Process was smooth from first visit to closure, despite the pandemic. The build is of good quality as expected. Pulte team was very knowledgable and friendly.

Just moved in 3 weeks ago, some issues came up but were addressed promptly. House looks more beautiful than envisioned.

Very pleased with our new home and Joe and Trevor and the team. It was a great experience!

The process was so easy we were preparing for something to go wrong or get delayed. But we were pleasantly surprised when we closed earlier than expected. Highly recommend the Pulte Finance team too, they were awesome to work with and made it easy to understand our options.

All questions were answered and addressed especially the final walk-through of the home. Loved the experience. Thank you!

People say don't buy a new home in todays' market. Buy old if anything and renovate...new homes today are more expensive than ever before, and they are not built with the same quality, materials, workmanship, and integrity that they were years ago. I am here to say, while all of that holds a fractional amount of truth, Pulte really did their best in trying to uphold those values. We are happy with our final product - our new home. Today they incorporate more energy efficient and "green" aspects into building and for that we are thankful. I think certain aspects in new homes today are built even better then yesteryear. The main thing I want to say here is that many people worked their tails off in building our new home and above anything we appreciate those people. From start to the end, we had a very good experience. Pulte home’s design team, architect team especially Eric- good guys to work with, very well focused. Pulte mortgage Ed and Laurie both are very helpful and good people, they know what they are doing. Ed is very kinda in all the manner. Pulte sales- I had a bit of issue with them, I believe one of the girl is not in the right job, she should be in collection business not in home sales.

We love our house. It would be nice if you uses eggshell paint though.

It was very good experience throughout the home buying process. As a first time homebuyer, I was little nervous about it, but it was very smooth process

The people we dealt with through the whole process were very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions.

Overall it was nice experience getting a new home, but I was expecting a better quality in terms of workmanship specially the issues of HVAC and vent could have been taken care by Pulte quality inspector itself. Good part is they addressed all issues and concerns before the closing
