The whole experience was amazing, the variety of options, high quality materials, attention to details, sales team professionalism, and the end to end process with Pulte group made the experience so smooth.

Bought a new home in Florida for just under a half million dollars. The interior of the home displays the worst level of “finish” work I have seen. Low quality materials, rough finish work on most baseboards and door and window frames. Entire kitchen and three full baths contained zero handles or pulls on any cabinets and drawers. House was still very dirty from construction debris when we took possession. A full month has passed and we are still finding things that need replacement or fixing. Not a good reflection on this builder.

Worst service .you pushed me to close my home promising that all issues I pointed out during pre closing orientation will be addressed immediately.now it’s more than a month I closed my home but no one took care of the issues .plumbing,pests,cabinets doesn’t close ,lot of ants and musquitoes due to improper sealing ,commode paint peels off.poor quality materials used and construction quality is below average,carpet padding is not proper and nails hurt me whenever I walk on them .it’s a nightmare with pulte

Home buying experience is good but Service response for issues is not as it supposed to be. Since we moved in none of the pending issues are resolved even after 2 months of closing. Didn’t feel like it’s not the correct value for our money. Construction quality can be better as well.

Our experience with the sales office and design center was very good. However, from the moment the building process began we discovered somethings were not the same as discussed in the sales office. We were not advised that outdoor kitchen pre-wire was an option, even though we requested it. We found no issues in the block and framing process when building our home, but when the wall went up it appeared that all hell had broke loose. We found almost every door in the house had a measurement issue, large gaps between doorframes and walls, builder had to use quarter round to correct the problem (recommended by the buyer) We had the worst experience with Pulte Builders, we felt there was no commitment to satisfy the buyer and we had to fight to get every in-correction corrected. Every peace of hardware in the house was wrong, the master bath tub wrong, the appliances were wrong, the crown molding wasn’t going to be installed until mentioned during our walk through, several internal doors were damaged, damaged tile flooring, pocket doors wasn’t functioning properly( still today) tub in upstairs bathroom doesn’t drain properly (still today), bathroom and kitchen cabinets not installed properly, rails were not properly stain(still today), caulking around baseboard instead of quarter round(still today), front door damaged(still today), pendants installed unevenly, and raised area at garage door retains water. We had a smooth experience from start to finish with our new Pulte home. We’ve been in our home for two months and have had zero issues. Our construction manager was very communicative throughout the building and closing process, and addressed any issues immediately. We’re very happy with our new home.

Our experience with Pulte Homes was great. The house is made of quality materials and finishes, they keep on track on building, most issues were responded and act upon. Also, a shoutout to my PM Will.

I will never buy another Pulte home. From the start of the build to the end we had numerous issues. Only after moving do you truly discover how bad they built this house.

You can tell Zach really loves his job because even after moving in he's more than helpful and goes out of his way. Teresa provides excellent customer service in the sales center. She is extremely responsive around the clock! You can tell she really values her work. The quality of our home is unlike anything we've experienced before. What comes standard in a Pulte home is what other builders consider upgrades. I would do it over and over again :)

Overall our experience was great from contract to close. There are a few minor workmanship issues with trim, doors and paint. Paint on light fixtures in bathroom even though it was on our punch list. We are still very happy with our purchase and feel it is well built and great value!

As we selected Quick move In everything is already installed. Great work, As we are from other state when ever we called they arranged virtual meting and updated everything by sending videos and pictures of every step. I appreciate flied manager who responded when ever I called him.

See the house to closing it went smoothly! Very carefully and responsible, professional and patient! Very helpful for the first-time buyers.

We had issues with the house since we moved still waiting for grass to be fix for the 3rd time and no sense of urgency!

I was fortunate to fall upon a move-in ready home in my preferred location. I feel the price was commensurate with market value and Laura was very professional and responsive in the sales process. The floor plan is ideal for my needs but I think the builders rushed to complete and lost quality in the details of the construction. Pulte has a great respiration in my area and I am overall very satisfied with my new home.

While the buying experience was quick, and was given update on progress regularly, the quality of the house was poor, and it is taking forever to get the issues fixed. There were around 20 issues from which include some safety concerns. I am still frustrated following up on half of the pending issues 1.5 months into occupancy. My suggestion to buyers, don't close until all the issues are fixed.

It was relatively quick and easy. All of the issues I have were taken care of quickly. Pulte seems to be a great company to buy a home through.

Overall we are very happy with our new Pulte home. From the start the Sales rep, Lindsey, was a joy to work with. She always provided good information and was responsive to emails and requests. Even after her part was done with, she still kept in contact and made sure things any concerns were addressed. The building process also went pretty smoothly. Not being in the construction business, it was hard to assess the timeframe on the progress. We received regular updates but that didn't tell me if we were 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months from completion. I'd recommend including an estimated duration for the next steps in each communication to the homeowner. I understand that can change but at least give a range. Also the time to meet with the construction team on walkthroughs was pretty limited. It always had to be M-F from 8-4. That meant taking time off work in order to meet. There should be some options for weekend meetings too. The loan closing process was fairly easy. It was just far from the location of the home. There should be options to meet for closing that are closer to the new home location. After closing, there are have been a few follow ups needed with Pulte. My experience with the team is that after closing there is a lot of finger pointing at another party being responsible. The finger pointing to another party is done without anyone even coming over to look at the issue. Pulte is still on the property working on other homes. We could have saved weeks of trading emails having and service people come out who said it's not their issue, if the onsite Pulte team had made the first effort to stop by the home and look at the issue. Our loan agent was by far the rudest person, she displayed absolutely no professionalism at all! She refused to speak with us avoiding 95 percent of emails and calls to her! Prayers to anyone who as experienced such dismissiveness, she literally treated us as if our business was not worth her time.

Waited over a year for a home promised to be delivered in 6 to 8 months, only to be subjected to the sub-standard materials, sub-standard workmanship, overlooked construction discrepancies by the construction managers, paid upgrades that were never installed, lack of care or concern during the warranty period with NO follow-up to inquiries. We were also provided a poor turn-over of the home; not provided with any administrative access to our touch panels, nor the garage door keypad (which should not have been installed). We were also never provided any drawings of our home. With every newly constructed home that we have owned, in the state of Florida, the builder provided us a set of detailed drawings of the home, in case we need to update or modify our home at our leisure. This is an inevitable reality for disabled military Veterans, of a combined 48 years of honorable service to our country. Even with this request we received opposition from Pulte Homes and are forced to divulge private HIPPA protected medical information to receive drawings, to honor this request?
