Smooth process. Financed with Pulte Mortgage as well. Great 3% incentive. Builder hasn't responded well to issues we found after moving in; local field manager won't fix issues but keeps promising to come back.

Didn’t not have a good experience with pulte mortgage, sales, design center, or the builder. We ended up using our own mortgage company because there were so many issues with pulte mortgage. We had a few didn’t issues during the building process. Once the home was completed it turn out very nice but only because we stay on the builder throughout the process. If had not been for the area and the community we probably would have cancelled our contract early in the process.

Sadly the quality of the subcontractors’ work was shoddy and needed a specialist team to be engaged to fix the myriad issues in all rooms of the house. The house was nowhere near ready on our “celebration walk through”. Covid supply chain issues aside, there were too many shortcuts taken in the building of our home. We still have unresolved issues 2 months after closing.

Frustrating Close Process

The overall build process was good, but we were severely rushed through the close process. We were asked to sign off on items that weren’t fixed in order to not delay our close. We were promised multiple times that the remaining items would be fixed immediately. But we’re over a month post close and most of these items remain open. Multiple times we’re been told they were coming by to fix then nobody shows up.

The person who manage the building here was very nice until I signed his review which he begged me to give him all 10. He told me that after the move in if I need help touch up walls etc because furniture hits the walls etc. and I’ve called him four times and still nothing done. He told me im not going anywhere if you need my help well I haven’t seen him since. Im very disappointed in the situation and so are my neighbors. Cut dumb corners

The builder put the time and money into running Cat 6 cable to every bedroom tv but not to the built in office...only a PC can take advantage of Cat 6 speeds. Also, the backdoor opens into the dining room table so that they can save a few bucks on the door type. The builder ran the AC with a missing filter because he didn't know it needed 2 filters. Another dumb problem is that the house roof drains right down a steep hill causing obvious erosion issues. The other common problem in the neighborhood is that the builder doesn't know to set garage door openers away from sunlight...so openers ...

Unfortunately when we closed we were promised that everything would be taken care of. Well that certainly was not the case. House was not cleaned, paint on floor , some areas not touched up before move in. Back door is installed wrong. Issue was addressed and then dropped. Requested a warranty issue and nothing was done about it. Very disappointing to say the least.

If you have anything that you would like to incorporate into your new home that is not outlined in this builder's blueprint, then you will not get it. This builder is extremely restrictive and most likely will not allow you to make even simple changes. Therefore, you will live in their house and not yours.

The builder was ok it’s the closing that was the problem. The underwriters for Pulte needs some fixing I thought we was trying to buy a home if I did know any better I thought the underwriting department was not trying to sell this home.

Overall a good (B) experience and friendly people. Disappointed in the workmanship though. Some of the things seem like they were done by an immature and not a professional. Pulte need to re-evaluate their contractors (HVAC, Electrical, Drywall and landscaping to be exact)

We love the house. Everything seems almost perfect. From location as school, shopping, restaurant to sercurity. 1 month from the day I move-in, there are some minor things happen like hot water, squeaking door, foggy window, air thermostate.

The house was delayed for months. It took 1 year a two months to complete. It sat in framing with mechanicals in for 9 months. Pulte is simply a company relying on its founders good name and reputation. The regional construction executives have no idea that the day to day operations and execution is being completed by unskilled day laborers with one English speaking leader whose idea of excellence in construction is based on their home country’s standards which is mostly sub par. You'll love your new home built by Pulte, just be sure to keep the lines of communication open even if it becomes tiresome. Someone will eventually address your concerns only to make you feel they squeezed you into their very tight schedule. Personally, I trusted the individuals I dealt with during the process, but I was a customer, the feeling of being "we're with you" ran thin towards the finish line.

It was a first time home buying experience . Overall it was good experience for me but I did not get the home in time until last minute the work was pending .it was just a townhome but pulte did not plan well it took around 10 plus months to get a house which normally takes 4-5 months . Also the quality if the material is not up to the mark being a reputed builder .

Many times follow up of items leads to either request to wait till they find vendor or something they won’t know until you share pics. Commitment is commitment but what was told to me during sale was not that covered 100% also there was desperate rush to close house without listing what customer problem is

We are happy with the house. However, the closing was delayed, which impacted our moving schedule, due to items identified in the initial walkthrough not being addressed on time. Pulte wouldn’t agree to customize anything, even when we just asked to not install items. As an example, the bar soap in the shower is the cheapest one you could find (in a $390k house) and they wouldn’t agree to not put it up. The communication was a struggle at times between agent-realtor-builder. For example, our first walkthrough was delayed by 2 hours due to lack of communication between Pulte agent and ...

The house looks good and it is beautiful. I just wish they would take the time to finish things right. Some walls are smooth, others aren’t. Minor details are missing here and there and it takes a while for them to get fixed. Were it not for those things, it would be five stars all around. The employees must be overwhelmed. So, either Pulte should slow down and focus on quality, or higher more people.

Overall, I am happy with the quality of the house. However, the customer service of the builder is very very low. They will promise you the world to get you to buy the house and to have you to write a good review, but will drop contact and won't address anything they should have fixed once it is done.
