Had a great experience building with Pulte this year. From Darla in sales to Brayden in the field our in person helpers were always available, helpful, and responsive. Eric and Morgan made our mortgage a dream to get. Will highly recommend Pulte to anyone who will listen whether they are in the market or not. Pulte was awesome and remains so after close.

So far we don’t have any big issues with the house. Only minor issues. The only thing bothers us is that the drywall material seems to be not the best quality, it’s super difficult to paint on our wall ( we bought the best quality SW paint), and some areas the wall is not super straight, or you can easily see studs. Except these few issues, we are super happy with the house, we like the floor plan, we like all the closet space, we like the people we work with (super responsive and helpful). I already recommended pulte to a few of my friends looking for new homes.

Our Field Manager, Bill, was VERY GOOD. He made the experience less worrisome than I expected. He answered questions within a day. He took care of issues immediately. I would give him a 5 out of 5

We really enjoyed the process of building with Pulte. The Sales team was great in assisting us with our upgrade choices and answered all questions we had. We also had an equal experience with the Construction Manager, he answered every question timely and to our satisfaction. We also used Pulte Mortgage and had the best team assisting us with our loan. All around great experience and would build with them again.

Quality of Workmanship, just average! Responsiveness to issue, poor be ready t wait couple of months to have ur issues fixed!! Celebration day do not be overwhelmed everything looks pretty in ur new home, inspect the house thoroughly every nook and corner!!! For that matter if u have washer/dryer make it a point to run a full cycle, do not believe installs for granted, Granite counter tops inspect every corner run ur fingers....Dont say Dont buy, but pay attention to detail if u want peacefu move in....Good Luck

Great experience from start to finish. Very responsive during the build process and went the extra mile to make sure we were completed satisfied. Wouldn't hesitate to build with Pulte again.

Everything went as expected. From signing papers to closing on time. Pulte definitely made it memorable. Will definitely recommend them

I saw the same house with more upgrades at a better price ..

This is our second pulse home. The quality of the end product is significantly less the second time around. Examples. There are fifty pieces of tape locating blemishes in the paint. There is one tile in the master bath with a different color of grout. The attention to detail just isn’t there.

Pros: Good floor plan (Alison), Very Nice and competent building manager ( Ryan) Cons: Inflexible and contract focused interactions with sales. ( If you have to ask for something that is not spelled out in the contract, don’t bother, the answer is NO). Excessive (in my opinion) “Earnest Money”.... more than $50K (10%) in our case. Once you have paid that much, you are locked in and not much room for flexibility/requests after that. Compared to our old Carmel subdivision, no pool, clubhouse. Not a welcoming HOA and community feel... got 2 “courtesy notices” within the first 3 weeks as we were still unpacking ( eg Trash visible) ... More

We had a great experience so far with Pulte Homes! Zach and Autumn were fantastic to work with and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had both before and after closing.

My wife and I had such high hopes when we started the process with Pulte and after closing and moving in we are extremely disappointed in the building team and the service provided. It seemed to be the epitome of bad service and very poor customer service. From the design center to the building team and management. The process throughout was more than frustrating. We took the time to walk through the designing stage and were given our upgrade options. We picked out several upgrades and signed off on a contract with the designer to then be told that an important option we signed off on could not be done. What seemed to be an easy fix became confrontational with the designer and builder. It is hard for me to say anything positive about the building team. Prior to closing we had a list of more than 10 things that needed to be addressed and we were told it could be done. Come to closing and 90% of it was still not taken care of. Some of the things that were addressed had to be re-done. Some things I pointed out I was told they could go to the model home and get what was in there. I understand that was the quickest solution but not a good one to suggest. When you pay for a NEW home you want NEW material! Because of the lack of concern on Pulte and the buildinging team we closed on an incomplete house which required me to schedule several days off from the field and working at home. This was very frustrating because it all should have been done. We have been in our home almost 3 months and we still have issues that need to be addressed. Seems to be no urgency or care at all. After closing and having to continue to call, I was told by the building team and management to not expect perfection. After this I cannot recommend Pulte to anyone. I would not want them to go through the same process and issues. It seems to be a common thing when talking to others in the neighborhood. ... More

This is the second home my wife and I have constructed in Indiana and the fifth home owned. Overall, there has been a lack of quality control and attention to detail during the construction process. Following are examples - Dishwasher was either defective or installed incorrectly. The result was the soaking of the subfloor of the kitchen. The level of damage required a water restoration company to come to the house to remedy. The process is ongoing and may require disassembly of the cabinets. Landscapers have cracked sidewalk and driveway while operating a bulldozer. In the building process, after drywall installed, workers punched a hole through the wall to run an extension cord. The steel I Beam running the length of the basement has construction mud caked in multiple spots. Pulte process appears as we will fix on the backside rather than quality control on the frontside before the owner closes on the house. Was a great experience. Met our needs. Overall very please.

All depends on how Pulte handles the problems AFTER the closing, we were told to wait one year before we can report any problem.

If you are considering a Pulte home, I would strongly encourage you not to! This experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Quality and attention to detail are severely lacking. After spending a significant amount of time after closing having contractors correct items, they actually have created more issues and damages because no one from Pulte is managing the process. Pulte relies in the homeowner to find things or otherwise they hedge on it being overlooked.

We didn't get truthful information about the number of basements in the addition from the sales person and that is why I am giving a 1 star review on trustworthiness. I feel like this is basically a good home, but we can't get some of the last detail work completed which is why I am giving a 1 star review on responsiveness. I'm also frustrated because it's early June and one of the few sunny days we've had since we closed in April, but there are no landscapers working in the addition. At this rate it's going to be fall before we get sod and landscape.

I am very happy with my new Pote home. The building quality is excellent. The only negative is that Pulte rushed me through the process of selecting structured and unstructured items. The turnaround was too quick,, which was two and three weeks. For such a large price investment, we need more time.
