For the price I paid I expected better quality and polish to the workmanship. So many cosmetic flaws and oversights. Moulding and trim are beat up. Walls have varying degrees of texture when they should be smooth. Different paint colors used on a wall. So many things that are disappointing to continue to discover. Pulte makes these big customer experience promises, but no is reaching out or following up on my requests. Responsiveness has been so poor. Excellent experience up until 8 weeks before closure. However, the closure and now 6 weeks post closure has been an exhausting experience, with the need for me to become a project manager of all the open issues in my home. I’ve had contractors in DAILY for repairs- electrical, plumbing, CAT wiring, drywall, painting, duradeck, cooling system, security systems, GApower.....and before an escalated email to a Pulte VP, it would’ve continued. C-Grade Subcontractors

Pulte homes are built using C-Grade Subcontractors at best, who are incentives-ed by quick turn over. Pulte Field managers advocate for the builders and reward poor quality work, and not work for the home owner. Much attention is paid to the model unit but not to the purchased homes. I would recommend hiring a private Project Manager and Inspection agency to oversee the construction.

From the people to the plans, building a Pulte home was an absolute joy. I felt like I had all of the advantages that come with the size of a national builder (purchasing power to make my home as cost effective as possible being a big thing) with the accessibility and friendliness of a small company (my sales and build team were super accessible throughout the process and I felt that really cared about making sure I got what I wanted). I enjoyed the experienced of working with their agent Shard and builder Chase Pence. I had a terrible experience with a previous builder DR Horton. I normally would not mention names but clients need to know that Pulte can give them a better homes.

Overall a good (B) experience and friendly people. Disappointed in the workmanship though. Some of the things seem like they were done by an immature and not a professional. Pulte need to re-evaluate their contractors (HVAC, Electrical, Drywall and landscaping to be exact)

We love the house. Everything seems almost perfect. From location as school, shopping, restaurant to sercurity. 1 month from the day I move-in, there are some minor things happen like hot water, squeaking door, foggy window, air thermostate.

Great shopping experience, it was not difficult to find a home design that really worked for us. Of course I would have picked every upgrade available, if we didn’t have a budget! Construction process was smooth - even though we are new to the experience (and have heard horror stories about other builders). All is great, and we made this house our home. Excellent experience.

Most of the sod in my yard is dead, will not germinate, tree falling down, no shrubbery planted in a hill in the back yard, escaping company caused a mud slide over my entire backyard, threw more sod, left wood chips all over the yard and no one is responding to my concerns. The biggest problem is Pulte had air conditioning unit out right outside my master bedroom window, I am miserable, can’t sleep because of the noise. Need help!!!

Neighbors are great! I am sad to say I am still waiting to be able to use my shower in the master bath. My builder was sent to another area in the process of finishing the issues with my home. He tried but couldn't get contractors out to finish the jobs. You for sure need to keep an eye on the work that's done inside. Like painting inside and out, floors and the doors. Don't take anyone's word it will be taken care of. Don't sign off on anything until it's done!

This was by far my worst home buying experience. I will never purchase another Pulte home, the workmanship was extremely bad for the price paid. The builders, contractors and warranty department were extremely untrustworthy and not willing to make their errors right without me putting up a fight.
