When we first coming everything great. During the time building the House it a lot issues- problems going on and very stressful to due with ….. After closing some projects they not done correctly. I’m talking with Manager builder but not been done until now! They said will fix that’s! Do that’s ….. after 2 1/2 months since we moved in . It not done!!!!!

I was not clearly communicated with from start to finish. I was told my home would be contingent on selling my prior home but the deadline for selling my home could be extended as needed. I was then threatened 2 months in that if I did not sell within a few weeks my home would be listed for sell. I was not told my home appraised $12,000 under listed price and an appeal was done that still was $7,000 under price and would not honor that valued appraisal. Now living in for one month I learned the community center will be shared with 3 communities, which was never explained.

House design is good, and construction seems sound. However the attention to finish detail is only adequate. Many paint splatters on floors, kitchen cabinets have multiple chips, many exterior defects. While we own the house, we're completely in the dark as to what is being done. Sprinklers have many defects, but we don't know who is responsible. Mulching is incomplete. Construction manager is unresponsive, so asking him seems useless. A specific example is the cabinets. We bought a "quick move in" home. The sales team and mortgage team were amazing to deal with. I think quality of workmanship was just okay and feeling like the new home experience isnt as great as it should have been. We have a list of items that need to be fixed and should have been caught long before the walk through. Some deficiencies were fixed but some are still pending. Now after possession to be told we have to wait to resolve feels disappointing.

Unfortunately, our experience after moving into the home has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We have encountered multiple issues with the house that required attention, and the process to get them addressed has been slow, unorganized, and lacking accountability. Communication significantly dropped off after closing. It has been very difficult to get timely responses or clear updates on the status of our concerns. Everything was delivered on time and as promised. There were no surprise costs at the completion. Our Construction Manager Charlie, went above and beyond keepping us informed and adressed any of our concerns promptly. This made for a smooth stress free build. We are very happy with our new home. Thanks to Jason and Charlie for the guidance they provided during this build.

Jayne was awesome. The mortgage team was okay, sometimes rude. Jason was okay, very helpful up until I told him I finished the review he asked me to fill out positively for him. Then he got less responsive and dismissed what to me was a glaring defect in one of their repairs.

We purchased a model home and we were very excited. There were things that needed to be fixed and we were told this would be taken care of so we went ahead and closed. We closed in September and most of what needed fixed still needs fixed. The communication is very slow or non-existent. We just want the things fixed so we do not have to think about it and can enjoy our new home. I know what one of Pulte's answers will be it has been to cold to paint our garage door but there have been several days this could have been done. Pretty good experience, a lot of things Pulte can work on like transparency during purchase, double checking everything paid for is installed, quality of materials, higher quality contract workers/builders, not trashing home with food drinks while building. They have fixed some complaints. Overall my children and I are happy.

We purchased a model home. The selling agent was very friendly at first until problems were discovered. There was cracked tile in the bathroom that was hidden from us by placement of furniture in the bathroom. We were aware of drywall issue in dining room ceiling needing to be repaired. We were not told at that time that it had been caused by a leak in the ceiling. Maybe we got unlucky with the contractors who build our house. The workmanship did not meet our expectations for the price of the home. The build team was hard to reach and not very responsive, there were several framing issues with the home that you wouldn’t expect from a home in this price range. Landscaping was not maintained before taking ownership and the sod in the front yard is mostly dead, drainage was not considered when landscaping so anytime it rains mulch is misplaced throughout the yard. We were early into our house hunt and we found a Pulte new community that would be close to school and other amenities. The price was higher than expected possibly due to location. The sales rep was honest and helped us chose the upgrades that we needed.
