I wish there was someone who did follow up calls.

Overall, my experience has been a positive one. I have had some minor issues since moving in that were addressed very quickly. However, I texted the construction manager 2 weeks ago with a question and have not heard from him as of yet. Not sure if he is on vacation or what. The workmanship is overall very good, however, I would have liked a better quality paint on the walls. It seems like I get a smudge on the wall just by looking at it.

Great Community and Good Quality from the Builder

We love our Pulte Home. It’s in area accessible to all kinds of shops and the interstate. For the home itself, it doesn’t look as big and spacious when you’re standing outside in front of it. But when you come enter, you instantly become wowed by the high ceilings and spacious rooms. Of course, with more room, there’s some give and take. I sometimes hate they build these mass production homes where they compromise garage space. The garages are barely big enough for 1 compact vehicle and 1 mid-size SUV to fit in. Other than that, I really like the fact Pulte has different communities with different designs and options you can choose from. The subdivision I’m in has 3-5 different designs with the Mitchell being the most popular. I wish they had model homes of the other designs when we were looking at this community. The yard space is perfect and spacious. The design center staff was helpful. Our builder, Tina, and her crew were awesome. She provided updates on a regular basis about if there were going to be any delays or if something had to be reordered. Closing was a breeze and our agent, Jimmy, was pretty good as well. If you’re one who is looking at Pulte Homes and desire a new home to be built, that is the best way to go because you can design your house with the many options and add-ons they have. Of course it will be pricey the more things you add but it will be well worth it in the end. The agents on site are friendly and helpful as well! I had a great experience with the purchasing team, however, I was surprised that the appraisal wasn’t available until 2hrs before close. The appraisal was less than asking price. We received an 30k off based on the pre-appraisal asking price which was misleading since the house appraised at the same price as the 30k off, so we really didn’t get an incentive other than 10knat closing.

David, our project manager was very good. He explained everything very well and kept us informed along the way. Made sure home was built correctly.

I appreciated the reliability of the builder and crew effectively managing the build timeline. That along with weekly updates was helpful in knowing what to expect. My questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Now that I'm settled in, I can more fully appreciate the building process and all the coordination it took to build a new home--and now enjoy the end product.

Everything went well overall. Their customer service reps area good to deal with.

I love the construction and process is very smooth

Our CM, David, was amazing. He always contacted us or got back to us, addressed every small or big concern we had in every step of the build. He would not let us close unless we were happy with the results. A couple fibs on the sales team side, but wasnt a deal breaker.

The 20K credit provided was a real game changer. It helped to take care of the closing cost.

I am glad finally I got my new home, however it took much longer than it was promised. Quality is good but few things still to be fixed. Customer Care group is fixing certain things in the house which I have noticed after I moved in. One of the item still giving a lot of trouble, this item is conduit used for providing Internet Service for my house is damaged/clogged and I still do not Internet my after one month of my moving. Pulte Customer Care unable to fix this issue and I am dealing with Internet provider, AT&T to do whatever possible to provide Internet in my house. I do not know when it will be done. Supposed to close in October, closed in February. Home looks great, I do have a rain gutter dumping out into the front of my walkway, so people walk through a big puddle. Workers were kind and considerate of my job and how limited knowledge.

I am not sure if the correct title is site manager, but he seems to be the one everyone asks questions of at the site. That one person cannot be everywhere and counts on those who work at the site to do their best. Some of the people who work on the homes are very sloppy, I.e., touch up paint dropped on the floor, cleaning was marginal and legal firm's notification of closing delay done on day of closing was disappointing. Do we like the house - yes. Are we glad we bought - yes.

1st, for the area, super great value for what you paid for. Other builders charging more for less. 2nd, craftsmanship and vendors could be better but the employee market is bad. 3rd, layout of townhome, very nice. Overall, love the house.

Our overall experience, while challenging at times was very good. Towards the end of the process, we had a few hiccups, but we trusted and continue to trust Harrison to make good on the fninshed product

Closing lawyers are a joke!!

Pulte construction and craftsmanship was good. Smooth move-in experience. But they could be better in choosing appliances. Dint get the same feel of trust with their appliances.

They really listen to what you want and try to help you build a custom house. Although it took longer than expected from the current state of our pandemic and sometime not finding dependable trade workers, overall it was a house well built and we love our new home.

Pulte did a great job of the home layout. The exteriors are different but uniformed. I had the ability to customize furnishings in my home so each home can look different from the interior
