From the very beginning, starting the loan process with Pulte mortgage was downright horrible. The loan officer did not have any emotional intelligence very rude. Ultimately went with a different loan company. Regarding the builder they built the house, surprisingly quick. Looking back at it I’ve had nothing but problems within the first two months of living in my new home. Electrical not working pipes being clogged, master shower leaking into closet, including the drip edge for master shower door feel off. New trim throughout the house already gouged from workers. From the first and last inspection upon moving in the checklist was not done. The dryer vent wasn’t even installed not realizing for a few days almost caught the house on fire. The grout was never sealed upon completion of tile, now my new white grout is permanently stained. There was water damage in the guest bathroom that they just tried to cover up. Second floor bathroom grout was already cracked, poor caulk job. Master bedroom window did not work. I’ve had to schedule continuous appointments on my days off to get fixed. It’s been an horrible experience and only worry what problems will arise in the future. I felt like I bought a lemon. To anyone that inquires about Pulte homes I will recommend to stay away. Pulte made the buying process quick and simple.

You only find what you dig up. Mortgage experience was beyond awful. The only good thing was the incentives. Thank god my servicing has been transferred. Pulte Mortgage is AWFUL. After taking items apart for home improvement, boy the things I found had me disappointed. Overall, the home is in good shape, but it is a traditional home built in scale.

We don’t have access to our own mail and there is no one to reach out to so lack of communication, we spotted multiple imperfections in the home, particularly the tile in our shower is not level.

My new Pulte home is perfect. I love the floor plan. The project manager was very diligent with progress updates as my home was being built.

This wasn't my first new build and the quality of subcontractors could definitely be improved. If it weren't for us checking in on weekly basis there would e been so many things missed such as structural work.

Stephen was so easy yo work with. He kept us informed every week which was so important to us since we were having our home built while still living in Pennsylvania. Pulte was great to work with as well, from Nick in the sales center to the design studio and all phases of the construction process.

Buying process was straight forward and easy. Wife and I love the home with no issues. Very responsive warranty team. Would recommend Pulte to other homebuyers.

Pulte only cares about quantity not quality. Our construction manager was absolutely horrible and come to find out he had no prior experience. Our homes quality is completely unacceptable and it was not even cleaned when we came home after closing. It has been problem after problem. The vendors I’ve had to come multiple times just to fix one issue because the communication is either not there or their vendors are just complete garbage and have no idea what they are doing. We have been in for two months now, and there are still things that were supposed to be fixed prior to closing that are not fixed. For me who loves to cook, the horsepower of the range hood is not enough.，Although the workers worked very hard, some corners could still be done better.

The most terrible experience with Pulte mortgage and their loan consultants , very unorganized, unprofessional but the house is nice and a good quality. But for any reason I won’t recommend Pulte mortgage company use a different bank because nobody can handle the nightmare with Pulte mortgage.

Good home. Construction team supportive and helpful. Limited options to personalize the build. PGP title company is pathetic. Shame on Pulte for trying to grab margin through their “affiliate”.

Pulte and the group of managers we worked with were amazing! We are loving our new home! My husband shared he doesn’t even miss our old home. Can’t wait to build many more memories in our new Pulte home. Stephen and Zach were solid and kind men. Thankful for our team in helping us with this new build. You can rely on them! They even follow up to check in on you and make sure all is going well! Truly caring and compassionate group. Thank you guys!

The sales staff was great the rest of the process was awful I wish there was a do over financing process because I hate what I settled for to get the job done and underwriting were terrible. For the most part, the experience was pretty good but there are some issues that were glaring and really has made it hard to give pulte a good rating. I’ll start with the good and move to the bad. The Good: The price of the home was really good in my opinion and the process leading up to closing was a good experience. Pulte made every effort to make sure we closed on time and was really professional about how they do business. Alex our Superintendent was very responsive during this time and made every effort to keep us informed about what was happening. The best part of our experience so far has been the warranty team which is led by Raad. He is awesome and has tried to clean up every issue we’ve had so far in a timely manner. The Bad: After we closed, we have had so many issues that were promised to be taken care of by Alex our superintendent but he is very unresponsive now. After 3 months of living in this community, we finally have all issues that he promised to fix complete except for one. The issue is a big one too because it’s completely his fault. We purchased premium paint from the design center for our home and paid $5,600 for this paint and Alex mistakenly ordered pure white paint to paint our home which is standard paint. He asked us to let him handle this situation and we only asked to be repaid our money for the mistake. He offered to repaint the home the color we paid for but we were already moved in and didn’t want to deal with the trouble. He said he would make it happen but never did. Now he won’t return our calls and we have not been repaid. Lastly, our Air conditioner compressor blew after 3 months and we have been without AC downstairs for 2 weeks. All in all, we have had a mixed experience and would like someone to contact us about being repaid for the premium paint that we never received. ... More

Let me preface with saying that I am very satisfied with the inside of my home. However, I have had major issues with getting a serious drainage issue, potentialy affecting the foundation on the east side of my new home, tended to in a timely manner. I have resided here well over a month now. There has been very little communication from Pulte as to what they are doing to resolve this, and when. I returned from work and day with pipes attached to my storm gutters, appearing to go into the earth. I was given no instruction of what these are nor how to maintain them. Weeks later, the rain water continues to flood right up to my foundation. Last week I returned home to find the east side yard dug up as though a blender went through it, grass and dirt everywhere. It was left in such a fashion all week, through the storm, and the flooding near my foundation looks worse than ever. I now have a frog and mosquito problem, due to all the standing water there. I've been told I need to wait on installing my fence until this re-grading is complete, given no legitimate time-lines. I've been relying on family to dogsit until the issue is resolved, but their patience has run out, as has mine. Unfortunately, as happy as I am with the interior of my Pulte home, the lack of quality communication, and seemingly nonchalant, slow responses from Pulte, has clouded this, making me feel like an unimportant buyer. Our home buying process was great from start to finish. We knew exactly what was going on the entire time with our home that was being built and what to expect next. Our construction manager was amazing and always answered any questions we had about the house. We definitely are overall very happy with everything about our building process.
