Everyone was very responsive and the quality was great as well. The only issue is the house was not designed with the owner in mind. There are a lot of inconveniently located items that Pulte was unwilling to change prior to construction. These items severely limit space.

From the sale through the material selection process and through construction, everyone we dealt with at Pulte was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. No construction process is perfect, but the minor items (not issues) that came up were handled quickly and professionally. I am in the construction business and I am thoroughly impressed with the Pulte Team and the quality of our new home

Over all great experience other than few mis communication regarding contract and what was included in contract, like simple things, only one garage door opener instead of two. Building a half million house and then leaving one garage as manual without telling or informing or giving it as an option. Over all still I would say 5/5 in almost every department. More so due to interaction with Nick, he has been great help. He is straightforward and very helpful at same time. Its because of him that over all experience for me has been the best.

From start to finish, our experience building with Pulte Homes has exceeded our expectations. Karen, our sales consultant, is a dream to work with! Sweet, attentive and so responsive. We stalked our home regularly, and really got to know the crew. They worked so hard, and took great pride in building our home. Our site managers, Brandon & Anthony, kept us looped in - and excited - each step of the way. We love the flow of our Riverton model, especially the ability to convert the large dining room to a roomy 1st Floor bedroom in the future - without losing garage space or the office! We love that the Owner’s Suite is tucked away from the loft & other bedrooms. My advice to those who haven’t built new construction before: ask for a complete list of options & upgrades before you lock in your structural choices! There are items you might not have considered: insulated garage & garage doors, upgraded garage door styles, oversized/taller exterior entry door. Many are structural and need to be selected early on, before flooring & counter tops. Visit models!!! Get ideas of cabinet colors & styles, and different floor plans. After living the the same house for 56 years, this was my first experience buying a new house. Amy and Dylan made the experience easy and they were responsive to all questions no matter how inane as was everyone working for Pulte. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

I was pleased that Pulte could accommodate the closing a few days earlier. They went through the whole process a few times with us, and were very accurate

We happened to stop by just as a deal fell through. We were able to get a finished home. We weren't able to pick anything about the house, but it fit most of our criteria. Brandon was very honest and never pressured us. Jesse was exceptionally helpful. He taught us how EVERYTHING in our house worked. We just wished we would have had some input as to when our lawn was put in--instead of rushing to get it in before the watering ban for the summer hit.

We had been looking near Northbrook Il but were disapointed with quality and quantity available. With Pulte Homes we found just what we were looking for and at a great price! Dylan and his crew did a great job and I have never seen so many smiling happy workers. A sure sign they are being treated well.

Kildeer Crossing is an awesome community in greater Chicago area. Proximity to great stores is making is one of the prime locations. I am highly impressed with Construction Manager Mr Garrison .. who takes pride in his work and navigate us with all the process in timely and humble manner. I would highly recommend Kildeer Crossings for new construction in Chicagoland.

The building experience was simple with all steps outlined. There was someone there to guide us throughout the year long process. Closing was very hectic and the dates were not very flexible, but it was overall a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality and appearance of the home.

A few areas look/feel rushed. Felt like work was squeezed in to make closing.

Overall quality was good. Seemed to be in a hurry to get the closing done by the end of the month. Some sloppy work especially the painting and cleaning before occupancy.

We bought a model home. Exceptional follow up to complete all of the small details - touch up paint, replacing light bulbs, hanging mirrors, etc. great response for one minor issue post closing. Thank you.
