A lot of issues have been noted since we moved in on 27Jan2021. -Plumbing issues - several occasions. Flooded my whole powder room, living room. leaking thru kitchen flood light due to water going thru overflow in master bedroom -responsiveness to issues - very non-cholent and careless attitude -a couple defects i noticed and have reported that is still not addressed. overall, not impressed.

If you buy from Pulte while the market is still hot in ATL , do not expect anyone to hear or address your concerns. It is take it or leave it.

The builder was ok it’s the closing that was the problem. The underwriters for Pulte needs some fixing I thought we was trying to buy a home if I did know any better I thought the underwriting department was not trying to sell this home.

PulteGroup, Inc. offered significant value for money in comparison to the other communities that my wife and I toured. We never found another community in our area that provided the same offerings within a comparable price range; it was always significantly higher. We really valued PulteGroup, Inc.’s bright and spacious floor plans that provided 3-car garages and 10’ ceilings as standard features in our selected community as well as a wide range of structural and design options. Even before COVID-19 placed a new demand on home designs to support work from home or virtual learning, PulteGroup, Inc.’s plans had already accommodated these functions. We had previously built with PulteGroup, Inc. in the past and were very happy with our home. When we needed to relocate to another part of the city, our immediate reaction was to look for another PulteGroup, Inc. community. We were very pleased that within a 4 -year period we could tell that PulteGroup, Inc. had continued to innovate and develop their product and processes, and we built a home that was more energy efficient, boasted a wider range of design options and incorporated more advanced technology. During our build process we observed that the lots in our community continued to sell very quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of buying my first home through Pulte Mortgage. They made everything easy and simple from the start. I was gently guided through the entire process, from the day I viewed a model to the day I closed. I cannot express how thankful I am for the patience and diligence of the team. Also, before I forget, MY HOME IS AMAZING!! I’ve been here 45 days now and I couldn’t be happier. No regrets!! I always want to buy from Pulte.

It was an almost seamless, effortless experience with very few hitches.

We had several quality build meetings with Jake. He was always able to answer our questions and explain the process. He did a great job of reaching out to us weekly and letting us know what was going on.

Jake was great to work. He was very responsive, answered all our questions and kept everything organized and on track. Our overall experience was great. There were several limiting options that resulted in a lot of extra work for us after we moved in, but that is what we signed up for. Unfortunately we didnt learn about many of these things until the design meeting which is after we already made commitments. The model home was quite deceiving as most of the options we wanted from the model home were simply not available which was very disappointing.

Our Builder David Patton kept us updated ever step of the building process and was very responsive .

Want to recognize the professional service demonstrated in all levels of their customer service departments. Their respective teams were most helpful throughout the process and responsive to my questions and concerns in a timely manner.

While certain aspects of the build where great, the attention to detail severely lacks. Poor finishing paint job, base board finishes, paint spots all over wood floors etc. they also provided a very subpar cleaning for move in. In addition promises are made to entice you to close (ie when you close we will finish x,y,z) - note this did not happen at all, instead never receive callbacks from builder and have to go about the warranty process.

The materials quality for some parts are really not worth the price, and the plumber doesn't show with his/her appointment on day.

We recently built a house with Pulte. I cannot say we got the value we paid for our home. All of the trim work was in really rough shape. We had to hire an external painter to come in and fix a lot of the trim, mudding, and painting. It is still not fixed correctly, because it was just too much to get done and would have cost a fortune (since we did not want to have all of the trim ripped out and redone.) I feel like this is not something I should have had to pay for considering my house almost cost half of a million dollars. The whole building process was very rushed and you can see that in our home. We have spots where grout is missing in the bathrooms, we were not able to get the fixtures we wanted due to back order, some of the hardwood is not glued properly, banisters not sealed correctly, brick has not been pressure washed, sloppy brick laying outside, the sidewalks have gouges in them and look rushed. There were many options that we could have had with this home, but was not offered to us. Example-sprinkler system, unaware Kitchen Aid appliances also had a confection oven capability. The closing process took us over three hours since we were not allowed to leave until the money from our lender cleared with Pulte. I feel like it was that way due to us using an outside lender and not Pulte. Overall the house was built quickly and we are glad to have a home, but it does show it was rushed. stay on top of project manager, due to covid, had difficult time making it out to build site and now having to chase things down that should've been corrected previously

Some of the employees are very unprofessional. The home to be considered high quality or value has a lot of errors or not good quality of work.

Walk through prior to close was not thorough at all and too many issue and things to fix after closing. Unnecessary!

Great home very satisfied with my new home.

A good community to live

We relocated from another state to GA. We purchased the model home so we didn't have to pick out any materials etc. The purchase was conducted online and over the phone because of COVID and was a smooth process. Just lots of paperwork that normally comes with the purchase of a new home. We love the model because it has many, many upgrades not available in the other homes and it was mostly ready to go. It is beautiful and any repairs or problems have been addressed very quickly. We had a bit of a snafu with our move in date but could be blamed on COVID and a delay in getting a city permit to reconstruct the model home office back into a garage and a driveway had to be poured. Our construction customer service person is extremely friendly and responsive. We are now in month 3 of living in our new home and there are still some items on our 30 day list that need to be addressed, however, I feel confident that they will be fixed to the best of their ability. ... Field managers tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through with service requests. Multiple items that should have been taken care of before closing were not and still are not 3 months later. COVID has caused some understandable delays but the company is not up front with communication and realistic time frames. Also no one is managing the many companies involved during the move in period and the homeowner is left to fend for themselves, to keep on top of contractors to complete a task.

Our builder was great at communication and responsive to the few issues we encountered.

Everyone at Pulte was great! From our initial meeting to closing they kept us updated weekly once the build began. They truly build a great home and stand behind it!
