Spoke several times with the construction manager, Preston to fix a few minor issues. He was very helpful and occasionally stops by to see how things are going as he works on nearby homes. The home is wonderful and we are very pleased with the level of construction and the location in Waterways in Richmond Hill, GA

Overall experience was good, but felt very rushed. The process of choosing the exact house plan before knowing what additional expense the design choices would be was not optimal. After seeing what the total cost would be, we wanted to change our plan to add the loft and bedroom, but was told that would not be possible, all though the lot had not even been cleared. I was disappointed with the limited choices at the design center. I was very impressed with the model homes, only to find out most of the materials were not even available to be installed in my home. Also, some things like closet door configurations and shower door configurations were changed from what was represented on the house plans. Our construction manager did a very good job. Home buying and building was very professional and outstanding from start to finish.

In the beginning, I found that I spoke with or received calls from the mortgage side from too many people. Eventually I received one individual that would email and call me about things which made it easier. My construction manager, Steve, was excellent and very thorough. Always responded to my text, sent me pictures of all the progress and helped with scheduling walk through times making it easier for me since I was out of state. My experience and love of Waterways and my new home, convinced my sister and her husband to move here as well. Love it here!

From start to finish I was very satisfied with the timing and professional attitude of all who were involved from the ground breaking to the finished product. All workers , management and customer service get high marks for a job well done

We have had a smooth experience purchasing our home from Pulte in Waterways. Courtney was very helpful and informative about all things Pulte during the home buying process. Steve, the builder has responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. They are both pleasant and friendly. We give them both a 10/10.

Pulte built our new home at Waterways in Richmond Hill, Ga. Our Construction Manager, Jerry Little, was excellent. We were 800 miles away while the home was being built but thanks to frequent phone calls, texts and photos it felt like we were watching the house be built. Jerry explained all of the quality features and processes Pulte uses to build their homes. All of our inspections went very well. We always felt that Jerry sweated every detail and we always felt he was building our home with the care and attention he would use if he was building it for himself. I would recommend any Pulte project that our assigned Manager is on.

From initial discussions with sell persons until closing all went relatively smoothly. We were kept informed as house was being build and we received plenty of pictures. We have not moved in as yet so I can not say much more.

Had a great experience working with the team at Pulte Homes. Our construction manager, Jerry, was the BEST! We lived over 1,000 miles from our building site so were not able to check on things as frequently as we would have liked, but Jerry was very conscientious and made sure that everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Jose, Jerry's assistant, has been wonderful to work with also - quick to respond to questions and needs, always has a smile and trustworthy. The reason for only 4 stars in Trustworthiness was due to our original sales agent who is no longer with the company. I really enjoyed working with Kristina and Zach. The price is a bit higher but that comes with the quality. Only real issue I had was with the lack of driveway space, even with the driveway upgrade, it is not much room due to how close the houses are built next to each other.

We love our new home. Any issues that came up, our customer care manager, Steve W. was wonderul to work with.

The entire Pulte team is organized and responsive.

The process was was seamless from viewing the property to closing. Zac was great with keeping me informed on the progress of my home. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

Excellent experience overall. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, and a small handful of issues popped up along the way, as anyone would expect. However, what set Pulte apart from others is their responsiveness to issues and determination to right any issues and address all concerns we had, at every stage of the process. No better example of this than our excellent construction manager Brandon. We’re very satisfied with our home and would certainly make the same purchase decision again!

Our construction manager (Jose) and sales consultant (Krista) were always on top of any issues or questions that we had during the process. Always providing updates on schedules and ensuring we were well informed. Great people to work with.

We moved from the Shenandoah mountains to Richmond Hill, Ga. We miss the mountainous skyline, but we’re really enjoying our animal life congregating in the lagoon view right out the back door. Any issue we’ve had has been immediately addressed by the team that supported us through the whole building process.
