While the sales and design phases went smoothly, we were disappointed with the construction process. Although we were assigned a construction manager, it quickly became clear that we needed to be our own advocates throughout the build. On our own initiative, we discovered that plumbing for a second shower head in the master bath was missed. Home are not even close to the quality they claim. As soon as you sign the purchase agreement, forget about hearing from the salesperson. They will disappear!!! Set up a third party inspector ASAP. They will come up with tons of excuses to not let you use a third party inspector ASAP. None of the walls are straight. Cheap build quality on they way things are done. Plenty of cur corners. Construction manager changed last minute so very little continuity in support. Closing date was also randomly set without any room for negotiation which was ridiculous.

Overall good experience with agent Jonathan and construction manager Nick. There should be a category for design of the home. Major issues with the downspouts location and not draining far enough from the house to prevent water settling under house. Buyer be aware. One downspout releases in the middle of the driveway. This horrible design and creates a dangerous ice patch in the winter and Pulte refuses to correct the issue. Framing isn't square, and the finish work isn't great. Do not believe that you will get a complete landscaped yard unless you're willing to accept all weeds in the back and standing water. Without a landscape warranty, they will simply shrug off the poor landscape job, resulting in the new homeowner having to pay thousands of dollars to correct the backyard.

So, one thing to know is you are not buying a custom home, despite what you think is custom home pricing. This is tract building with all the limitations therein. More and more issues with house

The house has more issues than what I expected, it seems like there is not much attention to the little details . The finish on the walls is bad. I have several issues that we keep finding issues that could have been avoided if there was a quality control. I been in the house for 3 month and still haven’t fix one off the main issue that was point out when we inspected it the house which it was the main so sewer line. Also landscaping is bad.

My garage floor, as I've learned, was poured quickly and worked just as quickly as it was drying too fast. The office staff that came out clearly had no idea about concrete other than what they learned in training class, but assured me it was normal for it to look as strange as it does. Bad experience with construction managers, they are not trustworthy

I found a lot of issues after I signed up, I am paying for a new product, and I found out that the backyard door and garage door have a lot of issues, which I requested a replacement, it looks like those construction managers want to save money for their company, also they ignored me many times when I asked for any repair. I don't recommend to build with pulte homes honestly.
