Every step of the way we were surprised on how well thought out the buying, building and closing process was. The quality of the house is amazing and the warranties given were impressing. This was our first house bought and build and it will probably be the last, because the house turned out incredible.

This is the third new construction home that we've built but the first with Pulte. It was, by far, the best experience we've had from sales to post-closing. Every step o the way, the team communicated with us and quickly responded to any questions. We learned things at our walk-through that we never knew about construction and wished we'd had the Pulte homeowner book with our first house. Since humans build houses, they are not perfect. However, the process for getting items addressed is easy, and the work is completed quickly.

We worked with Sales, Design Studio, Mortgage Title, and Construction. All departments worked well together and frequently followed up to see how everything was going.

From the Sales Manager at our development to the Field Manager to the trades used to build our home, we had a very good experience. Any questions were answered promptly. You could sense that the Pulte team wanted to give you a quality home and for you, the consumer, to be happy and satisfied.

Our sales associate Britta was incredible. She was so helpful and knowledgeable of the process that it took a lot of stress out of the purchasing our new home. We were fortunate to have her help us. The other person who helped tremendously was our Assistant Construction Manager Eric. He was always there to answer the questions about the construction schedule keeping us informed on every step of the process. When we had concerns or issues they were addressed quickly. Both my wife and I felt at ease knowing that he would give us a thorough explanation for our questions. Both Britta and Eric have out going personalities to work with. Our house was constructed with the finest workmanship.

We had a time crunch to make selections for the construction crews. The staff were helpful in making sure we could get in, which was a trick from 1,000 miles away. They kept us informed as the build progressed and had a video walkthrough since we were so far away. A couple electrical items were cleared up quickly after closing and we are happy with our selections.

I’m about 95% happy with my new home, and overall, it’s been a great experience! Everyone I interacted with was fantastic—especially the builder and the community, which really exceeded my expectations. The only hiccup I encountered was a lack of flexibility around the closing date. It was a bit stressful and frustrating at first, but thanks to the builder’s help, I was eventually able to get it moved. That alone speaks volumes about the kind of support you get with Pulte. Pulte has proven to be a great builder, and aside from the closing process (which I consider a minor bump), everything else was smooth. I had a great experience with the team at Winding Creek. They were very responsive, patient and provided answers to all the questions.

We had a great experience from the sales team, through the construction team. Peter was very helpful and we found him always available to answer questions and helpful in our decision making. Bryan was also great to work with as he was incredibly helpful, informative, and responsive.

Happy with the overall experience from initial showing to closing. Pulte understood my out of state situation and allowed me to close in my home state of NV. Communication has always been positive up to and including today. I would highly recommend Homes to anyone looking for a quality project.

After living the the same house for 56 years, this was my first experience buying a new house. Amy and Dylan made the experience easy and they were responsive to all questions no matter how inane as was everyone working for Pulte. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

The overall process went well no real issues or concerns items that need attention are being handled

We happened to stop by just as a deal fell through. We were able to get a finished home. We weren't able to pick anything about the house, but it fit most of our criteria. Brandon was very honest and never pressured us. Jesse was exceptionally helpful. He taught us how EVERYTHING in our house worked. We just wished we would have had some input as to when our lawn was put in--instead of rushing to get it in before the watering ban for the summer hit.

We recently purchased and closed in on our home at Sawgrass. The entire process from identifying the lot, applying, bidding, signing purchase agreement to design options and changes during the process was straightforward and helpful sales staff made it easy. Lori as our sales consultant was great throughout. The time from signing purchase agreement to closing, did go very smoothly and they were able to meet the timeline promised. Closing process transition was also straightforward and overall no issues. Issues identified at the pre closing walkthrough and other inspections prior to the pre closing were addressed appropriately. ... More
