Not even the sales team is nice. They are not knowledgeable at all, rude people. House bad, frames bad, plumbing bad issues since the first day

The overall finish of the house is poor , each window in the house is different size , the shower bathroom tiles are not straight ,

It is important to us to note that our Construction Manager was very attentive throughout this process and corrected a lot of things along the way for us. The problem lies in the workmanship of the contractors brought out to actually build the home. So many things missed or poorly put together that led to numerous revisits and revisions. Important to hire an inspector to ensure that every detail of the home that may not be obvious to the homeowner is looked over and corrected. It's disappointing that it requires so much effort to ask over and over again for things to get corrected, but if this is a home you plan to live in for a long time, you want to do everything you can to ensure it is correct. ... THE CONCRETE IS CRACKING IN THE GARAGE AND BACK PORCH ??????

Overall was a good experience purchasing my home. The home is beautiful but like any new home there are always small issues that arise after you move in. The service request line is quick to respond and fix what’s needed. Overall I’m satisfied and don’t have any regrets.

I month after I moved, ask to repair my master shower plumbing and until nothing. Three week I have 2 inch the water in my shower area, water is green now..... Visit to repair !!!!! LOL

This house has been a dream come true. Great neighborhood with lots to do. Beautiful home we can be proud of. Amazing layout and attention to detail.

I had a great experience in the buying process with Pulte. They were responsive and great in explaining and guiding me in every step of the process.

My initial experience with my sales person and construction manager were exceptional. But after I closed on my home, my experience has not been what I’ve come to expect from pulte. The customer care department does not follow-up on my service request. The exterior of my home still has not been completed. It is now March and I closed mid January. I paid for exterior wiring on my home that has not been completed. The weather stripping on multiple doors has not been been repaired either. This has truly been an unfortunate experience and I’m really disappointed with the entire process. Pulte has incredible sales personnel and construction managers. Our closing date was 4 months later, causing huge financial burdens especially during these tough economic times. No real sense of urgency from our multiple project managers due to us having two different PM's during this process. I wasn't confident in the finance team and their knowledge of the type of loan we have. Once we moved in, we noticed some issues; did the maintenance work orders and still waiting for one that's been open a bit at the week period. Low and behold, our warranty manager is now no longer with the company, and we have to work with someone else. Been waiting for the deed as well, but I assume we have to go request one with the county. I qualify for a property tax exemption, but since we didn't close during Q4 of last year as told; we will have to pay property taxes until the next submission period next year. An excellent fast and safe experience

The home took a bit longer than estimated to be completed. But that is understandable given the supply chain issues plaguing every industry these past few years. Our Sales Consultant and Construction Manager did an outstanding job navigating the setbacks this caused and ensured our closing date, once established, did not get delayed. Although, a few minor things still needed touch-up after our move-in, we are satisfied with the overall quality of the home and their persistence to ensure any post-closing line-items are fully addressed.

We had a really great experience with Pulte from start to finish. The process was quick and smooth and our project manager Stephen was really great with communication and so pleasant to work with. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed after we moved in and Pulte made sure to get them taken care of as quickly as possible. We are very happy with our new home and impressed with the entire process.

We have somewhere around 100 footprints on our driveway from workers with concrete on their boots! We have dead plants because they were installed and not watered until after 3 weeks! We have tile in the shower that looks like a first grader installed it !The pocket door to that bath is 1 inch wider at the bottom of the frame than the top of the frame! There is a column it the hallway that is at least 1 inch out of square! That is what we paid too much for in this home! The quick move in homes,some whitch were bought by investors and then rented out were finished and then sold at a discount while we waited 2 months after our promised date and then paid full price! This community has alot of damaged roads because of construction equipment and alot of spilled paint all over the asphalt there is a gushing pipe in the park that floods my next door neighbors unfinished house because a tractor grading that lot broke off a park sprinkler and then they have refused to fix it after more than 3 weeks! To many things wrong at closing for the money we paid. Shotty workmanship on alot of different trades within the home. 6 weeks after move in, many of the fixes we have requested are still not fixed. Pretty obvious the trades do not care your home. Trying to get in and out as fast as possible. If they don’t have a part to something, they just leave it as is and move on to the next job. No accountability on the subs, the Pulte project managers need to do a lot better job holding the trades accountable. This is definition of over promise and under deliver.

Excellent experience! The buying process was super smooth, and Jessica provided a lot of useful information for us to settle in our new home. She helped immensely with the mortgage application process. Pulte kept their promise to complete the home in time. Very responsive team, Josh arrived right away when I opened request to look at my dishwasher. Alex conducted a very thorough pre-closing process and helped out with all clarifications we needed. All other Pulte team members involved were very respectful, professional and responsive.

I love the design of the home . The extra bedrooms could stand to be a little larger Should have the option to screen the porch

Since moving in I have had to have people out every week fixing builder mistakes. I feel like the quality has went down in the past couple of years and it feels like things are being rushed in the building phase and not done properly.

We bought in a tough time - supply and labor shortages and then massive interest rate increases. However, Pulte stayed true to the timeline and, when they couldn’t get a particular appliance, they upgraded us to a higher level / brand so as not to cause further delays. The house is gorgeous and all the materials, even things we chose not to upgrade, are of excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

We moved in over two months ago and are still waiting on things to be fixed that were on the celebration walkthrough list. We have to continue to follow up

Overall the experience was good, a solid 4/5. The main reason it isn’t a 5/5 is that the vendors that Pulte uses have been very unreliable with warranty work. A few have completely missed appointments with no notification. This is especially frustrating when I take a day off work in order for this work to be done. Otherwise, the process was great, the customer care person is wonderful as well as the project manager.

Overall, the quality of the home, design and workmanship is poor. The attention to detail is very low. Looks like the home is built quickly and the builder doesn't pay attention to details. The roof was leaking in garage. The interior paint job was poor and still remains unfinished. The carpet flooring was not right and loose areas in the home. Garage floor is not finished. Some plumbing issues were noticed in the house. The sway on the sides of the homes is not right and there is water logging on both sides. Design issues also exist in the home and there are may that I can point. Although homeowners warranty is provided, some of the inherent things cannot be addressed. Also it takes lot of time a effort to be on top of al the things and have to follow-up each items. Therefore overall poor experience. Looks like the old fashioned way of building tough and right homes was not provided for us in this case. ... More

People very efficient & responsive -especially Sales ( Neal), Construction Manager (josh), warranty ( Trusha) Materials- Not so good, does not correlate to the price. Unhappy with the way the delay from Pulte's side impacted buyer's mortgage rates.

For starters, when doing the 2-hour walk-through, instead of getting some explanations all we got were excuses. And to follow that, I wrote all the issues in a notepad on my phone and went back to the property day after day for 2 weeks to see the progress before closing and would see nothing fixed but all the pointed out issues that were once marked, with the blue tape that we were given during the 2-hour walk, had been tossed out and never fixed/addressed. I complained about the upstairs being hot for almost a month and got excuse after excuse only for the issue to be that I had no insulation in my upstairs attic at all. Once Jodi became a part of the team, she became a life saver and got all my issues dealt with and I greatly appreciate her hustle and tenacity. She helped calm my nerves and got literally all my issues dealt with in a timely fashion. ... More
