My experience from the initial call throughout the entire process was seemless. I had my own realtor who was amazing in bridging any gaps in knowledge. Jessica, Wendy, Dale were my main point of contacts and they were all amazing and very responsive. Even after closing Dale still assisted with my inquires (going above abs beyond). I definitely am happy with my home and the work everyone put in.

Ron was GREAT - very down to earth, honest, kept us informed. We were in good hands throughout the whole process.

Was a great experience purchasing a home from Pulte. From selection to watching the home come together was great. Communication from the builder was reassuring and the build quality was excellent! I love my Pulte home

Van was knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and friendly.

The home is great, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. 2nd floor landing is a good size and the open floor concept and high ceilings makes the home feel spacious.

I moved into my home in July 2023. I love the house. Only issue is that alot of things were not completed prior to closing that was written in the inspection notes. Having these issues fixed after closing as been a nightmare.

Overall, I am happy with the quality of the house. However, the customer service of the builder is very very low. They will promise you the world to get you to buy the house and to have you to write a good review, but will drop contact and won't address anything they should have fixed once it is done.

We wanted a fast track closing - Pulte Homes delivered that - the home we purchased was already built - there were no items to choose from or discuss with the sales agent or builder - we think that because we were not involved from the beginning, some of the items we have discovered leading up to and immediately POST closing are items that would have been addressed early on in the process - now we are just handling through the warranty/customer care process instead of the build process - some of the items are frustrating (like loose outlets/missing screws/stuck doors) - others are simply an annoyance (inability to register HVAC unit) - overall, the people with all the different divisions of Pulte have been willing to assist and make things work - "do the right thing" is a core value and our experience is that they do live out that value ... Everything went well overall. Their customer service reps area good to deal with.

Build manager Matt was awesome, really made our experience great. We’ve built before and he is by far the best we’ve encountered. House is solid.

Ron was incredible, attentive and made the experience perfect. We had no questions about the building process, kept informed all the way. Everything on the lunch list done timely. Would buy again!

It feels like the house was rushed to be built and the quality of the work is not on par with the price paid for the house

HVAC is always having problems. I’ve lived here for a month and it’s been fixed twice.

Love my house and although a good journey, there bumps, unsettling surprises, delays, headaches and things that could have gone and could have been done better.

The manager on the construction site ,"Bloue" solves customer problems at early stages. Is very cooperative in sharing information with other partner. He consistently exceeds performance expectations. He displays a strong personal commitment to successfully completing all projects.

The real estate agent along with the materials given to me summarizing approximate closing dates were deceptive and incorrect. Also, I had done my final inspection ahead of time and someone had come in and kicked a whole in the bathroom wall under sink.

Have everything in writing that is promised before signing any agreement. Once you sign everybody acts like they have amnesia. The overall home is good for there price point I feel like they can put more into workmanship we had a lot of sheet rock imperfections half million dollar home you would think you would get a level 5 finish not the case. They sprayed cheap flat paint throughout the whole house ceiling and walls and they don’t paint the garage. Our kids bedrooms are hot because they are over the garage thermostat can be on 73 and rooms are 81 again half million dollar home you would think they would put returns in every room especially rooms over the garage which is non insulated. Happy to say they are coming back to fix the issue but felt it was a bit much the lengths I had to go through to prove what was going on. Overall we are happy with the home but the sales process should definitely have an over hall and ethics training and people held accountable and attention to detail on workmanship. ... More

Pulte is a normal builder with average build quality.

Overall we had a good experience with Pulte Homes. The sales process was average but the build process was great. Our Construction Manager Phil did a great job providing us updates weekly and answered all of our questions quickly. That said, the responsiveness after we closed and moved in to issues we didn't during final walkthrough has been slow and at times, frustrating. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this team from Everton Creekside in Peachtree City to friends and family.

Once I bought the home and moved in we feel like we live a nice Resort Community!!… great pool house and well kept so far

I must start off by staying my home had over a year worth of delays which significantly changed how much this home will cost me over the life of the loan due to interest rate changes during that time. The required deposit was $60k which made it very hard to back out of the deal. The contracted painters were the worst. My 7 and 10 year old nephews could have done a better job. The painters caused a lot of my repairs needed. I had the wrong colors on the walls, work was so sloppy it required 5 revisions of painting the main walls over. Black stain on my white oak hardwood which cause new floors to be ordered. I still have banisters that need black stain and poly. I have owned my house now a month. I still have paint spray over on my navy cabinets that are needing to be cleaned. I had cabinets replaced due to paint on them. Oh the worst is when the white brick on the front of my home had brown paint splashed on the front as if someone chucked brown paint out the top windows. Took 4 weeks after closing to get bricks replaced. Construction managers Van and later CJ are great communicators and tried their best to do the right thing and keep my meltdowns to a minimum. CJ went above and beyond trying to ensure Pulte reputation stayed in tact. I do not have fiber unground yet, no ability to get any internet so I cannot move in yet due to me working from home. So I am paying for a place I cannot live in yet. My 4floor AC stop working before closing and no one told me. Ben the Warrenty manager talked me off the ledge and really came to the rescue on that. I think a series of an awful lot of small issues that took weeks of followup, crying, meltdowns and time out of my life has me second guessing whatever I might find in the future.
