Worst experience in 8 years in the Business

This was a very disappointed experience and unfortunately with all my 5 sales/purchase with Pulte. Quality, attention to details, customer service & delivery. All my clients were frustrated & there was NO help from any of the management. Including a very rude response from one of them. I can’t tell how dissatisfied I was as a customer and professional. I would not recommend Pulte.

It is my opinion that they are more focused on quantity over quality. The b/s they tell you up front about working with you on your build and they are focused on quality and craftsmanship and will work with you is just that b/s! Once you move in the service department is not quick to get your house fixed in a timely manor. I had a poor build and service experience as most of my neighbors had.

Home Buying Experience

The worst build process I’ve ever been through in my life. Too many issues to type but all it takes is one look through my history. Since I’ve been in the home (2 months), I’ve already had a ceiling leak in my master bath, electrical problems (outlets not working in all bathrooms, window still not fixed that was on closing detail, landscaping not completed. I would not and will not recommend Pulte, not even to my worst enemy.

Disappointment

This is our second home but our first ever built and the whole process was stressful to say the least. I was disappointed at the quality that the house was delivered. The quality of workmanship and materials are embarrassing and doesn't worth the money we pay for the house. We came upon several issues while we did our preclosing check up and our concerns were heard until we had to involve more people. The house would have been delivered better if Pulte homes didn't push to finish the house sooner than it was supposed to. I doubt we will go with Pulte homes for our next house. NEVER AGAIN!

We have been disappointed with the home buying process and workmanship in our home. We were hoping to be excited to take possession and that did not happen. Many times our concerns were dismissed. No urgency to get things corrected. For example, our doors on the lower level will not close, at all. The carpet in one area does not meet the baseboard which leaves a gap. The toilet is not bolted down tight to the floor. The toilets are not centered between the vanity and tub. We do not have a main water shut off inside the home (has since been resolved). Our home building process with Pulte @ Hunters Run Fishers IN, which was supposed to be exciting and joyful turned into worst nightmare of our life as soon as we signed the contract. The new home build process was financially and mentally detrimental to our entire family. FOR PULTE BUILDERS The house we purchased almost in double price they charge us, with all extra works , hmm obviously more money, All Material cheap quality , sometimes where roof not in level , same thing with exterior and floor. I regret why I signed the closure documents, trusting the people they would resolve later on. The quality of the material is so cheap, the finishing and paint are not professional at all, and before the closing, if you point to them that there is something wrong they will fix it immediately but after the closing, they take forever. when you make a request for something that needs to be fixed they might not answer unit you follow up with them. I chose to buy a new home so I can set and relax since everything should be new, but this is so much headque. I'm spending my day calling and sending an email and waiting for people to come to fix it, and only had the home for 2 months.

Everything about Pulte is bad, we had literally several issues after closing, they threatened us to close even with these issues identified during orientation. Very bad people, they are selling junk for 400-500k. Beware !!!

I would rate 0 but there is no option, The quality of build is very bad, Site manager doesnt care about the house. we had 100 problems after closing the home. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a Pulte Home and I question a lot of the most recent 5 star reviews, because myself and all my neighbors around me have the same opinion. If Pulte Homes focused more on building quality over quantity, plus picking the right sub contractors instead of sub par contractors, they wouldn’t have so many issues. Bad service and very poor work man ship

It’s been very bad experience, in terms of communication and response. And new house has so many problems ,Including faulty equipment and it’s hard to get hold of people to get issues fixed. And closing has been delayed for months . And after waiting for Months and overpaying interests we still have to face issues like low water pressure and dishwasher, oven not working , electrical issues which cause inconvenience consistently in every day life.

This is probably the worst company I have ever worked with. They don't seem to communicate across the multiple divisions within the company at all. We had to beg and call repeatedly to get updates and then had our closing date moved out 2 weeks 3 days prior to closing. The quality seems okay, but we found leaks prior to closing and they left us a present of drywall frozen to our garage floor on closing day (why someone would pressure wash a garage on a 20 degree day is beyond me).
