Pulte should be ashamed charging what they charge for the poor quality of work, costs and lack of accountability and follow-up. We paid over 600k for our home to have mismatch floor grout in the bathrooms, paints dripping marks and unpaired window sills, a huge error in dry wall in our ceiling and I could go on and on. I have literally told all my friends and family members to spread the word…DON’T BUY a Pulte home!!! If you do expect poor craftsmanship and paying over priced for the poor quality and lack of customer service!!!!

Buyer be ware. The quality of the finished product is inferior to the model.

Bying a home with Pulte is fine however avoid using Pulte mortgage at all costs! Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare!

From the start to finish Pulte dragged us along. We had essentially 3 different closing dates and each time we tried to close there were significant problems with the townhome. The quality of the home is very poor compared to the pricing of the townhomes. They clearly rushed through the build and placed cheap hardware / fixtures inside. The construction team communicated horribly. Sales team consultant was the only one who gave us honest answers. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone and I will never use them again.

The staff that we encountered were amongst the best however, there were a few issues. Closed on the home two months after the projected closing date during the time of contract signing, putting my family in an uncomfortable position without compensation. Múltiple work orders needed within the first week of closing on the home. Still awaiting replacement of a damaged cabinet during installation. Other than these minor issues, very good experience.

This experience was one of the most stressful events I’ve ever gone through. Not knowing when the house would be competed, not knowing what kind of lease to sign for a temporary rental, and not to mention the enormous loss of money we had to pay for a month to month rental.

Pulte May be the leading builder in the nation but the experience in building the house and the quality they deliver is poor. I felt I paid premium price and got a not impressive product. It took them way longer than they originally committed to complete the build but every time the date was revised that slipped again. Everything was blamed on supply chain delays. I felt they weren’t transparent and honest about the delays to begin getting with. The whole experience was lacking communication and clarity. They may be dealing with such scenarios a lot but it’s my hard earned money and my only home. I literally had to escalate the issue to their GM to get some sanity in the plan. Eventually when the home was delivered there was lack of craftsmanship and quality in the home. In fact I had to do 4 paid inspections to prove out the deficiencies in their work. After all of this and numerous conversations the field manager literally walked out on us during the walk through cause we continued to point issues with the house. We eventually had no option than tk move in since I had sold my home (based on the date they gave me and had to rent ). After moving in we are getting some help to fix some problems but what ever is left is my issue or I should wait for 1 year to report my claim on warranty. The buying experience was alright, we were disappointed in our inability to select options in our home that were pre selected by the builder. This required us to pay extra for features we would not have chosen and to forgo completion of additional features we would have included. Upon move in its clear that the quality of the build was a lot lower than expected. Craftsmanship is poor and care was not taken durring the buiding and installation process. Neither of our tubs are functional due to cracks caused at installation. Many electrical outlets through the home do not work. Our sod and trees were dead upon move in. We have already needed to request multiple repairs through our home warranty and they are not eager or quick to resolve issues, instead acting like we are a burden. ... More

Hi my name is Mary the home owner it was one of the best experiences in building my first home with pulte I have my nephew building his home with pulte 5 stars goes to Tyler, Shane, Gil & Teresa! I have already referred 4 people to pulte! Let’s not forget Kimberly in design and Michelle Kirby in the loan department for always going the extra mile!

Ongoing issues still unresolved after closing some time ago. Pressed to sign the house was 100% at closing even though it was not and wanted to be nice because I do like the guys who built the house. Agreed to fill out their survey with all favorable remarks as I know there are bonuses tied to it, even though the work was not 100% done, I still did it. I am not confident that the issues will ever be taken care of.

The build process was a joke with a delay at every turn and everything blamed on COVID, but the same model house in the same neighborhood moving faster than others and then you're told "well that's a different elevation". If you complain about the delays your construction super would say "well you could be like this house who's been delayed for # months." No matter what level "manager" you talk to you get the same script and nothing gets done. We had a joke of a super and then he quit in the middle of the house being built. Even with that Pulte never owned up the awful process thus far and put all that stress on the next person to pick up the slack. We've been in house for 2 months now and there are still issues that are not finished that were on the list we made at the final walk through. Our video doorbell isn't installed and the temp doorbell is still just hanging off the wall. We messaged Pulte about electrical outlets that do not work and weeks later no one has come to fix it and now follow up. We've messaged our superintendent about outside lights not installed, video doorbell, window screens and still nothing done. Make sure when designing your home everything they tell you is in writing. We were told a lot of things and then as the house was being built we would about those things and we would get looked at like we were crazy. We would then try to contact the person that sold the house to us and we couldn't never get a response back. In all I would stay far from this builder. They make the home buying process even more stressful than what it already is, and do not go with their joke of financing option. Find your own lender and don't give them your money. They builder has insane delays and then their mortgage company tries to get you to pay thousands to lock in your rate knowing that they building will hit even more delays and your money is lost. ... As a first time home buyer with Pulte I wish I never did make the purchase. Too many issues and still going occurring.

Home buying with Pulte was smooth and the communication between the construction manager and sales agent was timely and fluent. :)

No communication on home build phases A lot of issue which they promos to fix before closing ./ 70% still existing Following up from day one . But nothing happens This has been 45 days Such a shame .. I am regretting my decision .

Sales team is bad at so many levels. 1. No stakeholder management 2. Do not honor the commitments. 3. No updates on the schedules. 4. Didn’t clearly explain all the options.

The construction quality of the house is bad. The site managers are not diligent in their work and very difficult to communicate with. Apparently, this is the same view shared by most of the Pulte home buyers in my community. I would recommend looking for a different builder if their is an option to choose from.

They delivered the home with lots of issues. Pulte is not checking the basic construction quality prior to closing. Water was leaking from my pantry and Pulte took almost 1.5 months to fix. They installed wrong tile and still waiting to replace. Outside is horrible. Water and mud in my back, left and right of my home. Pulte is not giving any timeline to fix. They did not install the digital lock either and did not reimburse till now. I am very much frustrated with the build quality and response from Pulte.

Laura and Jeff are easily approachable and kept us informed from day 1 till our move in. Jeff scheduled regular video calls and kept us up-to-date with the status of construction. He completed the home on time and within schedule which helped us tremendously as we were moving from out of state and selling our home there. They did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. We felt welcomed in our new home and all credit goes to Jeff and Laura. Thank you for making our house a home.

I appreciate the process of buying and building with Pulte. From beginning to end Nicolas (my sales rep) and Alex (my field rep) were awesome to work with. They explained the steps and walk beside me as I endure the long and tedious process of becoming a homeowner. Pulte is and was amazing!

They denied my prior submission for a review. Laughable. If I could give 0 stars I would. House was built with 0 care. Bathtub urinated in multiple times. Drinking on the job beer bottles everywhere..food trash etc..ac didn't work for a month and a half list goes on.
