Townhome is designed very nicely, there is no waste of space to long hallways.

Ron was GREAT - very down to earth, honest, kept us informed. We were in good hands throughout the whole process.

Van was knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and friendly.

The home is great, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. 2nd floor landing is a good size and the open floor concept and high ceilings makes the home feel spacious.

Craig, Stewart and Dillon were all very helpful and professional! They were very knowledgeable and always responded to my questions!

Build manager Matt was awesome, really made our experience great. We’ve built before and he is by far the best we’ve encountered. House is solid.

The manager on the construction site ,"Bloue" solves customer problems at early stages. Is very cooperative in sharing information with other partner. He consistently exceeds performance expectations. He displays a strong personal commitment to successfully completing all projects.

Good quality home with professional work

We had very few issues and those we did have were minor and quickly addressed. I think that our good experience is directly due to our construction manager. Good communicator, nice personality and pretty responsive considering how many houses he is responsible for

I was thoroughly impressed with the collaboration and enjoyed working with the Property Manager and the Builder. They made sure that I was part of the building process from start to finish and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the final project.

They have done a great job with this home. The builder kept us update with everything that was going on with the house every week. Now that's how you do it.

Stewart and Blue guided us from our first visit to our completed home! With updates every week during the building process, we felt very included and informed about everything being done in our house, even though we lived 6 hours away. When we saw our newly finished home for the first time, we felt pure joy! It was exactly what we wanted and needed. Sarah was extremely helpful at the design center where we chose all our fixtures and finishes for reasonable prices on the upgrades. And in the end, our total cost was in our price range. Joe is a great project manager. He is there for you in any way he can help. He worked hard to get my house to close before year end. During the walk thru he took immediate action in getting everything completed so we could close. Sherri, Sales Rep, was also great.. She was quick to respond and help me in whatever I needed. Very upbeat, and made me feel that my needs were very important to her.

Dealing with supply chain issues the Pulte team got results to issues in a timely manner. Would like to acknowledge Mark and Cory for their unprecedented effort in getting us closed in a timely manner. They went above and beyond indeed.

Austin and Traci were awesome representatives of the Pulte company. Explanations were offered and they returned my phone calls and texts instantly.
