This has been the worst experience that I have had with any builder. The site manager is overwork and I feel for him and his upper management team don’t care they just want the house close with a lot of open issues that are not done. A lot of people have open issues in my development that are still open and it’s taking them for ever to get it fix.

The model home is lovely and once you're in you are in. What you actually end up with as a finished product is a generally nice home, but for the money you pay, the lack of quality control and the level of workmanship is appalling. Doors that don't close, incorrectly installed kitchen appliances, cheap broken trim of kitchen units sold as 'premium'. The marketing around warranty care and receiving support is professional, but the experience in reality is anything but. We had closing on 1st week of November 2021 until now we requested to install new shower glass door & rods in the bathroom, Kitchen Crown which haven’t installed even single time since closing. In the house many of things left to fix which we are mentioned in many times in emails to field manager but I haven’t got response back from him. Those issues we showed to field manager on closing day as well. I have no idea why he don’t concentrate on those issues. He just solved 1-2 issues only in 5 work orders he created. We paid for all this work then also. We are unsatisfied with his work.

The quality of material used is poor. The field manager is not responsive . Delay simple fixes for long. Warranty is an issue , no quick resolution of issues . It takes month to fix an issue. Not good experience had so many hopes with Pulte but they have shattered . Dissatisfied home buyer. My SoD and tree which was dead before closing has not been even after 2 month .

The build quality is not that great. LVP (vinyl plank) flooring was popped up everywhere within the house and it is making noise everywhere. Within one week we see the windows are leaking because of rain. The workers didn't finished it properly and Builder is not even worried about checking that as a priority Drywall finishing is aweful.. We see lot of gaps between the wall and floor. I assume the builder is offering accommodation to lots of bugs and insects. Worse experience of building a house! Terrible communication and many issues with our house. No one gets things addressed after you purchase your home. Would never buy Pulte again and would tell people not to build with them.

Looks like my three year old caulked and painted the exterior. It was painted under 30 F and is peeling and cracked. It was noted during closing in April and still not fixed. Nail pops are expected but not to this degree.

This was our first build experience and most likely won't build again. Definitely soured our experience, especially paying around $700,000. They only make sure the building itself finishes. You have to manage all the details, the things that you will see day in and day out. Certain things that were suppose to be done before closing are still yet to be done. Submitted warranty requests online two weeks ago and no one has reached out to me yet. Like they say, once you closed you won't hear from them again!

Horrible experience throughout the construction. I found many time wrong happening and even after telling about that, those were not addressed. Lack of communication all the time. Quality doesn’t look good. Many problems found during home walk and they still pending and keep finding problem, including major issues as well.

During closing, we found quite a few issues: floor edges broken and pop up, stain on the quartz top of pantry, two windows are broken, lawn is not done yet. Now there has been one and half month after closing, some issues has not be solved yet. The floor has been installed again but there are still several pieces having issues, broken windows are still there..

If you buy a Pulte home you will hear a lot of “ I am sorry”... and no action. For example, they painted the entire inside of the house the wrong color ...they were “sorry” after we pointed out the mistake. They installed the wrong garage door in March and we pointed the mistake out in March...The correct door was not ordered until June 3!! They are “sorry”....They were suppose to put brick around the front door but put siding....We pointed out the mistake...after arguing about it, they said “sorry” and corrected it....and the list goes on.!! They are sorry that they can’t get problems ...

I found a lot of issues after I signed up, I am paying for a new product, and I found out that the backyard door and garage door have a lot of issues, which I requested a replacement, it looks like those construction managers want to save money for their company, also they ignored me many times when I asked for any repair. I don't recommend to build with pulte homes honestly.

Really not happy with the awful conditions of the front and the back yards of my new build house since we closed in March . We still don’t have any sods in front and any seeds in the back, landscaping never got done for 2 months since we closed. The front yard is still full of mud, trash, black plastic bags, water retainer bag, plastic bottle full of pee, big rocks, gravels and dirts from when the house was being built!! We’ve been told by the construction manager that it will get cleaned and fixed but nothing actually got done!! Being a first time home buyer, I will definitely learn a lot ...

I understand the supply chain issues, but even the communication on acknowledging open issues has been horrible. Only grace is the support team who at least are now communicating once in a while when the update comes. During the sales process, one of my biggest concerns was the train tracks behind the home that I eventually purchased. When I inquired about this, the lead sales rep and the other sales associates told me that it's a utility line and that trains seldomly passed by. They mentioned it was a few times per week and generally during the day. I've now spent close to two months in this house and the train passes by several times per day and blares its horn. Builder said he would provide something, even in email, and eventually did nothing. The issue was brought to the builder's attention 6weeks before closing. Shortly before closing I was told it would not be done. Cost to me to fix: about $30,000.
