I'm very happy with my new home. Of course, you'll find some issues with any new home built from scratch, however, Pulte Team has been conscious of them and willing to help and fix all details that could arise. Jeff has been very diligent and kind to speed up the solutions

Everything was good up until our walk through. Tyler our CM deceived us and withheld information on our AC unit. For the first month of owning our new home we were without AC (family of 6) for 2 weeks out of 4 weeks. Had 5 total technicians come and give different reasons for not working. The sod was dead and has yet to be replaced, we had no ethernet outlets that we paid for and are still dealing with that issue. No screens on any of the windows, and multiple electrical issues. Since the new Customer Care Manager came on board, he has been amazing in trying to fix the issues we have. Be cautious and ensure all work is complete to your standards. None of the tiles are levelled- Pulte says this is normal. None of my furniture stay levelled. Walls are not laid straight. Doors does not latch properly, painting not uniform, drywall already having cracks, walls already shaking after one month of closing. There are 30+ issues. Builders just want to close before all proper quality checks are done and forget about it. Field Manager is always in rush to go through inspections with you. To fix the issue, you need to go with their schedule and wait for two weeks upto month. When they come to fix it, is not good and have to redo it or, they simply say this is how it is. The communication with Pulte lacked the entire build. Dates kept changing and things weren’t correct from the start. Now dealing with warrantee nothing seems to be getting done I have multiple things that are broken or not correct I need to be fixed but nothing has happened yet

We had a great home buying experience from start to finish. From our initial tours of the models to closing day, the buying process was smooth. The Pulte team has great people at all levels to assist throughout the experience.

I understand there are some shortages for material but it doesn't mean work hss to de done sloppy!! Since very begging to end was not a good experience !!

Our closing date was rushed according to our construction manager he had requested the date be moved out two weeks but Pulte asked him to keep it as is (in fairness we were moving from out of state so both sides had a need to close quickly). With the date being rushed we knew there would be some punch list items that they would need to come back and take care of. They asked us to give them 2-3 weeks to make it right. Well we are over a month now still with 25 items on the list one of those items includes over 50 areas of drywall and paint fixes that are required. We have had many of the trades who are fixing other things tell us "we should not have been able to move in with the house still having this many outstanding items". I feel we are starting to get traction with the warranty team but it is due to us having to apply continued pressure and make it a part time job to manage our punch list and make sure things are getting done. We were really excited to begin to enjoy our house but we continue to find things that were not done right and get frustrated each time. At this point I would not recommend Pulte to someone else. ... We love our new home. The construction manager was the best part of the process. There were quite a few hiccups over the months, during the build, prior to closing, supply issues etc. but it’s done and we’re so glad to be here. When we put warranty claims in for things that need to be touched up or minor repairs that we noticed within a week or two of moving into our brand new home they respond pretty quickly. It’s a beautiful home. The HOA fees are extraordinarily high for a neighborhood with zero amenities other than them paying for water sewer and trash and taking care of the landscaping. The H away fees definitely do not match what you get for what you’re paying but we hope those will go down in the future, though that’s unlikely. We have also been here for a month and the post office will not deliver to us because they think it is an active construction zone and Pulte said they were aware of the issue but we have heard zero communication of that or how we are going to get that fixed. It is very difficult having all of our packages in the mail turned away because the post office won’t deliver here while they are building in the neighborhood. I wish Pulte was a little bit more responsive or would communicate better with what they’re working on. And I wish the person That manages the HOA could guide us better. When we have questions we never know who to ask. If you call any 1-800 Pulte phone number you find online it just takes you to warranty department. But who do we talk to for updates about the mail situation in the neighborhood? No one knows who is fixing it or if anyone actually is. Overall, we definitely recommend Pulte and we look forward to many years here and cant wait for the hiccups of buying the first home in a new neighborhood that is still being constructed in to be behind us. Was pretty much satisfied with all aspects of the home purchase process. The quality of the house is also outstanding. A++ all around.

Pule builder did average. They missed things here and there. and also Pulte associates (new hires) will tell you that they tested everything in house multiple times and everything was in god shape , dont fall for that , that's the lie. few things i asked them to check and they just provided wrong information right on my face that this is standard and for all houses has the same thing. House was not complete at the time of closing , they just want to close rushing everything and keeping the things incomplete. They rely on 1 year warranty so that they can take time to fix your house. DO NO CLOSE unless you check yourself everything. ... More

Salesperson was great and construction manager was trying to do everything he could, but corporate was rushing closings. We were promised that everything on our walk threw list would be completed or scheduled within 3 weeks.....Didn't happen! 2 months in and still waiting. House was really dirty inside and grouting looked like a 3 year old did it. House is almost 2300 Sq ft and they put a 2.5 ton AC that runs constantly. Mario's AC cannot do anything to help and said Pulte will need to do an evaluation......Still waiting! Electric bill $333.00 which the Salesperson said should be around $100.00. Dead grass has yet to be replace but they said it would be replaced by June 20th....Still waiting. With all the great reviews of Pulte this process has be really disappointing. Very poor quality of work in the house so many things are missing ..There was water falling from the gathering room when i entered in my house after closing on first day with my family and my luggage..its been almost 1month to staying at my house still i don’t have electricity in my two bedrooms..so many things are there ,that should not be like that.Garage work has issue there is big hole in garage and big crackes also there ,not finishing well as well .A.c roof vent was missing so started blowing out packing from the roof ..its been up two weeks but no-one still coming for fix it . back yard is also not as it should be..There are big yellow patches are there and it was before the closing .we informed our contractor to fixed that but till today we didn’t here anything from them..As a new home buyer i am expecting to perfect everything after spending this much money but since i came to my house everyday i have to spend a lot of time for placing work orders and following work orders and some days..so Long story in short there are plenty of things As new homebuyer with Pulte (respectable construction company) never expected .. ... Had a very good sales experience and buying was smooth. Had a bad experience on closing day - keys wouldn’t work and AC was not working - they got it fixed in a few days. Service tickets promised to be fixed after closing took a long time - couple of months to complete. More empathy and responsiveness from construction managers will really help. They are rushed to close.

Alex our Sales agent and Jeff our builder were awesome…Kenzie our mortgage rep was terrible and insulting …we had to escalate to her boss Dan to file a complaint and complete the mortgage transaction

Pulte has great people that help facilitate the whole home buying experience. The quality is excellent. The Foreman on the job was outstanding. We would definately recommend Pulte to anyone interested in a new home. Price point is excellent and the quality and workmanship very good. They stay on the job to completion. Having the Foreman who makes sure it is done right means everything. Thank You so much.

We have a few issues with the home and Pulte has been very responsive in getting the issues addressed. We are still waiting for the "punch list" items to be completed but all in all it we have nothing but great things to say about PULTE!
