues that were promised to be taken care of by Alex our superintendent but he is very unresponsive now. After 3 months of living in this community, we finally have all issues that he promised to fix complete except for one. The issue is a big one too because it’s completely his fault. We purchased premium paint from the design center for our home and paid $5,600 for this paint and Alex mistakenly ordered pure white paint to paint our home which is standard paint. He asked us to let him handle this situation and we only asked to be repaid our money for the mistake. He offered to repaint the home the color we paid for but we were already moved in and didn’t want to deal with the trouble. He said he would make it happen but never did. Now he won’t return our calls and we have not been repaid. Lastly, our Air conditioner compressor blew after 3 months and we have been without AC downstairs for 2 weeks. Let me preface with saying that I am very satisfied with the inside of my home. However, I have had major issues with getting a serious drainage issue, potentialy affecting the foundation on the east side of my new home, tended to in a timely manner. I have resided here well over a month now. There has been very little communication from Pulte as to what they are doing to resolve this, and when. I returned from work and day with pipes attached to my storm gutters, appearing to go into the earth. I was given no instruction of what these are nor how to maintain them. Weeks later, the rain water continues to flood right up to my foundation. Last week I returned home to find the east side yard dug up as though a blender went through it, grass and dirt everywhere. It was left in such a fashion all week, through the storm, and the flooding near my foundation looks worse than ever. I now have a frog and mosquito problem, due to all the standing water there. I've been told I need to wait on installing my fence until this re-grading is complete, given no legitimate time-lines. I've been relying on family to dogsit until the issue is resolved, but their patience has run out, as has mine. Unfortunately, as happy as I am with the interior of my Pulte home, the lack of quality communication, and seemingly nonchalant, slow responses from Pulte, has clouded this, making me feel like an unimportant buyer. Our home buying process was great from start to finish. We knew exactly what was going on the entire time with our home that was being built and what to expect next. Our construction manager was amazing and always answered any questions we had about the house. We definitely are overall very happy with everything about our building process.

Our experience was overall very good. For the most part, the team was great to work with. Our site manager Brayden was fantastic! Samantha, our salesperson was also amazing. Brook our warranty/customer care manager is THE BEST!!! Our biggest issue came from dealing with PULTE mortgage. Our experience with them was a D- at best. With them waiting until the final weeks and days leading up to closing to request additional documents and finally close the loan the day before closing, they added a ton of undo stress to the overall experience.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end

We buy our home since 1st day we have issues with our drayer have fire issues and dishwasher issue and refrigerator. We r so tired to complain whirlpool and Pulti.

I have had multiple issues since moving in that should have been prevented. The internet company had to pull all new wire throughout the house because the cabling built into the house did not work. I’ve had an appliance guy come out became the dishwasher water supply was not working and once that worked the dishwasher did not drain. Most recently there is no cold water in the guest shower because the pipe is allegedly filled with glue and blocking the cold water supply. These issues require me to take additional time off of work and should have been tested and discovered at the time of install. Buying from Pulte was easy and fast and the whole team in customer service has been wonderful to communicate with.

The process to buy our house was smooth, Good quality, Rafael our Project manager was on top of everything before the closing . We are happy with our house.

the build quality is horrible and the home was not even cleaned properly before i was given the keys on the day of closing. the build quality is such that , i keep finding some or the other stuff wearing off every single day. the construction manager doesnt even respond after closing. the island was never painted properly. just another sloppy substandard housing community which cramp into each other.

I did not expect this, last new home bought was in 2017. Then and now the differences, the sales office is rude, the first question is what is ur budget? Do u have an appointment (no hi no hello, no greeting). The dry wall contractor and framing contractor and the landscaping sub contractors have done a very poor job and have taken the joy out of new house. The dry wall who ever did it need to learn basics. At the corners you can see the bend and non straight lines through out the house. The roof has bumps in the living room, I'm seeing new bumps in ceiling in garage. Customer care rep is trying to do few things, but looks like she is new to the job. Sometimes ignores my experience especially when it comes to landscaping. I've lost trust and recording every conversation with sub contractors.
