As we selected Quick move In everything is already installed. Great work, As we are from other state when ever we called they arranged virtual meting and updated everything by sending videos and pictures of every step. I appreciate flied manager who responded when ever I called him.

See the house to closing it went smoothly! Very carefully and responsible, professional and patient! Very helpful for the first-time buyers.

We had issues with the house since we moved still waiting for grass to be fix for the 3rd time and no sense of urgency!

I was fortunate to fall upon a move-in ready home in my preferred location. I feel the price was commensurate with market value and Laura was very professional and responsive in the sales process. The floor plan is ideal for my needs but I think the builders rushed to complete and lost quality in the details of the construction. Pulte has a great respiration in my area and I am overall very satisfied with my new home.

While the buying experience was quick, and was given update on progress regularly, the quality of the house was poor, and it is taking forever to get the issues fixed. There were around 20 issues from which include some safety concerns. I am still frustrated following up on half of the pending issues 1.5 months into occupancy. My suggestion to buyers, don't close until all the issues are fixed.

It was relatively quick and easy. All of the issues I have were taken care of quickly. Pulte seems to be a great company to buy a home through.

Overall we are very happy with our new Pulte home. From the start the Sales rep, Lindsey, was a joy to work with. She always provided good information and was responsive to emails and requests. Even after her part was done with, she still kept in contact and made sure things any concerns were addressed. The building process also went pretty smoothly. Not being in the construction business, it was hard to assess the timeframe on the progress. We received regular updates but that didn't tell me if we were 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months from completion. I'd recommend including an estimated duration for the next steps in each communication to the homeowner. I understand that can change but at least give a range. Also the time to meet with the construction team on walkthroughs was pretty limited. It always had to be M-F from 8-4. That meant taking time off work in order to meet. There should be some options for weekend meetings too. The loan closing process was fairly easy. It was just far from the location of the home. There should be options to meet for closing that are closer to the new home location. After closing, there are have been a few follow ups needed with Pulte. My experience with the team is that after closing there is a lot of finger pointing at another party being responsible. The finger pointing to another party is done without anyone even coming over to look at the issue. Pulte is still on the property working on other homes. We could have saved weeks of trading emails having and service people come out who said it's not their issue, if the onsite Pulte team had made the first effort to stop by the home and look at the issue. Our loan agent was by far the rudest person, she displayed absolutely no professionalism at all! She refused to speak with us avoiding 95 percent of emails and calls to her! Prayers to anyone who as experienced such dismissiveness, she literally treated us as if our business was not worth her time.

Waited over a year for a home promised to be delivered in 6 to 8 months, only to be subjected to the sub-standard materials, sub-standard workmanship, overlooked construction discrepancies by the construction managers, paid upgrades that were never installed, lack of care or concern during the warranty period with NO follow-up to inquiries. We were also provided a poor turn-over of the home; not provided with any administrative access to our touch panels, nor the garage door keypad (which should not have been installed). We were also never provided any drawings of our home. With every newly constructed home that we have owned, in the state of Florida, the builder provided us a set of detailed drawings of the home, in case we need to update or modify our home at our leisure. This is an inevitable reality for disabled military Veterans, of a combined 48 years of honorable service to our country. Even with this request we received opposition from Pulte Homes and are forced to divulge private HIPPA protected medical information to receive drawings, to honor this request? Not even the sales team is nice. They are not knowledgeable at all, rude people. House bad, frames bad, plumbing bad issues since the first day

The overall finish of the house is poor , each window in the house is different size , the shower bathroom tiles are not straight ,

It is important to us to note that our Construction Manager was very attentive throughout this process and corrected a lot of things along the way for us. The problem lies in the workmanship of the contractors brought out to actually build the home. So many things missed or poorly put together that led to numerous revisits and revisions. Important to hire an inspector to ensure that every detail of the home that may not be obvious to the homeowner is looked over and corrected. It's disappointing that it requires so much effort to ask over and over again for things to get corrected, but if this is a home you plan to live in for a long time, you want to do everything you can to ensure it is correct. ... THE CONCRETE IS CRACKING IN THE GARAGE AND BACK PORCH ??????

Overall was a good experience purchasing my home. The home is beautiful but like any new home there are always small issues that arise after you move in. The service request line is quick to respond and fix what’s needed. Overall I’m satisfied and don’t have any regrets.

I month after I moved, ask to repair my master shower plumbing and until nothing. Three week I have 2 inch the water in my shower area, water is green now..... Visit to repair !!!!! LOL

This house has been a dream come true. Great neighborhood with lots to do. Beautiful home we can be proud of. Amazing layout and attention to detail.

I had a great experience in the buying process with Pulte. They were responsive and great in explaining and guiding me in every step of the process.

My initial experience with my sales person and construction manager were exceptional. But after I closed on my home, my experience has not been what I’ve come to expect from pulte. The customer care department does not follow-up on my service request. The exterior of my home still has not been completed. It is now March and I closed mid January. I paid for exterior wiring on my home that has not been completed. The weather stripping on multiple doors has not been been repaired either. This has truly been an unfortunate experience and I’m really disappointed with the entire process. Pulte has incredible sales personnel and construction managers. Our closing date was 4 months later, causing huge financial burdens especially during these tough economic times. No real sense of urgency from our multiple project managers due to us having two different PM's during this process. I wasn't confident in the finance team and their knowledge of the type of loan we have. Once we moved in, we noticed some issues; did the maintenance work orders and still waiting for one that's been open a bit at the week period. Low and behold, our warranty manager is now no longer with the company, and we have to work with someone else. Been waiting for the deed as well, but I assume we have to go request one with the county. I qualify for a property tax exemption, but since we didn't close during Q4 of last year as told; we will have to pay property taxes until the next submission period next year. I feel like that was planned by the finance department but hope that's not true. I have more stuff, but I'll close with that. ... More

An excellent fast and safe experience

The home took a bit longer than estimated to be completed. But that is understandable given the supply chain issues plaguing every industry these past few years. Our Sales Consultant and Construction Manager did an outstanding job navigating the setbacks this caused and ensured our closing date, once established, did not get delayed. Although, a few minor things still needed touch-up after our move-in, we are satisfied with the overall quality of the home and their persistence to ensure any post-closing line-items are fully addressed.

We had a really great experience with Pulte from start to finish. The process was quick and smooth and our project manager Stephen was really great with communication and so pleasant to work with. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed after we moved in and Pulte made sure to get them taken care of as quickly as possible. We are very happy with our new home and impressed with the entire process.

We have somewhere around 100 footprints on our driveway from workers with concrete on their boots! We have dead plants because they were installed and not watered until after 3 weeks! We have tile in the shower that looks like a first grader installed it !The pocket door to that bath is 1 inch wider at the bottom of the frame than the top of the frame! There is a column it the hallway that is at least 1 inch out of square! That is what we paid too much for in this home! The quick move in homes,some whitch were bought by investors and then rented out were finished and then sold at a discount while we waited 2 months after our promised date and then paid full price! This community has alot of damaged roads because of construction equipment and alot of spilled paint all over the asphalt there is a gushing pipe in the park that floods my next door neighbors unfinished house because a tractor grading that lot broke off a park sprinkler and then they have refused to fix it after more than 3 weeks! This is not how we dreamed of spending our retirement! What a Disappointment! ... More

To many things wrong at closing for the money we paid. Shotty workmanship on alot of different trades within the home. 6 weeks after move in, many of the fixes we have requested are still not fixed. Pretty obvious the trades do not care your home. Trying to get in and out as fast as possible. If they don’t have a part to something, they just leave it as is and move on to the next job. No accountability on the subs, the Pulte project managers need to do a lot better job holding the trades accountable. This is definition of over promise and under deliver.
