This my third new home. I was told this is a great builder with quality homes. DON’T YOU BELIEVE THEM. I tried to get my $15,000 dollars back and move on, but no, they told me even though we said we will have your house ready but did not, we normally don’t do this but pick another house. Out of all the homes I have bought from different builders, this one gets a ZERO. The sales person, sucks, the builder, the worst and the house , equally bad. The wood floor is chipping, the microwave you have to keep slamming the door to get it to start. When you flush the toilet beware you will see it again. The window frame on the side of the house is cracked and the installation inside the window is showing. Hmmm, this is what you get for one half a million dollars. Oh wait, did I mention the builder refused to come and pickup all the paint they stored in the garage for all the other lots, I had to load it in my truck and drop it off at their trailer. You must be laughing by now, while I am crying. If I could roll back the hands of time, I would have rolled past this builder. I am still waiting for service. Our CM, David, was amazing. He always contacted us or got back to us, addressed every small or big concern we had in every step of the build. He would not let us close unless we were happy with the results. A couple fibs on the sales team side, but wasnt a deal breaker.

Do not trust on them and get all issues fixed before closing.

Issue with landscaping, issue with the paint job, not properly inspected by the property construction manager. not even a month after closing so many issues. not sure how many issues are going to arise in the next year.

Good quality home with professional work

Both David’s were very helpful and rock stars. Rachel was not truthful and shared a lot of bad information making this process very difficult. The quality of the house if not worth the price. The yards could be more presentable at the time of sale. The floors are already squeaking and we have only been in the house a few months. There are a lot of craftsmanship items that Pulte still needs to fix.

The 20K credit provided was a real game changer. It helped to take care of the closing cost.

Corner cutting is way too much esp at things like paint, insulation fills, windows, floor material, quality of cabinets etc. I upgraded a lot of these but still the quality was not good.

We had very few issues and those we did have were minor and quickly addressed. I think that our good experience is directly due to our construction manager. Good communicator, nice personality and pretty responsive considering how many houses he is responsible for

We recently bought a home in north cove by Pulte, it was a nice experience since booking, they are on schedule till pre-walk, but could have been better. Our first construction manager used to send videos of the weekly progress so that was very nice, but it didn’t happen after construction manager changed. We were invited for a pre-walk very early (before actually 99% complete), when we started with private inspection it was 70% completed and when we came it was 85% complete, so we had to postpone closing couple of times due to pending items.

As a new homeowner, the experience was very seamless. The person assigned as our builder was very informative and kept us in the loop

I was thoroughly impressed with the collaboration and enjoyed working with the Property Manager and the Builder. They made sure that I was part of the building process from start to finish and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the final project.

Overall, I had a great experience with Pulte Homes. The process was very smooth. William and Tina provided great customer service!

My experience with Pulte Homes was amazing. Blaire was very helpful and responsive on the sales side, and Joe was efficient and thorough in building my townhouse. I love the finished product, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and transparent home buying process.

They distract you from the big issues before closing. Then once you close everything has to go through warranty. Don’t close without a professional at your side

Terrible experience with Pulte. This is my fourth new build and I understand there will be problems with the home after it's finished. The workmanship is sloppy, lack of accountability is unacceptable, and communication should have been much better. My small home of less than 1,800 sq. ft. and priced over 500K, and it looks more like a $250K home. Closets and pantry wire shelves are narrow, they could have installed the much deeper size or wood shelves. Vent hood was installed crooked and only attached to wall with one nail, not four like it should have been. When garage door opens it sounds like a tank is driving through the door...extremely loud.! The worst experience was at the Design Center. Design Consultant told me many things that were incorrect. She lacked any attention to my needs and my questions. I was not allowed to return to Design Center when I changed my mind on a few things and they (she) would only forward me pictures via email and/or text to choose my tile from. Build took nearly one year longer than projected completion date and the overall product is disappointing. Nice from far away, but close up is unfortunately not the case.

It took way too long to build the home. There are clear issues in trim work. Price was ridiculously expensive

I am glad finally I got my new home, however it took much longer than it was promised. Quality is good but few things still to be fixed. Customer Care group is fixing certain things in the house which I have noticed after I moved in. One of the item still giving a lot of trouble, this item is conduit used for providing Internet Service for my house is damaged/clogged and I still do not Internet my after one month of my moving. Pulte Customer Care unable to fix this issue and I am dealing with Internet provider, AT&T to do whatever possible to provide Internet in my house. I do not know when it will be done. Roof was leaking, ever since the home was built and house had mold on the walls and under the floor right after closing. Was told by roofer that this was a common issue due to framing. Pulte is still building this elevation, so buyer beware. False promises and sweet talking before signing of contract. Lot premium is a rip off, and appraisal is only for the base price. Base price includes nothing of value. I would NOT recommend this builder, nor would I be buying a Pulte home again.

Very Good and GREAT EXPERIENCE with Pulte

If you have anything that you would like to incorporate into your new home that is not outlined in this builder's blueprint, then you will not get it. This builder is extremely restrictive and most likely will not allow you to make even simple changes. Therefore, you will live in their house and not yours.

Supposed to close in October, closed in February. Home looks great, I do have a rain gutter dumping out into the front of my walkway, so people walk through a big puddle. Workers were kind and considerate of my job and how limited knowledge.

Overall it was good experience to buy a house from Pulte Homes. Definitely lot of things can be done to improve buyer experience while buying a new house.

I did a thing! I bought a home without physically setting eyes on it. My wife saw many homes in Illinois where we lived but there was something different when we entered a Pulte home there. It was well designed with great space. We fell in love but the price was far over our budget. Last December we visited Georgia to see a totally different house which my wife didn’t like, we checked others but no luck. We returned to Illinois and I continued my search and noticed the Pulte Furman and Continental builds. We liked them and then I contacted my realtor to help us check them out. She became our eyes and ears till we closed. On seeing the house for the first time 5 days ago, we were not disappointed. Just a few minor oversights that we expect to be fixed I.e not keeping an air filter in the furnace and a malfunctioning forest in one of the toilets. Overall, we love it here ... More
