The Builder is nice guy, But the material quality was so bad . I moved just 1 month back i see so may many many issues.

After the closing of this house, problems started to appear. Doorbells, internet cables, air conditioners, and other minor problems were resolved, but they did not keep their promise until today. AC still has problem. I don't know when they will come to check and resolve it.

Please learn from us and also our entire street and avoid Pulte at all costs. Not only is there sheer incompetence at all levels, but extreme rudeness and screaming from the area construction manager is an absolute no-go. For the rest of the team, the ball was dropped every single step of the way. We are not only talking about delays (because many of them are out of their hands), but simply overpromising and not delivering. They couldn’t keep up with any list or email. I would caution any new buyers to look elsewhere. We are 45 days into ownership and very disappointed. Not only did we have to make several concessions along the way, now we are dealing with very poor responsiveness post move in. Pulte was responsive during the build process, but now its like a switch was flipped, once we took possession, they do not respond. Even though we had a documented (and Pulte acknowledged) list of 10+ concerns, no response despite numerous attempts to have things addressed. Sloppy workmanship

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of products used in my home, the sloppy workmanship within the house. ..unfinished walls, clumps of plaster where wall connects to door frame. Dust painted over on surfaces so not smooth. There was no priming of paint on walls, ceiling or wood trim. I can see the Sheetrock through the paint on the walls and ceiling, paint is peeling off the woodwork and can see bare wood. When pull painters tape off wall it takes the paint with it. This is the fourth house I have purchased in my life and it was the worst experience I have ever had. They moved my closing date up by 2 weeks even though I was assured I wouldn't close before mid-August (which was the time frame I requested) and the house wasn't even ready. At every level of work: cosmetic to structural the quality is poor. During inspection issues were noted with the AC not cooling properly. I was assured it was fine. Before closing, there was a laundry list of issues that were promised to be fixed after closing. Some were small, others pretty big. The more minor issues I fixed myself or the supervisor had resolved. Without being petty, I will say the overall workmanship was poor. The biggest issue I reported was visible seems on the ceiling. I can’t even begin to explain the issues that I’ve had with my home. Pulte apparently uses day laborers that are unskilled to do work in the houses because the workmanship is horrible and there’s no accountability and apparently no one following up with anybody on the quality of work that is being produced. This was the worst experience I have gone through in my life. The quality of build has been bad from the beginning. We have gone through 5 different field managers, each one messing everything up along the way. We closed in March 2021 and still have a list of items that are needed to be complete 2 months later with NO communication as to when they would be done. Purchase my home 43 days ago and i'm still waiting on maintenance issues to be completed. AT&T could not connect my internet because the holes they run the cables through are clogged up. Pulte has no urgency to fix issues once you have closed on your home. If things are not fixed or I am not contacted soon I will be making my 2nd BBB complaint. If I paid for a brand new home regardless the price I do not want to deal with issues right after closing.
