I have had seven homes built since 1976. During the past 9 months, I had constant communication with the realtor and the contractor Jake. I was called every week to get an update on the progress of the house. I was given clear communication regarding the closing, the closing costs and the two walked throughs that occurred prior to the closing to evaluate work needing to be done. I have especially been pleased with the warranty program. Once the house was completed, I just submitted an email with photos and Josh is at my house making sure things get taken care of. I am impressed with the team's committment to my happiness and needs as the home buyer. They have been very gracious to answer all of my questions and calls/texts and even came by after the closing to fix a few details that I missed in the final walk through.

PulteGroup, Inc. offered significant value for money in comparison to the other communities that my wife and I toured. We never found another community in our area that provided the same offerings within a comparable price range; it was always significantly higher. We really valued PulteGroup, Inc.’s bright and spacious floor plans that provided 3-car garages and 10’ ceilings as standard features in our selected community as well as a wide range of structural and design options. Even before COVID-19 placed a new demand on home designs to support work from home or virtual learning, PulteGroup, Inc.’s plans had already accommodated these functions. We had previously built with PulteGroup, Inc. in the past and were very happy with our home. When we needed to relocate to another part of the city, our immediate reaction was to look for another PulteGroup, Inc. community. We were very pleased that within a 4 -year period we could tell that PulteGroup, Inc. had continued to innovate and develop their product and processes, and we built a home that was more energy efficient, boasted a wider range of design options and incorporated more advanced technology. During our build process we observed that the lots in our community continued to sell very quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of buying my first home through Pulte Mortgage. They made everything easy and simple from the start. I was gently guided through the entire process, from the day I viewed a model to the day I closed. I cannot express how thankful I am for the patience and diligence of the team. Also, before I forget, MY HOME IS AMAZING!! I’ve been here 45 days now and I couldn’t be happier. No regrets!! I always want to buy from Pulte.

Everyone at Pulte was great! From our initial meeting to closing they kept us updated weekly once the build began. They truly build a great home and stand behind it!

Buying my Pulte home was a great experience from start to finish. This was my first Pulte home, and I truly felt supported by a team that values professionalism and integrity. Marki, my sales agent, was a gem — friendly, knowledgeable, and set a great tone for the process. The design studio experience was also helpful, and I appreciated that Pulte still offers this option when many builders no longer do. The only challenge was visualizing how paint colors and finishes would look on my chosen elevation. As someone in design and tech, I’d love to see Pulte use digital tools or simulations to help buyers see how their selections will come together. Jeffrey, my field manager, was excellent throughout construction and even after closing. He was responsive, informative, and made sure any post-closing items were taken care of. We only met the builder twice for the walk-thrus. Everything was explained well.

From our sales agent, two construction managers and the warranty department, we've only had good experiences. Wish we had more options; i.e., choice of appliances, option for screened in porch, flooring. This is our third downsizing and the one that worked the best. Overall we love the house and are happy with this community and location. I would highly recommend Pulte.

Good experience with the building process. After move in there were a few issues, but they are being taken care of.

Chris was great with communication throughout the process and made himself available to assist post closing with any small items that came up.
