Totally irresponsible delivery, so many things are missing or not done properly. Not at all satisfied with the quality and delivery of house. So many things in list that are not done correctly not even Able to keep track. I was expecting high standards from Pulte but none of them met. I have worked 20 house or more to figure out the quality issues before closing but they rushed the closing and with out fixing all the issues. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED even basic things not done correctly. They did pilot of new and inexperienced field manager with my house that's why the house was in disarray. ...

Terrible service, slow response, missing details, non existent project manager for most of build

This was a horrific experience. It took over a month after closing to get a dishwasher. We still do not have the correct refrigerator. Sales person Kurt was great! Last of 4 project managers tried to play recovery from the failure of the 3 previous non-existent ones. Banking and finance through Pulte move at a snails pace. Insurance was a rip off through Pulte and wasn’t enough to cover the house. This still has to be changed! It was a nightmare. I can’t rate less than 1 star without ignoring the email.

Very Bad experience

We’re forced to close on unfinished home with a promise that everything will be taken care. But was never finished. Initially kept sending people to fix stuff and then stopped responding and when asked for upper management. Sales agent said she is not going to give upper management contact. She said she is not authorized to give upper management contact. Project manager always kept making excuses and telling us that he is going to fix everything. House is graded so badly neighbors water running into out lot and staying wet all the time. Build 6 ft wall without telling us about it at ...

It is my opinion that they are more focused on quantity over quality. The b/s they tell you up front about working with you on your build and they are focused on quality and craftsmanship and will work with you is just that b/s! Once you move in the service department is not quick to get your house fixed in a timely manor. I had a poor build and service experience as most of my neighbors had.

Not enough workers or quality of workers. Rushed to close even though stuff was not finished. Terrible workmanship for the price paid. Misleading. Would not recommend.

Pulte's response to issues that have come up since we moved in has been extremely disappointing. They do not follow up with you. The warranty department doesn't respond in a timely manner. I have water running into our home every time it rains. This has gone on for 3 weeks. No one has come out to repair it. Construction bins constantly have trash and garbage spilling onto the ground. This is vey unprofessional. I've told our friends we have made a mistake building with Pulte. They do not keep their promises after the closing. We've built several homes and this is the worst experience we ever ...
