Looks nice but the not really satisfy with the quality of product used. Lots of cosmetic things are unfinished. Tried to reach the builder but said to contact costumer service, did but no response.

Neighbors are great! I am sad to say I am still waiting to be able to use my shower in the master bath. My builder was sent to another area in the process of finishing the issues with my home. He tried but couldn't get contractors out to finish the jobs. You for sure need to keep an eye on the work that's done inside. Like painting inside and out, floors and the doors. Don't take anyone's word it will be taken care of. Don't sign off on anything until it's done!

I was expecting that Pulte would give us a good quality build but it’s not up to my expectations. There are so many imperfections we could notice once we moved in . After rain there are so many leaks in our house and backyard was not graded properly , highly disappointed with Pulte and its quality . Should have gone with some other builder .

We had multiple issues with the final details of our home. The final paint was subpar, sloppy finishing with gaps on baseboards and stairs. We also had a roof leak in our bathroom the first week we moved in. With the price we paid, the finishing details should have been better. We delayed closing twice to have major issues addressed like bowing walls and mal-stained landings.

I love my house and it is a beautiful floor plan, but I have some issues with the workmanship and materials since the house is very expensive.

One has to really plan well in buying home with Pulte. As soon as you make buying decision, they give no time in deciding about the upgrades. They dont have any 3d tools to show the upgrades. In one two hours everything needs to be decided with no chance to revisit the options. They are inflexible and their contract is one sided. For example as a buyer we cannot move the closing date but they can move the closing dates. Beware: they will try to close the house much before it is actually finished. Dont agree to it, it takes long time to get the pending issues complete. I have closed house six weeks back, the issues are still pending. The build quality is bad and hasty. Please have a home inspector to review everything. Specially watch for the paint and plumbing. Their internal inspection is not very good and everything is outsourced to the vendors. Please be very careful in choosing the lot. They may say your lot size is .5 acre but they may leave a lot of wooded area. You have to ask in how much area they will put the grass and what they will leave wooded. They will even leave the construction material in the woods, ask them to clean it. Good Side - Dealing with the Production Manager was excellent. He was one of the best crew members I dealt with. He was very co-operative in every stage of the work. Bade Side - My 3 star rating is mainly due to to incomplete work that Pulte has done in my house. At closing the master bed shower glass was not installed and Pulte committed me with a date of 07/08. However further to that there is no follow-up being done nor any updates are shared with me. I had multiple calls with the Prod Manager but he does not seem to have any update from Atlanta Glass Door company. But at the same time I also see the glass door getting fitted in other houses which were closed along with me as well as few which are not yet closed or closed after mine. It is more than a month now after closing and my shower glass door is not yet installed. I had few complaints and issues for certain things not working properly in the house for which I had to reach out the service warranty department. I raised service requests with them for couple of issue but had no luck to get the problem fixed. It is been more that 2 weeks, I haven't got any update on that. ... More

Poor workmanship and lack of responsiveness.

Overall the house was ok, but there were a ton of little issues that took over a month to get resolved after our close (even when it was agreed upon at close. The customer care system is useless- open tickets with no follow up for over a month. Thankfully Dave our builder helped us out recently on some issues, but outside of that the whole post-close support is completely useless.

Only proceed with Pulte if you have unlimited time and patience

They did a decent job overall. They rushed some things, including the fireplace which ended up having a gas leak due to improper install while my family was home. They also weren’t flexible on moving the closing date by a month when I requested due to COVID.

Been emailing and no response, not happy!

Issue with landscaping, issue with the paint job, not properly inspected by the property construction manager. not even a month after closing so many issues. not sure how many issues are going to arise in the next year.

My name is Kushal. Response for issues is terrible. My cabinets are coming off by itself. Sent email and called them no response. Cabinets are not included in warranty. People who worked on my cabinets did a very bad job, there are lot off issues with my cabinets.

This was my second new build home. My first was with a different builder and the experience with my previous builder went so smoothly I regretfully assumed the process would be relatively good with any new build. I was wrong. I am so disappointed in my Pulte home. I feel like I was scammed into accepting poor craftsmanship. I bought this home less than two months ago and already want to put it back on the market to get rid of it. All they do is cut corners with their houses then promise an exhaustive warranty. I rather not deal with issues and cheap materials in the first place.

Love the home layout and design. Construction took forever while the builder was inconsistent and unresponsive at times. Even after moving in...he was given a list of issues needing resolve and he never followed through. The sales office was excellent. Quality of build and issues seen since moving in have been very disappointing.

While I am happy the construction managers got me in my house prior to my rate lock expiration, extremely disappointed with the quality of work by the 3rd party vendors Pulte Construction uses. Given brand and price point of home, Pulte either needs to hire more construction workers under warranty the Pulte Construction brand (permanent employees) or leverage better contractors. Attention to detail was below my expectations. The only instance where I would recommend Pulte is if you are in the early stages of a up and coming area.

The Pulte agent Rachael is always been helpful and very prompt on responding. The price is what you expected for the housing market around the area. Quality and workmanship is not what I expected for the value I paid for the house. There are still items on quality issues that still unaddress after moving here more than a month.

This process started out well, weekly calls with the builder as the house was being prepared. They were very open and up front about issues they were facing, and the sales and financing process went very smoothly. (We used Pulte Mortgage) The issues started around close and in hind-site, we should have spent a few extra weeks in the hotel and let them actually complete the home. At the time of close, there were several outstanding items, from a loaner dishwasher to swaths of the house unpainted. The hood in the kitchen did not have a shroud(ie. its just exposted insulation and pipe), the attic door does not shut properly, and the grate on the back patio leans towards the house so water collects on the home. Still, we were happy to call it home as it's in a great neighborhood and we picked all the interior items ourselves. With the promise of having these addressed, we closed. Fast forward 3 months, and the vast majority of the items have not been corrected. In addition, we have seen massive erosion in our back yard creating a 2-3' canyon leading from the neighbor's yard(unbuilt) which floods into ours. We still have a silt fence up, which prohibits the new fence we want, but even that is now essentially broken with more than a foot of silt piled up on the opposite side and holes where the mudd flows into my yard. We also had a plumming defect where the sewage exhaust was glued shut and no cap was placed on it, leaving all the toilets on the first floor to back up anytime any water was used on the first floor. This issue was promptly fixed, so we are appreciative of that. The top it all off, something was shot from the unfinished house next door which penetrated the exterior wall and 2 interior walls mid-day. Again, to Pulte's credit, Jason did say he would fix this, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The real problem is the lack of contact and committment from the crew here. I have reached out dozens, if not more times and asked for status updates. I get nothing. When I do get something, its often without value. One time I got the comment "we didnt know you needed a dishwasher", so I sent a picture of a whirlpool which does not come with the kitchenaid appliances. At the end of the day, I still didnt want to write a negative review as Jason did attempt to create a schedule, and they did attempt repair on the patio as well as a few other items. I also know they are dealing with labor issues but with the items breaking and/or incomplete, and the complete lack of communication over the past month, I have become frustrated to the point where I am fearing legal action may be required. My word of advice to people buying from Pulte in this sub-division is to not close under any circumstances until your home is 100% complete, and when you do close, do not expect much in terms of communication or response if something does go wrong. ... The quality and workmanship was not what I expected from a Pulte Home. A month after closing and we are still addressing issues found during the final walkthrough. Actually, one of the issues was with the gas connection to the stove which caused it to burn. Very dangerous!

I purchased new home from Pulte in Georgia. I heard from my real estate agent that they were good builder. On the closing day, house was incomplete. Some of lights and plugs were not working. Doors were not closing. Some door handles were placed wrong way. Exposed insulation around door and window frame. Strips in new window fell off. Floor, carpets were not cleaned. Stains on floor, door handles. They had to reinstall tiles in all bathroom for some reason. That caused damage to door edges. Stairway was never polished. These are few things to mention. This gives an experience of buying a used home. They have good warranty on paper, if they fix the things. More than a month after closing, we are still awaiting to get things fixed we have complained about. ... More

They should have done good quality work!

We received weekly updates until the month we proceeded to close. The closing date shifted twice due to incomplete projects. We acknowledged a ticket escalating missing appliance items in July (on the day we closed)…its now September—2 months with later no progress. Our neighbors warned us that once we close and complete the survey, customer service would deteriorate which it did—significantly. My wife and I are both military veterans (Air Force) and this is by far the worst experience considering we have purchased custom homes in 2 other states.

The experience was "ok" overall. I wouldn't say it was terrible but I definitely wouldn't say it was great. The builder rep on the ground for the Pulte was fantastic but the remaining team members leave much to be desired. Trust and responsiveness were sadly lacking. As a customer I do NOT want to be ignored and the team would often not return emails and my guess was they would just wait me out. Well, we held them accountable to provide answers and solutions to issues. Pulte makes a great sales pitch but they fall short on execution.
