It is a good built home. The only issues is lack of detail from the contractors. They are moving so fast they don't have the fine fit and finish. Tiles can be raised in shower, door frame trim is not gapped right. Plumber put pipe across walk around from water heater. Little things. But overall good built house. Pulte guys great to deal with.

We had a good experience with the construction manager, Joe, and are overall very happy with our home. There were certain details that were missed (e.g. lots of wood shavings and sharp nails sticking out inside kitchen cabinets, drywall wasn't repaired in the garage as promised) and hearing back from the warranty team has been a challenge. They have many projects they're trying to catch up with but we wish they'd prioritize a bit differently.

Let me start by saying on Pulte Group’s Built to Honor website they brag about how much they take care of veterans and yet I have 30 years of honorable service. My Sales Agent never explained the contract. Never told me once the frame is on the house I get no options. This house was supposed to be my retirement home after 30 years of military service and 4 deployments. Poor quality and workmanship, but great people

The quality of workmanship inside the home is extremely poor. The baseboards and door frames have dents and lines throughout. The paint is splattered and chunky throughout. However, the project manager and support team are great. They are quick to handle issues. We are currently prioritizing what we want to deal with in terms of resolving the cosmetic issues, and what we are willing to live with.

1st, for the area, super great value for what you paid for. Other builders charging more for less. 2nd, craftsmanship and vendors could be better but the employee market is bad. 3rd, layout of townhome, very nice. Overall, love the house.

Have many problems in the home since day 1 of moving in, New Dishwasher drain not setup- water clogged, master bedroom door not closing, most of the second floor squeaks all the time (it feels like a used home not a new home), carpets loose, stairs squeaking, poor quality microwave, closet door not closing,

Very backwards process. Pulte wants you to make a lot of decisions without giving thorough explanations or information. Make sure to get an independent home inspection. Neighborhood is nice though.

Love the home layout and design. Construction took forever while the builder was inconsistent and unresponsive at times. Even after moving in...he was given a list of issues needing resolve and he never followed through. The sales office was excellent. Quality of build and issues seen since moving in have been very disappointing.

1) Overall communication was bad to get status updates from the builder representative frequently and ended up into escalations. 2) Closing was delayed multiple times despite of multiple follow ups. 3) Quality of the work seemed to be okay before closing but after 2-3 months discovered bunch of issues which were not addressed despite of multiple follow ups over email/phone/text with Customer Care Manager III, CFT, Area Lead :: Georgia Division. Some of the issues were related to gutter, front door air leaks and Pulte doesn't care despite of sleepless nights.

Giant homebuilders like Pulte are only motivated by increasing shareholder value. Even when they do not have the bandwidth to sustain the rate of construction while also maintaining a minimum level of quality in their builds, they continue anyway. From contract to closing, it took 10 months. We've been in the house 3 months and are still waiting on warranty items to be addressed. There is a staggering lack of attention to detail with regard to quality workmanship you would expect from a half a million dollar home. Our Sales Agent and the Warranty Person we deal with have truly been the saving grace for this transaction. I am disappointed with the quality of work the construction manager approved and then passed off. We have walls that are completely bowed, corners that are at 75° vs 90. Door ways that don’t line up, we had a major leak from the electrical people drilling a hole in the pipes, and after our inspection pointed it out, they said it was resolved, only to find it was never looked into. We like the most about Pulte NorthCove the big lot sizes, building exteriors, structural options, but the quality of the building need to be standardized, base / inbuilt structure for a same option varies across homes, either missed or looks different than standard options, requires lot of follow in the process of building. Sometimes we feel we are getting low quality finishing for amount we have paid.

One has to really plan well in buying home with Pulte. As soon as you make buying decision, they give no time in deciding about the upgrades. They dont have any 3d tools to show the upgrades. In one two hours everything needs to be decided with no chance to revisit the options. They are inflexible and their contract is one sided. For example as a buyer we cannot move the closing date but they can move the closing dates. Beware: they will try to close the house much before it is actually finished. While I am happy the construction managers got me in my house prior to my rate lock expiration, extremely disappointed with the quality of work by the 3rd party vendors Pulte Construction uses. Given brand and price point of home, Pulte either needs to hire more construction workers under warranty the Pulte Construction brand (permanent employees) or leverage better contractors. Attention to detail was below my expectations. The only instance where I would recommend Pulte is if you are in the early stages of a up and coming area.

Austin and Traci were awesome representatives of the Pulte company. Explanations were offered and they returned my phone calls and texts instantly. I wasn’t allowed to make my own selections for floors, tiles, cabinets etc. Kind of took the fun out of buying new. The windows are poor quality and some don’t latch/lock. They did not paint the interior of my garage and it looks really ugly when the garage is open. They need to start installing frameless showers and crown molding for homes over 700k price point.

Overall a good experience with the actual building and the various Pulte staff including sales, construction manager (excellent!), and the designer. The building structure is solid; however, there were many cosmetic issues mainly due to the drywall and paint finish. Even after 3 reviews, it only marginally improved. Also, I've been waiting over a month on a couple smaller warranty issues.
