We happened to stop by just as a deal fell through. We were able to get a finished home. We weren't able to pick anything about the house, but it fit most of our criteria. Brandon was very honest and never pressured us. Jesse was exceptionally helpful. He taught us how EVERYTHING in our house worked. We just wished we would have had some input as to when our lawn was put in--instead of rushing to get it in before the watering ban for the summer hit.

Buying a house from Pulte was an easy and hassle-free journey. When the house was being built, we were given information about every single thing and our opinions were taken through meetings. It was a very good experience! Thanks Pulte team.

I am still struggling to get done my home fixed after 40 days of closing.. never get positive response for all issues..

We recently purchased and closed in on our home at Sawgrass. The entire process from identifying the lot, applying, bidding, signing purchase agreement to design options and changes during the process was straightforward and helpful sales staff made it easy. Lori as our sales consultant was great throughout. The time from signing purchase agreement to closing, did go very smoothly and they were able to meet the timeline promised. Closing process transition was also straightforward and overall no issues. Overall great experience , hence we are repeat buyers. This time closing was a bit of hassle due to system/ people lapses but rectified. Seasonal items took lot of time and with no/ less intimation of timelines. Some basic things like sod for lawn in backyard, latest appliances is a must for the price paid for the home- which was a disappointment. We had this is our previous home which was 25% lower in price

Very smooth throughout the process! I was a quick move - in and Pulte homes did well to help me through the mortgage process and closing.

People say don't buy a new home in todays' market. Buy old if anything and renovate...new homes today are more expensive than ever before, and they are not built with the same quality, materials, workmanship, and integrity that they were years ago. I am here to say, while all of that holds a fractional amount of truth, Pulte really did their best in trying to uphold those values. We are happy with our final product - our new home. Today they incorporate more energy efficient and "green" aspects into building and for that we are thankful. I think certain aspects in new homes today are built even better then yesteryear. The main thing I want to say here is that many people worked their tails off in building our new home and above anything we appreciate those people. The buying experience with Pulte on a new home was much better than I expected. Compared with buying an existing home on resale it was much more pleasant.

It was overall OK experience in purchasing new home. Handing over home before exterior completion especially driveway and sidewalk is unexpected. But, I love the quality of work inside and their handover process. Quality of things used for smart home is questionable as some of them didn't work and not sure how it passed quality check

One coat of paint on all of the walls is hardly even the minimum and several spots were completely missed, leaving bare drywall. One supply duct per room and the zoned system not being fully realized is unfortunate to see as I am a DDC specialist. There was no pull string for the ISP to pull their wire to the Low Voltage panel in the basement through the chase pipe even though the plan states that there would be. The speaker wires were done incorrectly along with other cost cutting measures by Procom. Rushing to close even though the outdoor work wasn't done yet was a red flag indicating that Pulte cared more about finances than the homeowner's ease of moving in (the FAQ provided stated that in most cases the driveway should be done upon closing). The gas and 120V outlet in the garage were installed IN THE CEILING 10 feet away from where we discussed installing them IN THE WALL with Anthony, the original construction manager. We love the home so far!

We had been looking near Northbrook Il but were disapointed with quality and quantity available. With Pulte Homes we found just what we were looking for and at a great price! Dylan and his crew did a great job and I have never seen so many smiling happy workers. A sure sign they are being treated well.

The Pulte team was wonderful to work with. Brandon guided me from my initial visit to closing. He made himself available to answer all my questions making the home buying experience less stressful. Now that we are in our home, the construction manager, Jesse has been extremely helpful by always being available when we have any concerns.

I recently purchased a new construction home more than two months ago, eagerly anticipating the joy of settling into our dream house. However, our experience thus far has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Despite promises from the property management office, our backyard and front yard remain unlevelled, the pavement unfinished, and landscaping incomplete. This lack of attention to detail has not only marred the aesthetic appeal of our property but has also rendered it practically unusable. While neighboring homes (purchasing their homes after us) have seen progress in their pavement and landscaping, ours has been neglected, leaving us feeling isolated and unable to entertain guests as we had hoped. Repeated attempts to address these issues with the property management office have been met with indifference and inaction, further adding to our frustration. As a homeowner who invested in good faith, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-through from the property management team. It is unacceptable that we continue to face inconvenience and disappointment in our own home. Every single person is a model of friendliness and warmth. That said, several errors on their end led to missing or inaccurate customization builds. Very disappointing to walk into your new home and find that something isn’t what you selected. Also, I was given a lengthy sheet of structural options just 24 hours before final selections were due because the sales agent just forgot to share it with me over the two months I had already been working with her. Seems like these simple issues could be solved with tighter processes for people in these sales roles.

Pulte built a structurally sound home. Buying process was painful. Design Center was a great experience. Quality of workmanship was mixed (example; floor and tile work were great, Paint and finish carpentry not so great). Overall, a builder's grade quality home. Optional design choices offered are very overpriced. Staff is responsive to issue resolution.

We are happy with our Pulte home, but there are issues, as there are with most builders. They were on schedule with all the timelines they gave us from the beginning. We liked our sales person Kristen. Ultimately the finishing touches were the only disappointment upon moving in. Floors are not all level, and the vinyl plank floors are rather squeaky because of this. Even some carpeted areas have high points for no apparent reason. Their “canned lights” look to be done in the cheapest possible way. A smaller hole in the ceiling, with a larger and less attractive light overplaying the smaller opening. Some fit and finish issues with doors and paint as well. The neighborhood and lots are great. Overall everything in the house works, and we’re happy with how things turned out. Would just be happier if those smaller fit and finish items were no there, and their warranty policy only allows them to come out one time in that first year to deal with these things, so we’ll be living with them for a while. ... From first visit to model home sales office, to design studio experience, to new house build, to closing, to move in day, our experience was great! Work was completed on time and lots of help making decisions throughout the process.

Kildeer Crossing is an awesome community in greater Chicago area. Proximity to great stores is making is one of the prime locations. I am highly impressed with Construction Manager Mr Garrison .. who takes pride in his work and navigate us with all the process in timely and humble manner. I would highly recommend Kildeer Crossings for new construction in Chicagoland.
