In our experience, we bought our new home that was a spec home. When we did our first walk through of the home, Anthony showed us every inch of the home and had so much knowledge and answered our questions and concerns. Once we had our Congratulations walk through everything was fixed that we had concerns about and if we had any other questions, he had the answers. He was very approachable and caring. We had complete confidence in him and Pulte. We will certainly purchase another Pulte home. We are looking forward with raising our son in this beautiful place called home. We found a house in the early stages of construction and felt it would meet our needs. From that point on we dealt with the various members of the Pulte team, including the mortgage financing, insurance and closing agent to get a great house. Sales rep and construction manager worked with us and answered all our questions and made the deal happen. We are very pleased.

Great staff and amazing home

I was very pleased with the entire homebuying/building experience. Everyone I worked with, the sales rep, the construction manager, the mortgage officer, etc were pleasant and very responsive to any questions I had. Things were completed when promised and I was always given lots of information. The Pulte secured website made the entire mortgage process so easy. Homebuying can be stressful but this was a pretty stress-free experience!

Probably a less common experience as we purchased a spec home. Home was finished about 10 days before closing. Overall happy with the house/value. We had a few issues noted before closing that were fixed but it took over 6 weeks after moving in to have the issues resolved. Issues were with contractors showing, being late, or miscommunication. Two months in we are loving the house and haven’t had any new issues. Would recommend

The build manager was Jackson and he’s knowledgeable , enthusiastic, and prompt. If you get him you’ll be in good hands. The build progressed at a good pace. We hired our own inspector and he caught a couple of things, but nothing major. The flaws were rectified and we love our home!

He was attentive and responsive to issues that were beyond anyone’s control as well as cares deeply about delivering a 100% completed home. Rocky start and some items to button up, but satisfied overall

Overall the construction process went pretty well. They were highly responsive to any issues we had and met all requirements to my satisfaction.
